Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil survey dan observasi pada pemuda dan pemudi karang taruna yang ada di Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto ini, menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak dari mereka yang masih belum memiliki pekerjaan atau bisa dikatakan bahwa mereka belum belum bisa mendapatkan penghasilan. Salah satu factor yang berhasil kami himpun adalah dikarenakan masih kurangnya keterampilan yang mereka miliki. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh para pemuda dan pemudi karang taruna tidak pernah memperoleh bimbingan baik dari pendidikan formal ataupun dengan cara mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat mengarahkan para pemuda pemudi karang taruna pada pengetahuan luas, khususnya yang berkenaan dengan photo editing. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka tim pelaksana PPM prodi pendidikan matematika FKIP Unipa Surabaya, akan melaksanakan Workshop photo editing dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi adobe photoshop. Kegiatan tersebut, mampu menambah referensi dan pengetahuan bagi pemuda karang taruna yang ada di Kecamatan Gondang terutama di bidang desain grafis khususnya photo editing. Setelah mengikuti workshop, para karang taruna yang dapat mengedit foto secara sederhana dan mengaplikasikannya dalam berbagai macam bentuk publikasi cetak seperti logo, pamflet, brosur, kartu nama, poster, buku, tata letak/layout majalah, desain iklan, undangan, cover majalah, dan lain sebagainya akan mampu mengembangkan jiwa entrepreneur dibidang photo editing, sehingga dapat dijadikan lapangan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Anak Usia Dini (AUD) identik dengan bermain untuk mengembangkan fisik mototrik anak. Untuk mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik anak, orang tua dan pendidik perlu memfasilitasi dengan berbagai jenis alat permainan. Untuk mendukung pembelajaran, maka sangat tepat jika dalam proses belajar, anak-anak didukung dengan alat permainan edukatif yang memadai. Salah satu tema yang diajarkan kepada anak usia dini adalah tentang konsep bilangan. Pengetahuan anak dalam mengenal konsep bilangan merupakan dasar untuk belajar matematika pada jenjang yang lebih tinggi nantinya. Sehingga perlu dikembangkan alat permainan edukatif yang mengajarkan tentang konsep bilangan. Untuk membuat alat permainan edukatif dapat memanfaatkan barang-barang yang dapat ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar yang harganya yang murah, mudah didapatkan dan untuk mengurangi penggunaan plastik yang susah diurai. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan diketahui bahwa pemahaman anak terhadap konsep bilangan masih kurang, namun alat peraga yang tersedia di Pos PAUD Terpadu di Kecamatan Gondang Kota Mojokerto dinilai masih kurang. Untuk itu diberikan solusi untuk diadakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Dan Penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif Bagi Anak Usia Dini dengan menggunakan benda-benda di lingkungan sekitar. Dari kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, dihasilkan 3 jenis alat permaianan edukatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengajarkan konsep bilangan bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of overcoming the lack of understanding of student’s material to improve student learning outcomes, namely question and answer multi direction method. This learning method, students are expected to be more active, creative, and able to develop concepts to solve mathematical problems appropriately. The aim is to determine the effect of question and answer multi-direction on mathematic learning outcome in pythagorasin 8th class students of SMP N 19 Surabaya. The design used is a post-tes-only control group. The population in this research were all 8th students at SMP N 19 Surabaya. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the samples obtained are class VIII-E and class VIII-F. The data collection technique used is the test method. The data analysis technique used normality lest, homogenity, and t-test. Based on analysis of the data obtained that the sample is normally distributed and homogenous. Bu analyzing the data using the t-test, it was obtained that with a significant level of 0,05 and . This shows that is greater than . Then it was concluded that there was an effect of question and answer multi-direction on mathematic learning outcome in pythagoras in 8th class students of SMP N 19 Surabaya.

Abstract

The preparation of research articles is an obligation of high school teachers as an effort to support their careers. However, many of the teachers of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong have experienced difficulties in compiling articles. This community service uses workshops. The participants are teachers of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong. This activity will be divided into two stages, namely the initial stage starting with the dissemination of the delivery of the definition of scientific articles and the importance of writing scientific articles and the second stage of a workshop on assisting the preparation of scientific articles based on research results. From these activities, it was found that teachers were more familiar with the basic concepts of scientific articles and were able to compile scientific articles of research results well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of spatial reasoning ability of high school students with a kinesthetic learning style in solving geometric problems. The subjects used in this study consisted of 2 students of class XII SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques in this research are spatial reasoning ability tests and interviews. Data analysis used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers also used data analysis techniques from Milles & Huberman's research, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of a data researcher uses source triangulation. The results showed that the subjects described the design model by looking at it as a real object, such as describing the problem as a robot composed of several cubes to form a robot and the image also resembles a water spray in the garden which is composed of several cubes and also the holes for the outlet. water. So that the subject is able to convert a two-dimensional icon into a three-dimensional one. The subject explained that the picture has 7 cubes, one of which is blocked by the previous cube and each cube has a hole. Whereas 1 large cube in the middle has 7 holes, so that the subject is able to make the correct relationship between two-dimensional icons and three-dimensional objects. The subject solves the problem by finding the volume of the cube first, that is, each cube has 27 unit cubes and is multiplied by the number of cubes and the result is subtracted by the number of holes in the cube. The subject is able to solve geometry problems correctly along with the steps and explanations. Thus the kinesthetic subject's spatial reasoning in solving geometric problems is included in the category of high-level spatial reasoning (spatial).
