Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is an absolute prerequisite for achieving development goals. Efforts to improve the quality of education are continuously carried out. It is even more focused after being mandated in the objectives of national education, namely to improve the quality of education at each type and level of education. Realizing this, the government has made efforts to improve the education system, both through structuring software (software) and hardware (hardware). For this reason, attention needs to be paid to improving the quality of education. In this case, using the School-Based Management (MBS) approach. MBS can be regarded as a community work process by applying the principles of autonomy, accountability, participation, and sustainability to achieve quality education and learning goals.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah “Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Guru Dalam Pemanfaatan Microsoft Office 365 Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Pada Masa Pendemi Covid-19”. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu para guru dalam pemanfaatan Microsoft Office 365 sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar peserta didik selama pembelajaran di masa pendemi Covid-19. Pertimbangan dalam memilih guru SD dan SMP di wilayah Tanggerang Selatan untuk menjadi peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan program pengabdian ini adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan microsoft office 365 dalam proses pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) persiapan, 2) pelaksanaan serta, 3) evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil, hal ini dikarenakan program pelatihan mendapatkan hasil perubahan nilai pre test dan post test dari masing masing program pelatihannya. Rata rata nilai post test dari masing masing kegiatan pelatihan di atas indikator keberhasilannya yaitu 75 %.

Abstract

Distance learning is not new to education, but it requires more dedication and initiative than the implementation of conventional education. Distance learning in lectures is the implementation of learning when students and lecturers cannot attend face to face at the same time in the campus lecture hall. One of the efforts to implement distance learning is to use interactive literacy activities. This study aims to examine that this era has implications for Indonesia as a country that wants to become a developed country, especially in education. This type of research is descriptive research in the literature. The results of the description discuss (1) Efforts to adapt natural science practicum learning according to the times; (2) Provision of teaching materials to support the tutorial interaction process in natural science practicum activities; and (3) Students' readiness in implementing natural science practicum in distance learning. This study highlights several theoretical and empirical contributions. It provides recommendations that the implementation of remote practicum through digital media and the use of materials available in the surrounding environment need interactive instruction support to support student practicum competencies

Abstract

The current paradigm shift in learning has resulted in demands for increased teacher competence, especially in the field of information technology. The Covid pandemic has caused a change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform to support online learning. The Open University Lecturer Community Service Program is the development of the Learning Management System (LMS) of SMAN 2 Bogor and online learning training with 85 teachers participating. The first stage of the LMS SMAN 2 Bogor platform that has been developed includes features a) attendance list; (b) learning modules; (c) value; (d) assignment assessment, and (e) feedback. LMS SMAN 2 Bogor will then be developed again in the community service program the following year.

