Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil Ujian Kompetensi Guru (UKG) kepada 6224 guru SD di Kota Palembang, pada aspek pedagogik menunjukkan skor 50,70 di bawah rata-rata nasional yaitu 53,02 atau di bawah standar kompetensi minimal yang ditetapkan yakni 55,0. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah menghasilkan topik kompetensi pedagogik yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi program di Universitas Terbuka. Peneliti mengembangkan berdasarkan standar kompetensi Permendikbud No. 16 Tahun 2017. Hasilnya ada 10 topik yaitu, (1) Karakteristik danĀ  Pengembangan Potensi Peserta Didik, (2) Teori Belajar dan Prinsip Pembelajaran yang Mendidik (3) Pengembangan Kurikulum(4) Metodologi Pembelajaran (5) Penilaian Proses dan Hasil Belajar(6) Komunikasi Efektif (7) Perancangan Pembelajaran yang Mendidik (8) Pemanfaatan Hasil Penilaian Pembelajaran (9) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam Pembelajaran (10) Refleksi Pembelajaran dan Tindak lanjutnya melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).

Abstract

The current paradigm shift in learning has resulted in demands for increased teacher competence, especially in the field of information technology. The Covid pandemic has caused a change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform to support online learning. The Open University Lecturer Community Service Program is the development of the Learning Management System (LMS) of SMAN 2 Bogor and online learning training with 85 teachers participating. The first stage of the LMS SMAN 2 Bogor platform that has been developed includes features a) attendance list; (b) learning modules; (c) value; (d) assignment assessment, and (e) feedback. LMS SMAN 2 Bogor will then be developed again in the community service program the following year.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the dimensions in the Pancasila Student Profile. Creative students can produce original ideas, create original work and actions, and have flexibility in thinking to find alternative solutions to problems. This research is of the type Classroom Action Research. To increase students' learning creativity with the Problem-Based Learning model on human material created as an image of God in Catholic Religious Education and Character Education subjects. The subjects of this research were students at SDN Begalon 1 Surakarta City for the 2024/2025 Academic Year Phase C Class V. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, initial tests, formative tests, and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) The application of the stages in PBL has an impact on students' ability to solve a problem creatively; 2) The average P3 Qualitative Score is from 72 to 86, in the proficient category; 3) The average cognitive score in cycle I was 80 to 88 in cycle II, in the advanced category.

Abstract

This service is motivated by the existence of the Fun Clean School Movement (GSBM) which is integrated to shape the character of children to become religious, independent, and intelligent individuals like the motto of the City of South Tangerang. Meaningful education does not only think about scientific thinking, but needs to be integrated with characters that include various aspects of supporting the skills of elementary school-aged children. This service aims to provide an understanding of the concept of learning arts, culture and crafts in elementary schools whose development target is elementary school age. Combining the theory of development of elementary school-aged children, it was found that the learning content in the subjects of arts, culture and crafts can develop character in children through the scope of ecoprinting material. The stages of implementing this community service activity include: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation (training, mentoring and practice), 3) Evaluation. This service resulted in learning designs for Cultural Arts and Crafts, especially ecoprinting techniques in various media to support the Fun Clean School Movement (GSBM) program in strengthening KDP and the effectiveness of integrating arts and crafts learning in various media in supporting the Fun Clean School Movement (GSBM) as one of the ways to support character education.
