Abstract

The type of research was quantitative research. The purpose of the quantitative approach was to obtain research results expressed in the form of numbers that were explained using statistical formula. This research aims to examine the improvement in student learning motivation through group counseling services using a behavioral contract approach. The type of research was quasi-experimental with a research design of one group pre-test and post-test. Based on the data analysis using a t-test, it shows that the t-value is greater than the t-table (20.79 2.571) at a significance level of 5%, indicating that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik. This indicates that Ha (the alternative hypothesis) is accepted, and Ho (the null hypothesis) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of group counseling services with a behavioral contract approach to improve the learning motivation of  VIIID grade students at SMPN 2 Masbagik

Abstract

Gading Wetan Village is a village that has many assets. These assets include manaqib every 11 hijriyah, rukun death, nightly routines (Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday) khotmil quran (Wednesday and sarwa). One of the activities that we think is very unique is the Rukun Death, because not many villages hold this activity. The method used is the ABCD method. From there our group was interested in developing the Harmony of Death activities in Gading Wetan Village. Seeing that many people did not understand how to take care of corpses, our group took the initiative to hold training activities for taking care of corpses. The evaluation results from this Community Service activity show that the people of Gading Wetan really benefit from all the material that has been provided to increase their knowledge in caring for corpses so that the community no longer has differences of opinion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi urgensi Al-Qur'an sebagai media pembelajaran dalam membentuk karakter islami pada anak didik. Melalui analisis terhadap metode pengajaran berbasis Al-Qur'an, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak positifnya terhadap perkembangan spiritual, moral, dan etika siswa. Hasil penelitian menyoroti peran integral Al-Qur'an dalam membimbing pembelajaran, membentuk nilai-nilai keislaman, dan merangsang pertumbuhan holistik anak didik. Temuan ini memberikan dasar kuat untuk mendorong penerapan Al-Qur'an sebagai instrumen utama dalam mencetak generasi yang kokoh secara islami.

Abstract

Speaking achievement is results or abilities obtained from training activities that can be properly demonstrated by using good language. One of the learning media that can support teaching speaking achievement is the U-Dictionary application. The use of U-Dictionary can be used as an effective learning medium, everyone can translate difficult words into the language they want, can be accessed quickly and briefly. The research was Quantitative Research with a Quasi-Experimental Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research was seventh grade students at MTs Darul Ulum Assurur, which consists of 51 students. The researcher chose a sample of class VIIB (23 students) as the Experimental class and class VIIA (28students) as the Control class. The data collected for this research was from scores of pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed using the formula of Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) with IBM SPSS 27 version. Based on the sample result and hypothesis testing, the score calculated showed the Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, which was interpreted that Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. The partial eta squared showed 0.222, which means that the mean score obtained by students in the experimental class was 22,2% higher than the control class. It was concluded that there was significant effect of using U-Dictionary application on speaking achievement of MTs Darul Ulum Assurur. There for using U-Dictionary application is effective for English teachers in the speaking class, especially to help students understand vocabulary. Key Words: U-Dictionary, Speaking Achievement

Abstract

This research explores the role of ethics, morality, and intellectual stimulation in improving the quality of lecturers’ careers at a higher education institution grounded in Islamic values. The study focuses on how these factors contribute to developing lecturers’ academic and professional competencies while upholding Islamic principles. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews and observations with key university stakeholders, including rectors, deans, and lecturers, to gather insights into the institution’s practices and programs. The findings reveal that ethics and morality, particularly integrity, justice, and responsibility, are central to leadership practices and contribute to a harmonious academic environment. Intellectual stimulation, through training programs, workshops, and collaborative research, significantly enhances critical thinking and creativity among lecturers. Furthermore, a strong religious community fosters collaboration and supports career growth. The implications of this research suggest that integrating ethical values and intellectual engagement in academic environments can lead to more effective career development for lecturers, aligning with both professional growth and moral integrity. The study also highlights the need for future research to broaden the scope, incorporating diverse educational settings and gender perspectives to provide a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) Pada Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kabupaten Sampang. SIPD adalah sistem informasi yang digunakan pada pemerintahan Kabupaten Sampang sebagai sistem perencanaan pembangunan daerah, sistem keuangan daerah, serta sistem pemerintahan daerah lainnya, termasuk sistem pembinaan dan pengawasan pemerintah daerah. Namun penerapan SIPD khususnya di Kabupaten Sampang, belum terlaksana dengan baik karena kualitas sistem yang masih kurang. Selain itu karena kurangnya efisiensi dari segi waktu atau singkatnya waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan bimbingan teknis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa BPPKAD Kabupaten Sampang telah menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan (SIPD) untuk menjalankan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibutuhkan dalam melaksanakan berbagai hal kegiatan yang merupakan program dari pemerintah Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

This study explores and analyzes the conflict management of pesantren-based madrasahs, especially madrasahs, in the educational environment. The conflict has both positive and negative impacts, such as the conflict in the madrasah environment, which includes a decrease in the mutual of teachers and groups in the world of education, which hinders effective communication. This research focuses on finding pesantren-based conflict management in MA Nurul Jadid, which aims to understand conflict dynamics, analyze conflict sources, impact on the learning environment, evaluate the effectiveness of conflict management strategies, and develop a contextualized model. The research method includes identifying patterns, themes, and nuances from interviews and observations. This study describes how pesantren values are implemented in daily life in madrasah, especially in the context of conflict management. The results showed that pesantren values became an essential foundation in their approach to conflict, creating an environment filled with brotherhood and deliberation. Training and discussion forums support creating a school culture that reflects these values. This research is expected to contribute value to understanding conflict management in pesantren, particularly in MA Nurul Jadid, and enrich the literature related to conflict management in pesantren-based educational institutions.

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis kreatif merupakan cara efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan dakwah secara persuasif dan menarik. Namun, santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Musyawwir masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menulis, terutama terkait struktur, gaya bahasa, dan daya tarik pesan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali para santri dengan keterampilan menulis kreatif yang sistematis dan selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip dakwah Islam. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan intensif, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan menulis dalam berbagai genre seperti esai, cerpen Islam, dan artikel keagamaan. Kegiatan diawali dengan asesmen awal kemampuan menulis para santri, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian teknik menulis, latihan terbimbing, dan evaluasi melalui umpan balik yang membangun. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan santri dalam memilih diksi yang tepat, menyusun struktur tulisan, dan mengemas pesan dakwah secara komunikatif. Program ini juga menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri para santri dalam menuangkan gagasan melalui tulisan, siap dipublikasikan di media dan platform digital pesantren. Diharapkan program ini dapat menjadi model pengembangan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis santri dalam mendukung dakwah berbasis teks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employees at the Sirap Village Head's Office can withhold and report Income Tax (PPh) Article 21 via e-filing. In this research, secondary data was obtained in the form of salaries paid to employees at the Sirap Village Head's Office. Abstract

This research analyzes encouraging inclusivity: strategies for supporting students with special needs in general classes. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The research subjects comprised the Head of the Madrasah, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, and Guidance and Counseling for Teachers, Students, and Parents. Data collection techniques use interview observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that implementing an inclusive approach in general classes requires an integrated combination of methods and techniques. First, intensive teacher training is vital, focusing on improving skills in identifying and responding to individual student needs. Furthermore, developing flexible and adaptive teaching materials allows students with special needs to access the curriculum in a way that suits their abilities. Educational technology, such as software that supports differentiated learning and communication tools, also plays an important role. Emotional and social support, through counselling programs and the formation of peer support groups, contributes to creating an inclusive and supportive environment. The results of this research underscore the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and communities in creating a supportive educational ecosystem for all students, especially those with special needs.
