Abstract

Group counseling services with a realistic approach to alleviating students' learning difficulties at Mts NW Senyiur. This study aims to determine reality group counseling services in helping learning difficulties for students at VIII MTs NW Senyiur. The type of this research is a Pre-Experimental design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study was all students of class VIII MTs NW Senyiur totaling 25 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations, analysis using quantitative data in numbers processed using simple statistics. This study indicates that the initial condition data before being given treatment (pretest) in the form of group counseling services are in the low category with a score of 24.4. After being provided treatment (posttest) group counseling services, the condition is in the high sort with a score of 80, the average score of the scale learning difficulties in the experimental class with the highest score of 17,325. Thus, reality group counseling services affect alleviate learning difficulties for class VIII MTs NW Senyiur students.

Abstract

AbstractThe effect of individual counseling services to improve students' assertive behavior in class XI MA NW Senyiur 2020/2021 academic year. Thesis, a study program for guidance and counseling of the Faculty of Education (FIP) Hamzanwadi University. This study aims to determine the effect of individual counseling services to improve students' assertive behavior in class XI MA NW Senyiur 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is an experiment with the A-B design research design. The subject of this research is a student in class XI. The data collection technique used an assertive behavior questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative data in the form of numbers which were processed using simple statistics. The results of this study indicate that the initial condition data before being given treatment (pretest) in the form of individual counseling services is in the low category with a score of 9 being vulnerable to 0 10 and the conditions after being given treatment (posttest) individual counseling services are in the high category with a score of 25 being vulnerable 20 30, and the scores on each aspect before being given individual counseling services are in the low category, namely the affective component aspect, the score is 30%, the cognitive component aspect is 37%, the conation component aspect is 25%, then after being given individual counseling services there is an increase In each aspect, the affective component aspect scored 80%, the cognitive component aspect was 87%, and the conation component aspect was 83%. This is in accordance with individual counseling, where there is a counseling relationship with report card nuances, and the counselor seeks to provide assistance for the counselee's personal development and the counselee can anticipate the problems they face. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling individual untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa di kelas XI MA NW Senyiur TahunPelajaran 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian desain A-B. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang siswa yang kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku asertif dan dianalisis menggunakan data kuantitatif berupa angka-angka yang diolah menggunakan statististik sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data kondisi awal sebelum diberikan perlakuan (pretest) berupa layanan konseling individual berada pada kategori rendah dengan skor 9 berada pada rentan 0 10 dan kondisi setelah diberikan perlakuan (posttest) layanan konseling individual berada pada kategori tinggi denganskor 25 berada pada rentan 20 30, dan skor pada setiap aspek sebelum diberikan layanan konseling individual berada pada kategori rendah yaitu pada aspek komponen afektif skor sebesar 30%, aspek komponen kognitif 37%, aspek komponen konasi 25%, kemudian setelah diberikan layanan konseling individual terjadi peningkatan pada setiap aspek yaitu aspek komponen afektif skor sebesar 80%, aspek komponen kognitif 87%, dan aspek komponen konasi 83%. Hal ini sesuai dengan konseling individual adalah dimana terjadi hubungan konseling yang bernuansa raport, dan konselor berupaya memberikan bantuan untuk pengembangan pribadi konseli serta konseli dapat mengantisipasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapinya. Dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa konseling individual dapat membantu masalah konseli yakni perubahan dari perilaku asertif rendah menjadi perilaku asertif tinggi.Kata Kunci : Layanan konseling individual, perilaku asertif

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using assertive techniques to prevent addiction to playing online games. This research method is pre-experimental using a one-group pre-test and post-test research design. This research was conducted at One Roof Middle School 1 Sakra Timur. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. 6 grade VIII students were sampled in this study because of reasons that indicated online game addiction. This data was obtained based on the results of interviews with the Guidance and Counseling teacher. The conclusion of this study is seen from the results of W count and W table 35 0, it can be concluded that the provision of group guidance services using assertive techniques is effective in preventing addiction to playing online games in studentsKeywords :Group guidance services, Assertive Techniques, addiction in playing online gamesAbstractTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengatahui keefektifan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik asertif untuk mencegah kecanduan bermain game online. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. 6 orang siswa kelas VIII dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini karna alasan terindikasi kecanduan game online data ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dilihat dari hasil W hitung dan W tabel 35 0 , dapat di simpulkan bahwa pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik asertif efektif mencegah kecanduan bermain game online pada siswa.Kata Kunci : Layanan bimbingan kelompok, Teknik Asertif, kecanduan bermain game online

Abstract

Mindfullness dimaknai sebagai kesadaran. Mindfulness akan membantu siswa lebih sadar akan keadaan sekitar serta mampu menerima emosi secara terbuka.. Kondisi ini perlu ditingkatkan agar siswa mampu menyadari tanggung jawabnya sebagai seorang siswa, salah satu tanggung jawab sebagai seorang siswa adalah menentukan pilihan karir di sesuaikan dengan bakat serta minatnya. Dengan meningkatnya Mindfullness pada diri  siswa tentunya mereka dapat secara sadar dan penuh rasa tanggung jawab untuk dapat menentukan serta memilih arah karirnya. Layanan bimbingan klasikal merupakan bimbingan yang diberikan kepada sejumlah siswa dalam satu kelas. Dengan fungsi utama pencegahan, pemahaman dan pemberian informasi. Sasaran program adalah siswa kelas XII di beberapa sekolah yang berasal dari Kabupaten Lombok Timur dan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu (1) perancangan program layanan dalam bentuk dokumen rencana pelaksanaan layanan (RPL), (2) pengisian skala mindfulness, (3) pemberian layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan materi ABCD yang sudah disiapkan, (4) evaluasi pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh yaitu mindfulness siswa ditemukan berbeda-beda di setiap sekolah sasaran, ada yang masuk kategori sedang, dan tinggi. Layanan bimbingan klasikal tergolong dalam kategori efektif dalam meningkatkan mindfulness siswa. Adapun factor pendukung keberhasilan adalah (1) sikap terbuka dan aktif dari siswa, (2) komitmen untuk mncapai cita-cita (3) motivasi untuk bisa mencapai kesukessan di masa depan

Abstract

The type of research was quantitative research. The purpose of the quantitative approach was to obtain research results expressed in the form of numbers that were explained using statistical formula. This research aims to examine the improvement in student learning motivation through group counseling services using a behavioral contract approach. The type of research was quasi-experimental with a research design of one group pre-test and post-test. Based on the data analysis using a t-test, it shows that the t-value is greater than the t-table (20.79 2.571) at a significance level of 5%, indicating that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik. This indicates that Ha (the alternative hypothesis) is accepted, and Ho (the null hypothesis) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik

Abstract

Career choices in the millennial era have patterns that are identical to the world of technology, such as content creators, YouTubers, media activists and gamers. The guidance and counseling profession is also not a barrier for students to pursue careers in the world of technology. Based on the findings, there are two students who are pursuing careers such as YouTubers and media activists with 55.7 million subscribers and hundreds of media and video works. This research uses case study method. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation, documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it was found that (1) these two students became YouTubers and media activists according to their potential, interests and talents. This is what is meant by the positive Self concept meant by Donald Super. Where the positive self-concept seems to be the driving force to form career patterns throughout their lives. This is manifested in totality in every work produced. (2) these two students are in the exploratory stage (15-25 years). Where they have been able to understand a profession with an interest in the talent they have. Although there is potential to develop in other directions.
