Abstract

Abstract:Surakarta city has a transport network nodes or terminals, Terminal Tirtonadi. The existence of a passenger bus fleet AKAP and AKDP continued to decline from 2010 to 2013 while in one day, the bus terminal Tirtonadi approximately 6000 people conducting the transportation of various routes stretch. This is due to AKAP bus services and AKDP less well from the bus waiting time is too long and less regular bus arrival. This study is expected performance of the bus at Terminal Tirtonadi accommodate travel demand bus users can be known. Approach to research conducted using quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques done several ways including field survey and survey institution. The sampling technique used in conducting this research is quota sampling, sampling amount taken is 360 pieces. In the analysis performed it is known among other things, on weekdays for operational performance bus at the bus terminal bus performance Tirtonadi gained some less appropriate among other cost, bus waiting time and comfort level. As for the bus performance is the perception by the bus, it was concluded that all buses operating performance is moderate, not too good or not too bad. For the holidays, obtained operational performance bus at Terminal Tirtonadi there are some who do not fit between the other rates, waiting times, and the comfort level. Abstract

At present, economic needs in the era of globalization are growing so that the economic sector changes rapidly. Therefore the title of the research in this thesis is "The Influence of Length of Business, Labor and Raw Materials on the Income of Alu Wood Craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet". The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population used was all wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet with a total sample of 50 respondents and the sampling technique used random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The analytical techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,) and hypothesis testing (T test and F) and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely, the length of business, labor and raw materials have no effect and are not significant on the income of wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet. Hamlet. Evidenced by the simultaneous influence of length of business, labor and raw materials significantly on income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi siswa dan menganalisis keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa menggunakan model PATUH dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 pertemuan. Penelitan dilakukan di kelas V SDN Karang Dukuh dengan jumlah 24 siswa pada tahun akademik 2023/2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan model PATUH pada siswa kelas V SDN Karang Dukuh. Pada pertemuan 1 dan 2 presentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 38% dan 75%, pada pertemuan 3 dan 4 diperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 91% dan 100%. Motivasi belajar siswa meningkat mencapai 100% dengan kriteria sangat aktif. Keterampilan membaca pemahaman meningkat mencapai 92% dengan kriteria sangat terampil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran PATUH dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan membaca pemahaman Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman, model PATUH
