Abstract

Premarital sex behavior is a social phenomenon that is very common in society. This is indicated by the high number of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents such as HIV / AIDS, as a result of poor promiscuity among adolescents such as premarital sexual behavior, so this sexually transmitted disease is more prevalent in adolescence. Then adolescents are never aware that engaging in premarital sexual behavior will harm themselves, such as pregnancy outside of marriage, abortion, destroying morals, tarnishing the good name of the family. Teenagers think that premarital sexual behavior is commonplace for adults and should be followed and imitated by teenagers. To analyze the relationship between adolescent residences and premarital sexual behavior in Dusun Air Buaya, Kairatu Subdistrict, West Seram Regency in 2019. This study used a descriptive analytical research with a cross sectional design, with sample size of 62 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Abstract

Diabetic ulcers are long-term complications in people with diabetes mellitus, so foot care is needed as a preventive measure. Patients with diabetes mellitus in Tulehu village, Salahutu sub district, Central Maluku district, have never received information about foot care, so foot care is never done except for nail cutting. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of people with diabetes mellitus in foot care in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2021. This study used a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pre-test-post-test design approach. by using a simple random sampling method, amounting to 64 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used bivariate analysis and the significance level was 0.05. The results in this study obtained that there was an effect of health education on the knowledge of people with diabetes mellitus in foot care in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2021

Abstract

Anemia gizi besi pada ibu hamil masih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dimana angka kematian ibu hamil yang cukup tinggidata WHO menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 30% ibu hamil di Indonesia mengalami anemia.Teh dapat menghambat penyerapan zat besi karena didalam teh ada tanin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan minum teh dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 32 ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 32 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji spearman rho.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara kebiasaan minum teh dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamaatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat tahun 2019 (p-value : 0.022). Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang kandungan dan bahaya mengkonsumsi teh pada waktu yang tidak tepat dan untuk ibu hamil agar meningkatkan gizi mereka terutama penyerapan unsur besi.
