Abstract

Effectiveness of Tax Collection of Building Construction Permission at theCapital Investment And Permission Service Agency in Ngawi Regency.This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of tax collection forbuilding construction permissin at Capital Investment and PermissionService in Ngawi Regency. Case study research method was employed inconducting the research. Primary data sources derived from interviewand obseravation results. On the other hand, secondary data wascollected from the documents, reports, and notes. This research fndingwas described in narrative way. Research result showed that the taxcollection for the permission for building reconstruction was less effective.This due to the low of responsiveness of the employees, since some ofthe oemployees were the contracted employees who were lack inunderstanding the importance of tax for building reconstructionpermission. The low effectiveness was also seriously caused by thedamages and the limited equipments which in turn, to hamper the taxcollection process. On the other hand, however, research result indicatedthat service efficiency, procedures of servce, ordinates and subordinatescoordination were found effective.Key words: responsiveness, tax collection, effiiciency, effectiveness.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (2) to describe the Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (3) to determine the influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were residents or community members who were members of the Bansdes Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 75 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The findings of this study are (1) Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency are classified as good; (2) Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency is classified as Good; (3) There is an influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: village-owned enterprise; community welfare.

Abstract

To find out how far the application of code of Civil State Apparatus ethics conducted research with descriptive method using closed instrument and sample (n) 18 people of Local Government with case study in District Ngawi East Java Province, found employee perception to ethics organize good enough but need improvement of work quality through performance contracts, training, competence, rewards and sanctions, and performance evaluations.

Abstract

Abstract— Prisoners who are placed in prison are sometimes considered to have no rights whatsoever. They are sometimes treated inhumanely because they are considered to have committed a mistake or a crime so that their actions must be repaid in prison. The method used in this paper is normative juridical, which is research that is focused on studying the norms or norms in positive law which are then used as legal material to conduct research in Class II B Ngawi Prison regarding the rights of prisoners there. The efforts made by Ngawi Prison in the context of fulfilling the rights of prisoners have referred to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. In an effort to fulfill the rights of prisoners, it was found that there were obstacles faced due to the overcapacity of the inhabitants of the Ngawi Prison. With the results of this research, the main potential in the future is that it can be used as reference material for future prisoners, as a reference for further research with the development of the theme of over capacity, and as a bridge of information to overcome the gap between life in prison and the outside world. Keywords—: Prisoners; Rights; Protection.

Abstract

Abstract

Pandemi 2019 berdampak bagi produktifitas UMKM, terutama pada volume penjualan turun drastis dan terus menerus berlanjut sampai pasca Pandemi. Sehingga para pelaku UMKM harus bekerja ekstra keras untuk memastikan usaha mereka berjalan dengan baik, mulai dari produksi dan utamya terkait penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Pemerintah Kabupaten Ngawi dalam mengembangkan UMKM dengan memanfaatkan Platform Digital, memakai metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data meliputi: kegiatan observasi dilokasi penelitian, wawancara dengan narasumber yang berkompeten, serta studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data secara interaktif dan berlanjut hingga selesai. Hasil kajian menunjuukan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Ngawi bekerja cukup efektif dalam memainkan perannya sebagai fasilitator, regulator, dan katalisator. Pemerintah sebagai fasilitator telah memberikan bantuan modal dan membuka akses permodalan serta penyediaan sarana prasaran uji lab gratis, juga meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan-pelatihan. Sebagai regulator, pemerintah telah menetapkan dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan untuk mendukung UMKM agar dapat bertahan dan produktif dalam bisnis. Dan sebagai katalisator, pemerintah telah membantuk Galeri Serena dalam rangka mewadahi UMKM dan pengurusan HAKI secara gratis.