Abstract

Pada era digital perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan semakin maju. Hal tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan Sebagai media pemasaran daring melalui digital marketing strategy yang memilik potensi terhadap banyaknya peluang bisnis untuk berkembang. Permasalahan dalam pengembangan pemasaran barang dagangan melalui dunia maya. membutuhkan aplikasi marketing digital dalam menjalankan bisnis secara cepat dan menguntungkan. Metode promosi digital melalui jejaring internet membuat jangkauan pasar semakin luas, serta memberi kemungkinan terhadap jalinan hubungan antar pebisnis dan konsumen, tanpa sekat di era global. Penelitian memberikan hasil sebuah program Abdimas Kewirausahaan kerjasama antara Tim Abdimas Univeritas Terbuka dengan mitranya UD Cahaya Aliqa berjalan lancar dengan menghasilkan penerapan aplikasi marketing digital dalam memasarkan unit barang dagangannya. Selain itu, Saudara Khairumansyah selaku pemilik UD Cahaya Aliqa sangat terbantu dengan adanya abdimas kewirausahaan ini kegiatan unit usahanya mulai bangkit lagi setelah mengalami penurunan omset di masa pandemi covid 19. Serta Keberlangsungan penerapan aplikasi digital perlu didukung dengan penyempurnaan konten-konten promosi yang menarik dan juga program-program pemeliharaan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pencegahan dan pengelolaan kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan. Berfokus pada pendekatan multidisiplin, penelitian ini menyelidiki implementasi program pencegahan kekerasan, peran pendidik dan administrasi sekolah, dan dampak kebijakan pendidikan terhadap insiden kekerasan. Metodologinya mencakup analisis literatur yang komprehensif, mencakup studi kasus dan evaluasi kebijakan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan yang efektif bagi para pendidik, seperti program "Jari Peri", berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencegahan kekerasan. Selain itu, penerapan model deteksi dini kekerasan remaja telah terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan pada tahap awal. Kajian ini juga menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman. Rekomendasinya mencakup pengembangan lebih lanjut program pelatihan pendidik, kebijakan sekolah yang jelas, dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah diperlukan upaya kolaboratif dan pendekatan holistik untuk mencegah dan menangani kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Muara Village, Teluk Naga District, Tangerang Regency, a village located at the end of the Pantai Indah Kapuk II luxury condominium complex, right on the edge of Teluk Naga Beach. The livelihood of the population is mostly traditional fishermen, some are laborers, grocery traders. Local residents prioritize their sons and daughters to help their parents financially by becoming fishermen or casual laborers rather than sending them to school. The presence of the Digital Literacy Program for rural communities is able to increase the capacity, quality and skills of local residents. With digital access, information becomes an inclusive right for all people without exception. In the future, it is hoped that rural communities will have competitiveness, both economically and educationally. This can help reduce the inequality that exists in a rural environment. The Literacy Improvement Program in Muara Village is a form of service to teach illiterate community members to have the skills to write, read, count and analyze, oriented towards daily life by utilizing digital technology. The implementation strategy for eradicating illiteracy that will be implemented is based on integrated tutorials, namely the implementation of learning based on integration between functional literacy education and assistance by families. After students learn to study with tutors, when students return home, their families contribute to assisting them in learning. Benefits of the Literacy Improvement Program: 1) increase local residents' knowledge of reading, writing and arithmetic; 2) accelerate the eradication of illiteracy, especially in Muara village, 3) foster interest, love and passion for reading, writing and arithmetic, 4) Utilize the advantages of digital technology for independent learning activities

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the efforts and strategies carried out by SLB to meet national education standards in order to improve school accreditation. This research used a quantitative approach with a total of 234 respondents from 34 special schools in the Padang City and DI Yogyakarta areas who were selected using purposive sampling. The data source for this research is primary data with data collection techniques through filling out questionnaires and FGDs. The research data that has been collected is carried out through SPSS analysis. The research was conducted from February to October 2023. The results of the research show that management standards, financing standards, facilities and infrastructure standards as well as standards for educators and education personnel provide a positive and significant influence on strategies for increasing SLB accreditation, while content standards, process standards, standards graduate competencies and assessment standards do not have a positive and significant influence on strategies for increasing SLB accreditation. However, it is known that each educational standard is related to other educational standards, so it is necessary to carry out various standard optimizations so that each educational standard can be implemented optimally to obtain optimal accreditation results.

Abstract

Developments have opened the door to teaching without geographic boundaries, allowing students to access learning materials from anywhere, even in remote areas. This impacts demands for adaptation of teaching strategies and encourages the development of professionalism in lecturers who not only master technological aspects but also comprehensively understand the dynamics of distance education. Educational technology is essential in changing and improving education in this digital era. This research aims to identify strategies for developing lecturer professionalism in facing distance education challenges in the digital era. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations of lecturer and student respondents at Al-Ihya Kuningan Islamic University—research results from strategies for developing professionalism in facing educational challenges in the digital era. To be more effective, you can apply several methods: mastery of technology and digital platforms, development of relevant and interactive learning materials, effective online communication skills, and time management skills. By implementing this strategy, lecturers can develop professionalism in facing distance education challenges in the digital era to provide a quality learning experience for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini melakukan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengkaji integrasi soft skills dalam pendidikan ekonomi, menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak akan pengembangan soft skills sebagai bagian integral dari kurikulum ekonomi. Dengan menerapkan metode PRISMA, penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi dan mereview 45 studi relevan, yang mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi pengajaran dan pembelajaran untuk mengintegrasikan soft skills dan dampaknya terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada kerja sama, komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan berpikir kritis secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi soft skills mahasiswa, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan pasar kerja abad ke-21. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan adanya tantangan dalam integrasi soft skills, termasuk resistensi dari para pendidik dan mahasiswa, serta kesulitan dalam penilaian kemampuan soft skills. Berdasarkan temuan ini, peneliti mengusulkan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan efektif dalam mengintegrasikan soft skills dalam pendidikan ekonomi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap literatur pendidikan ekonomi dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam Pendidikan
