Abstract

Literary works are not only meant as works that have beauty in each string of words, but every literary work contains meaning or meaning that can be felt by living it. Poetry is one form of fiction that implies meaning. Poetry can be a motivation for lovers of writing, especially for readers who want to know the meaning or meaning contained in a poem. The author is interested in analyzing the inner elements of poetry contained in a poem by Ika Mustika entitled "Contemplation", the purpose of this study is to find out the inner elements contained in the work. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that presents the results of research using words, and the results of this study indicate that the work of poetry entitled "Contemplation" contains meaning and is full of meaning when viewed from its inner structure.

Abstract

Motor diesel adalah motor bakar torak yang proses penyalaannya bukan menggunakan loncatan bunga api melainkan ketika torak hampir mencapai titik mati atas (TMA) bahan bakar disemprotkan ke dalam ruang bakar melalui nosel sehingga terjadilah pembakaran pada ruang bakar dan udara dalam silinder sudah mencapai temperatur tinggi. Tekanan yang dihasilkan melalui proses pembakaran adalah tergantung dari temperatur udara yang dimasukan ke dalam silinder, semakin tinggi temperature maka relatip semakin berkurang jumlah molekul udara yang dikandungnya sebaliknya semakin rendah temperature relatip kandungan molekul udara lebih banyak. Dengan adanya perubahan temperatur pada udara masuk akan mempengaruhi pada tekanan dan temperatur gas buangnya. Kondisi ini diteliti secara analisis pada mesin diesel merk SDEC/ Licens Caterpillar dengan putaran 1500 rpm dan kapasitas 248 kw. Dari hasil perhitungan terlihat bahwa bahwa efisiensi pemakaian bahan bakar yaitu 32,9 l/jam pada 31,1 (⁰C) dan minimum 23,5 l/jam pada 27,4 (⁰C). Dengan turunnya temperatur udara sekitar dari 31,1⁰C sampai 27,4⁰C menyebabkan menurunnya juga SFC yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan 0,7 menurun hingga menjadi 0,62. Kg/kw.jam sedangkan    T out maksimal didapat 300,21⁰C pada T in 27,4 ⁰C dan minimun 299,42 ⁰C pada T in 31,1 ⁰C. Dengan besarnya tekanan dan T out dari hasil pembakaran sehingga untuk selanjutnya hasil analisa ini dapat dijadikan bahan untuk pemanfaatan proses pembakaran untuk dijadikan konversi energi lainnya.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Microfinance institutions (MFI) UEK-SP Maharatu Jaya, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the social performance and financial performance of MFI UEK-SP during 2009-2013. Social performance was analyzed using mixed market performance indicators and financial performance was analyzed by using the 17 indicators of PEARLS. Social performance analysis show that MFI UEK-SP has achieved its mission and social objectives, was indicated the indicator of increasing of total loan volume revolving at 25.58 percent. Result also show that the highest increasing of lending revolving  is trading sector (31.00 pecent), and the increasing of poor lending volume as much as 18.13 percent. Financial performance analysis shows that the 8 ratio of PEARLS is ideal goals, that are  the ratio of current assets, loans from the outside, the capital of institutions, non-productive assets, income from loans, asset growth, net income and capital growth. While the 9 ratio of PEARLS less than ideal goals, that are the ratio of the risk reserve fund for loans negligence 1-12 months and over 12 months, outstanding loans, operating costs, non perfoaming loan, loan growth, liquidity and deposit growth stocks. Abstract

This study explores the pivotal role of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan in founding and developing Muhammadiyah and his contributions to the modernization of Islamic education in Indonesia. The objective is to understand Ahmad Dahlan's strategies for purifying Islamic teachings and Muhammadiyah's efforts to modernize the educational system. The research methodology employed is a literature review, which involves gathering relevant information from various sources such as books, scholarly journals, and previous research reports. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah, under Ahmad Dahlan's leadership, implemented modern educational management practices including planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating. These practices successfully enhanced the quality of education by integrating religious and general knowledge, and by introducing more interactive and effective teaching methods and media. Regular evaluations and a robust organizational structure ensure that Muhammadiyah's educational programs continue to adapt to contemporary needs. The study concludes that Muhammadiyah's innovations and effective management have significantly improved the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia merupakan hasil konsensus nasional yang dirumuskan melalui proses historis yang kompleks pada masa sidang BPUPKI tahun 1945. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan berbasis Pancasila serta menelaah persepsi masyarakat terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks historis perumusanya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen historis, artikel ini mengungkap bahwa meskipun Pancasila telah menjadi rujukan normatif dalam perumusan kebijakan, penerapannya di tingkat praksis belum sepenuhnya merefleksikan nilai-nilai fundamental yang terkandung di dalamnya. Di sisi lain, persepsi masyarakat terhadap Pancasila menunjukan dinamika yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosio-politik, pendidikan, dan media massa. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kebijakan publik serta penguatan internalisasi ideologi negara melalui pendekatan yang kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

