Abstract

Abstract— Prisoners who are placed in prison are sometimes considered to have no rights whatsoever. They are sometimes treated inhumanely because they are considered to have committed a mistake or a crime so that their actions must be repaid in prison. The method used in this paper is normative juridical, which is research that is focused on studying the norms or norms in positive law which are then used as legal material to conduct research in Class II B Ngawi Prison regarding the rights of prisoners there. The efforts made by Ngawi Prison in the context of fulfilling the rights of prisoners have referred to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. In an effort to fulfill the rights of prisoners, it was found that there were obstacles faced due to the overcapacity of the inhabitants of the Ngawi Prison. With the results of this research, the main potential in the future is that it can be used as reference material for future prisoners, as a reference for further research with the development of the theme of over capacity, and as a bridge of information to overcome the gap between life in prison and the outside world. Keywords—: Prisoners; Rights; Protection.

Abstract

Abstract— This scientific article aims to find out the legal consequences for heirs who have the right to inherit but are not stipulated in the determination of the Polewali Religious Court No.444/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Pwl. The method used in this article is normative juridical, which is a method that is focused on examining the rules or norms in positive law. The normative juridical method does not start from a hypothesis, but departs from identifying legal facts and eliminating irrelevant matters to be determined as legal issues to be solved. The results in the conclusion indicate that the position of the nephew as a substitute heir who is not designated as an heir in the Islamic inheritance system according to the Compilation of Islamic Law based on the Determination of the Polewali Religious Court Number 444/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Pwl, is the occurrence of a substitute heir who does not being determined as the beneficiary of the heir is possible because of the facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure which include legal counseling materials, and the smooth administration is not supportive which consequently has an impact on the low awareness of the public in complying with the provisions of the substitute heir or whether something has been missed and or is not too thorough from the judge, so that cause various problems that cause heirs who may have more rights such as substitute heirs do not get their rights.

Abstract

Ngawi Regency in July 2016, the poverty rate is still high, reaching almost 32% of the population. Based on the identification of the location of poverty, it turns out there are 16 villages with the largest percentage of poor people. The results show that in some villages in the watershed, there has been a program of PNPM (National Community Empowerment Program) aimed at reducing the poverty of the community. But in the implementation of this program has not touched the community on all groups, so that the effectiveness of community empowerment has not been seen. Women with an amount equal to the number of men have not shown any meaningful involvement. The purpose of this research are: (1) to study the pattern and conception of poverty that happened in rainy season in Ngawi Regency; (2) to examine the role of women in poverty alleviation in the rainy season in Ngawi District. Data collection in this study with the sample method in 5 districts in the District Ngawi. Methods were performed with family samples, through questionnaires and face to face interviews with observation units were the head of the family. The results showed that the pattern and conception of poverty that occurs in the rainy season is quite varied, from the form of relative poverty to culture can be found in the life of the community. The role of women in efforts to eradicate poverty in the rainy season has not been optimal yet, due to the limited quality of human resources and the inherent social status in which women are more engaged in domestic work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. This type of research is descriptive, aiming to describe women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency. Respondents in this study were pre-prosperous families in Beran Village, Ngawi Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 57 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that: (1) The level of welfare in the empowerment of women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (2) The level of access to women's empowerment in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi District is categorized as good; (3) The level of connectivity in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (4) The level of participation in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency is categorized as good; (5) The level of equality of power in empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good; and (6) Empowering women in increasing family income in Beran Village, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency can be categorized as good. Keywords—: women's empowerment; family income.

Abstract

Introduction: Retail business development is increasing in Ngawi Regency, making the competition between these retail businesses even tighter. This condition makes businesses such as shops, markets, and supermarkets compete to attract consumers to buy shopping at their place of business. This study aims to analyze the effect of pricing, location, and diversity of products partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest at Puspita Senja Shop in Kersoharjo Village, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. Method: Research method using quantitative. To obtain research data, survey methods using a questionnaire to 97 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Result: The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F test found that the Fcount = 76.557 > Ftable = 3.09 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the independent variables consisting of pricing (X1), location (X2), and product diversity (X3) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y). Conclusion: Price determination, location, and product diversity partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying stake at Senja Puspita Shop in Kersoharjo Village, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency.
