After the finished product made testing will be conducted experiments in order to know the performance of the products. Testing is carried out using a sample design engraving. The concept of design and manufacture of the products is a bigpart of engineering Activities. This reseach to study the effectiveness of business transformation strategy in PT Metra Digital Media and to know the difference increasing of company earnings in DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) product in PT Metra Digital Media, before and after implementation of business transformation strategy. The sample cases in this research are 22 customer companies that have not followed the business transformation process, which is advertised through the directory and control samples, and 22 customer companies that have been following the business transformation process are advertising through DOOH (Digital Out Of Home). Calculation data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Data Analysis) test that Independent-Samples T-Test. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of business transformation strategy applies to product indicator, payment method, service and sales, because the OR (Odd Ratio) value is higher in companies that choose DOOH, while those that are not effectively selected are indicator of the period of exposure and popularity, the difference increasing of company earnings on DOOH (Digital Out Of Home) products at PT Metra Digital Media before and after the implementation of business transformation strategy is evidenced from p = 0,016 (sig <0,05) and hypothesis is accepted.

Non-dairy creamer is a product made at PT. NDC as a substitute for milk or cream, which is a fat emulsion product. Krimer is packed with a 25kg small bag with an updated coding according to the lot, production time, production date, product name, and packaging date expiration date. Often there is an error in the packaging unit, especially at the coding stage with the wrong non-dairy creamer packaging code that causes packaging defects. The defects in packaging focused on the coding stage, have to be minimized. The research uses the Six Sigma method as a useful tool to increase productivity and product quality. With DMAIC Discussion (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Through data processing and analysis using the DMAIC cycle obtained three types of packaging defects, namely cryptic code, double code and wrong code from the three defects obtained percentage value of cryptic code 63%, double code 44% and wrong code 42% and obtained an average value sigma 3.71 with a DPMO value of 13,553

Solar panels are semiconductor elements that can convert solar energy into electrical energy. This Research on Solar Power Plants (PLTS) assemble with materials such as solar panels, 3000 W inverters, batteries, relays and control chargers, after that the load calculations are carried out, then implementation and testing is carried out. This research also aims as a renewable electric power in the future. From the results of the PLTS load test carried out at the researcher's house, the highest load was 405.32 watts, while the highest load test results used PLN electricity, which was 267.06 watts. So it can be said that this research is successful in meeting the electricity needs of household scale.

The development of industry by empowering high technology is accompanied by an increase in players and technology users in the industrial era and globalization. So it is necessary to pay attention to work safety as an effort to improve human resources in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The theme of Occupational Safety and Health Management System is very interesting to study and continue to develop. So the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and to know the use of Personal Protective Equipment for employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company according to the rules and rules of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The research method used is comparative quantitative research (comparing quantitatively). The research subjects were employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company which collected 60 people. The results of this study indicate that the Post-Test value > from the Pre-Test results. Therefore, the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System in the maintenance department has been implemented or in accordance with standart operation procedure and policies of a shoe-making company.

The study of performance is incredibly fascinating. One of them is the way in which mid-level management functions as both a conduit for information to top management and the person in control of subordinates. This study aims to enhance the coordinator of the industrial department's performance. This study's data processing and analysis procedure employs a qualitative approach by carrying out an analysis using the TNA (Training Need Analysis) method. At electromotor engine repair service firms in East Java, this method is used to assess the variables that contribute to delays in the completion of repairs of goods as well as the kind of training provided to coordinators to prevent delays in the completion of repairs of goods. The outcomes show in the study, it was discovered that the absence of effective communication between division coordinators in the industrial department, skill gaps, and workers who are not suited for the job are the main causes of delays in the completion of goods. Because the percentage is still low for corporate performance and still less productive, the performance value in each division, such as industrial repair, is 6.1%, vacuum pump 6.6%, blower 6.2%, fabrication 7.4 and rewinding 7.5% to complete the items.