This research investigates the importance of Brand Experience in fostering Behavioral Loyalty among smartphone users in Tangerang Regency, with Brand Love, Brand Trust, and Brand Satisfaction with the mediating roles of Brand Love, Brand Trust, and Brand Satisfaction.          A quantitative approach was employed using the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM). Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form to members of Generation Z and Millennials residing in Tangerang Regency, who have a stable income and have independently purchased smartphones. A total of 212 valid responses were obtained. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that Brand Experience has a positive influence on Brand Love, Brand Trust, and Brand Satisfaction. Furthermore, these three mediating variables also significantly affect Behavioral Loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of managing consistent and satisfying brand experiences to foster emotional attachment, trust, and customer satisfaction. These elements are crucial in building long-term behavioral loyalty toward smartphone brands. Practically, companies are encouraged to enhance emotional engagement, build customer trust, and ensure satisfaction to maintain a loyal consumer base in the highly competitive smartphone market.

Abstract

Integration of Islamic values in da'wah and business practices, with a focus on how these two aspects can support each other to achieve the goals of Islam. Da'wah, as a call to the path of Allah, not only serves as a dissemination of spiritual messages but also as a tool to promote business ethics in accordance with sharia principles. Through this approach, business can act as an effective means of da'wah, where business actors apply the values of honesty, trustworthiness, and justice in their transactions. In this context, da'wah forums play an important role in providing business skills training and building networks that support Muslim entrepreneurs. Thus, sharia-based business transformation not only strengthens communities but also contributes to social welfare. This article also highlights the challenges faced in combining da'wah with business practices in the modern era, as well as the opportunities that exist to create a sustainable Islamic business ecosystem.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani mahasiswa Penjas Angkatan 2023 Universitas Islam Riau. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Angkatan 2023 Universitas Islam Riau yang terdiri 219 orang mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Angkatan 2023 Universitas Islam Riau yang terdiri dari kelas A, B, C, D, dan E. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang akan diambil sebanyak 10% dari total populasi, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kesegaran jasmani yang terdiri dari tes lari cepat 60 meter, tes gantung angkat tubuh, tes baring duduk 60 detik, tes loncat tegak, tes jauh 1200 meter. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menghitung kategori nilai kesegaran jasmani mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata kesegaran jasmani diketahui bahwa Tingkat kesegaran jasmani mahasiswa Penjas Angkatan 2023 Universitas Islam Riau dengan nilai rata-rata akhir yang dicapai hanya 13,14 yang terletak pada interval 10-13 dengan kategori nilai yaitu Kurang.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya manusia membutuhkan pelayanan, bahkan secara realita dapat dikatakan bahwa pelayanan tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan di kantor desa, yang berlokasi di Desa Kamiri. Metode pengumpulan data ini di lakukan penyebaran kusioner kepada 95 responden. Analisis data yang di lakukan yaitu tentang suara masyarakat (Voice Of Costumer) terhadap pelayanan kantor desa, SPSS 16, Serta penyusunan House Of Quality. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk melakukan analisis pelayanan, terdapat 5 atribut meliputi Tangible, Assurance, Responsive, Reliability dan Emphaty. Setelah dilakukan penganalisaan data terhadap atribut yang paling berpengaruh, ditemukan bahwa pelayanan yang merupakan atribut dari Reliability memiliki skor paling tinggi dengan nilai 5,183 dabn Atribut kebersihan dan parkiran yang merupakan dimensi mutu Tangible, memperoleh skor terendah dengan nilai 1,328 sehingga bagian ini perlu perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus agar playanan yang di harapkan bisa terwujud serta sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai segera di lengkapi. Kesimpulan pelayanan kantor desa sesuai dengan rumah mutu kualitas (House Of Quality). Basically, humans need service, even, in reality, it can be said that service cannot be separated from human life. The purpose of this study was to determine the community's response to the services provided at the village office, which is located in Kamiri Village. This data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. The data analysis that was carried out was about the voice of the community (Voice of Customer) on village office services, SPSS 16, and the preparation of the House of Quality. The results obtained from this study indicate that to perform service analysis, there are 5 attributes Tangible, Assurance, Responsive, Reliability, and Empathy. After analyzing the data on the most influential attributes, it was found that the service which is an attribute of Reliability has the highest score with a value of 5.183, and the attribute of cleanliness and parking, which is a Tangible quality dimension, gets the lowest score with a value of 1.328 so this section needs special attention. so that the expected service can be realized and the facilities and infrastructure that are not yet adequate are immediately completed. Conclusion village office services in accordance with the quality of the house (House Of Quality).
