Abstract

PREPARATION AND BIODISTRIBUTION STUDY OF 99mTc . IMMUNOGLOBULIN M AS INFECTION/INFLAMMA TION IMAGING AGENT. Thesuperiority of radiopharmaceutical compare to the other techniques of medical services, especially for diagnosis and therapy of several deadly diseases such as cancer or diagnosis of infection and iflammmation . Infection diseases are common in Indonesia, Nuclear medicine techniques which uses polyclonal antibody based radiopharmaceutical labeled with technetium-99m offers an alternative method of diagnosis infection/inflammation. Preparation of 99mTc- ImmunoglobulinM(99mTc_IgM) and its analysis have been carried out. This preparation needs several steps, first reducing IgM using mercaptoetanol with molar ratio 1:2000-12000, purification using PO-IO column ( sephadex G-25,Pharmacia), and the reduced IgM was labeled with 99mTcand MDP astranschelator. The reduced IgM was analysed using size exlusion_HPLC The radiochemical purity of 99mTc_IgM was analysed using TLC/paper chromatography. The stability in the human body was carried out by using fresh human serum after 1 and 2 hours incubation, Biodistribution test oninfected mice was carried out, the radiochemical purity of 99mTc_IgM analysed with TLC/paper chromatography was higher than 90 % for molar ratio Ab:Me 1:12000. The stability of labeled IgM in fresh human serum was stable after 1 and 2 hours incubation, biodistribution test showed higher uptake in the site of infection ( right thigh) compare to the site of uninfection ( left thigh).Keywords: Antibody, immunoglobulin-M, biodistribution,99mTc, infection/inflammation19

Abstract

The problems that occur and are the topic of this research are based on the increasingly declining morals and Islamic character of the younger generation which are increasingly being eroded by the current of developments over time. This research aims to determine the instillation of character values based on Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah Education at the MI Muhammadiyah Kluwih II school. This research uses qualitative research methods. Objects used at MIM Kluwih II. With research subjects, class VI students and PAI MIM Kluwih II Pacitan teachers. Data collection uses observation and interview techniques. These two techniques are used to check the validity of research data and information. The results of this research state that the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling Islamic character values at MIM Kluwih II is knowing the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers as mentors, as educators, as motivators, as evaluators and as role models, and being able to identify inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling Islamic character values, namely differences in students' lack of interest in participating in religious activities, the influence of the school environment, family environment and society which can influence the level of participation, behavior and personality of students. Islamic Religious Education Teachers consistently play a role in provide encouragement to students to accept and practice Islamic character values. Islamic Religious Education Teachers carry out coaching by implementing habits such as smiling, greetings, greetings, being polite, polite, reading prayers and the Asmaul Husna before and after learning, every time they perform the dhuha prayer, muroja'ah juz 30, and carry out midday prayers in congregation.

Abstract

The core problem in this study is the difficulty of determining classes for mentally retarded children. Mentally retarded children are children with special needs that must be considered in terms of education, to assist in the teaching and learning process for mentally retarded children, a very good class grouping is needed to support the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to build a decision system that can determine and classify classes for mentally retarded children. The method used in this study is the Wight Product method by determining a criterion that exists in this study. The results of this study are a system that can determine classes for special needs that can assist in the learning process with mental retardation needs.
