Abstract

Product attribute and brand image are a unity that builds the strength of a product. One of the considerations of consumers in choosing a product is the quality offered. In addition, consumer lifestyles are also a factor in purchase decision. This study aims to determine the influence of product attributes, brand image, and lifestyle on Xiaomi smartphone purchase decisions on Universitas Islam Balitar students. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Universitas Islam Balitar students who use Xiaomi smartphones. The data analysis technique used is the t test (partial) and multiple linear regression analysis to 100 respondents. Based on the results of partial tests conducted, it is known that the product and lifestyle attributes partially have a significant influence on the purchase decision variable, while the brand image variable does not significantly influence the purchase decision variable. The better product attributes and product innovations offered, Xiaomi will be able to embrace all walks of life with different lifestyles so that will affect the level of consumer purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to know the distinction of brand attitude, purchase intention, and consumer knowledge in fashion product which using local-name brand and foreign-name brand, also the influence of brand attitude toward purchase intention with moderate effect of consumer knowledge. Population including students in University of Brawijaya Malang. Total samples are 260 respondents divided into two groups, local-name brand and foreign-name brand group. Data analysis technique used is t-Test and PLS analysis. This study found that there is difference consumer knowledge in local-name brand and foreign-name brand group. But there are no significant differences brand attitude and purchase intention in both groups. Results of this study indicates that there are significant and positive influence in the relationship between brand attitude toward purchase intention. Objective knowledge moderated relationship between brand attitude toward purchase intention in local-name group only. Besides, those relationship is not moderated by subjective knowledge in both groups. Therefore, company can use a brand name that characterizes the origin of the product, especially when the product is a local product. DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v5i1.2319

Abstract

Desa  Modangan  memiliki  potensi  untuk  dikembangkan menjadi  desa  wisata  dan budaya. Terdapat  peninggalan  budayaan  dari  kerajaan  majapahit  yang  bernama Arca Warak.  Arca Warak bukanlah situs arca tunggal, melainkan reruntuhan bangunan kuno dari masa klasik Hindu Budha. Situs ini terdiri dari beberapa arca dan batu-batu candi. Dalam Arca Warak baru tiga yang dapat diidentifikasi yaitu arca gajah, dan dua arca berfigur raksasa. Di lokasi Arca Warak juga terdapat kolam dengan sumber mata air yang cukup besar. Kemudian oleh masyarakat setempat dibuatkan pancuran sebagai upaya pemanfaatan sumber air tersebut. Air dari kolam yang sudah dialirkan melalui pancuran digunakan masyarakat untuk mandi dan mencuci pakaian. Dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata kali ini mahasiswa berperan membantu pengembangan fasilitas di Arca Warak dengan  memberikan tempat sampah dan bangku, penanaman tanaman hias, serta membersihkan area   lokasi.   Kurang berkembangnya   potensi   wisata   menjadi  salah    satu   permasalahan   yang terjadi pada Desa Modangan. Tujuan diadakan program ini adalah untuk mendorong potensi wisata dan budaya yang ada di Desa Modangan, serta untuk menyebarkan situs Arca Warak sehingga dikenal oleh masarakat luas.

Abstract

The main problem of the case study to be investigated is whether there is an effect on the location of the decision to come to a tour of the kelud slopes loji pine forest. Meanwhile, the research objective is to know the effect of location on the decision to visit the Kelud Loji Slope Pine Forest Tourism. To obtain and in order to know the results, the researchers used descriptive methods, descriptive statistical tests, test instruments which included validity testing and reliability testing. Meanwhile, the classical assumption test includes normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and t test. The research was carried out starting from April 1 and ending on April 30, 2019 in the pine forest tourism slopes of the kelud village of Tulungrejo, Kec. Gandusari, Blitar Regency. After discussion, the result shows that the t value is 2.204 and the t table is 1.66 calculated from the two-tailed sig value is 5% (0.05), it can be concluded that the calculated T value is greater than the T table value, so it can be said that the location has an influence on the decision to visit tourists. Or the Ha value is accepted because T count is greater than the T table value and Ho is rejected because the T table value is not greater than the T count value. The conclusion in this study is that the location has an influence on the decision to visit a tourist attraction. Therefore, it is hoped that the manager will give more concepts to the tourism so that it is more developed.

Abstract

The automotive world has its own value for its customers so that many open Showroom businesses, one of which is the Putri Motor Showroom which is a place to buy and sell used cars that are crowded with consumers' interest. Seeing the crowded Putri Motor Showroom is the reason this research was conducted to see the influence of price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Putri Motor Showroom. The research approach is through quantitative, because it aims to prove the hypothesis with instruments that become a research tool carried out through survey methods. The research was carried out at the Putri Motor Showroom which was addressed in Garum District, Blitar Regency by distributing questionnaires. In this study, customers at the Putri Motor Showroom with a total of 36 people for one year were sampled. It is known that the results of research on price variables and product diversity both partially and simultaneously influence the purchase decision at the Putri Motor Showroom.

Abstract

Penggunaan barang yang terbuat dari plastik semakin meningkat yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi industri dan penduduk. Plastik memiliki keunggulan secara ekonomis dibanding bahan lainnya. Namun disisi lain, plastik memiliki dampak negatif yang berbahaya. Hal ini perlu dicari solusi alternatif. Tim KKN Kelompok 15 UNISBA Blitar bersama pemuda Desa Modangan yang tergabung dalam organisasi Rukun Pemuda RW13 mengolah limbah sampah plastik dengan menjadikan BBM menggunakan metode pirolisis, yaitu pengolahan sampah pada suhu tinggi yang berlangsung tanpa adanya udara atau dengan udara terbatas. Uap yang dihasilkan kemudian dikondensasikan menjadi bahan bakar minyak alternatif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi sampah plastik, melestarikan kebersihan lingkungan, dan memberi tambahan nilai pada limbah plastik. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah case study kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti memahami secara mendalam suatu peristiwa.

Abstract

At present, economic needs in the era of globalization are growing so that the economic sector changes rapidly. Therefore the title of the research in this thesis is "The Influence of Length of Business, Labor and Raw Materials on the Income of Alu Wood Craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet". The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population used was all wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet with a total sample of 50 respondents and the sampling technique used random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The analytical techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,) and hypothesis testing (T test and F) and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely, the length of business, labor and raw materials have no effect and are not significant on the income of wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet. Hamlet. Evidenced by the simultaneous influence of length of business, labor and raw materials significantly on income.

Abstract

Beberapa tahun kebelakang banyak bermunculan jasa cetak sablon Direct To Film (DTF) dengan harga yang bervariatif dan kompetetif. Namun, kelebihan dan kekurangannya belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan efisiensi dan kualitas metode sablon manual yang sudah lebih dulu ada dengan sablon DTF yang akhir – akhir ini ramai di pasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan puposive sampling mewawancarai dengan narasumber yaitu pelaku dan pelanggan Kronikita Sablon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan dari kedua metode tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa DTF lebih efisien dan ekonomis untuk produksi besar dengan desain kompleks, serta unggul dalam ketepatan warna dan ketajaman detail. Namun, sablon manual lebih unggul dalam hal daya tahan hasil cetakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dan kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh paket wisata pada Arwinda Tour & Travel di Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada  Arwinda Tour & Travel Sidoarjo. Pengambilan Sampel penelitian ini adalah Puposive Sapleng.  Dengan observasi dan  wawancara kepada Pelaku dan Pengguna Bisnis Tour & Travel Sidoarjo.  Teknik analisis data yang dipakai penelitian ini ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta analisis model Matrik TOWS atau Maktrik SWOT.

Metode penelitiain yaing digunaikain aidailaih survei dengain pendekaitain penelitiain kuaintitaitif. Teknik saimpling yaing digunaikain aidailaih purposive saimpling. Pengumpulain daitai dilaikukain dengain cairai menyebairkain kuesioner paidai pelainggain yaing pernaih melaikukain pembeliain di Coffee Shop dain Bistro Caik Kreebo Wlingi sebainyaik 100 oraing. Haisil penelitiain ini menunjukkain baihwai etikai pelaiyainain dain kuailitais pelaiyainain secairai pairsiail memiliki pengairuh yaing signifikain terhaidaip kepuaisain pelainggain di Coffee Shop dain Bistro Caik Kreebo Wlingi. Aidaipun secairai simultain suaisainai caifé, etikai pelaiyainain dain kuailitais pelaiyainain berpengairuh signifikain terhaidaip kepuaisain pelainggain. Ketigai vairiaibel independen tersebut maimpu menjelaiskain vairiaibel dependen yaiitu kepuaisain pelainggain sebesair 46%, sedaingkain 54% sisainyai dijelaiskain oleh vairiaibel laiinnyai yaing tidaik terdaipait dailaim penelitiain ini.
