Abstract

Apotek Deltasari Sidoarjo is a pharmacy that is developing and developing in the drug trade or pharmacy sector for people who have health problems. This pharmacy also serves the purchase of medicines both from prescription and non-prescription. The business process includes purchasing, drug inventory, and selling. All business processes are still carried out manually, such as recording inventory data, buying and selling are still carried out in books. As a result, many things occur in pharmacy operational problems such as unserved customer demand due to drug supplies. To overcome this problem, a system is needed that can help pharmacy operations, which includes processing data on supplies, purchases and sales. From the test results, the application that has been made can help process inventory data and process data on receipt of purchased goods, make it easier to manage stock, assist in the sales process, help control drug stocks that must be provided, and can produce stock reports and sales recaps from business processes. who runs the pharmacy.

Abstract

PT. Matahari Mitra Sukses (PT. MMS) is a company engaged in the rental of multimedia equipment, located in Surabaya. Increasing the number of transactions makes PT. MMS often experiences obstacles in terms of managing bookings and rental transactions. So that all existing equipment can be calculated, monitored and known to exist, PT. MMS requires a system that can help solve the above problems by designing and building multimedia equipment rental information systems at PT. MMS. The development of this information system refers to the specifications of user needs and is continued through the stages that exist in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. Based on the results of trials that have been conducted with the Owner, this multimedia equipment rental information system can assist the Operations Section and Front Desk in managing equipment orders and equipment circulation, providing equipment recommendations for maintenance to the Operations Section. The information system can also assist the Owner in providing income reports per period, equipment lease transaction reports from partners, equipment reports with the highest leases, customer reports with the highest leases, and maintenance reports.

Abstract

SMAN 20 Surabaya is a school with an average number of graduates per year as many as 300 graduates. SMAN 20 Surabaya conducts a tracer study once a year which is important in order to obtain information that can support improvement or determine academic policies to improve the quality of education and is an important part of accreditation assessment. There are problems that arise in the implementation of the tracer study at this time, namely SMAN 20 Surabaya does not have a clear reference or implementation guide, there is no tracer study implementation for graduate users, there is the possibility of redundancy or duplication of data, making questionnaires is often delegated causing the need to request access to control tracer study process, there is no feedback from alumni related to the learning process, there is no focus on the graduation year of the alumni who are the target respondents, and the report on the results of the tracer study is only a table listing responses from alumni. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tracer study application that is able to overcome these problems. The tracer study method is used as a reference for a series of tracing processes in the application. The process starts from making a questionnaire, then the process of collecting data / filling out the questionnaire, and finally the process of analyzing the data that will be poured into the report. The results of the research are that this application is able to provide questionnaires for alumni and graduate users, can record filling out questionnaires from respondents, has user access rights sharing, generates feedback for schools to improve education quality, can recommend alumni as questionnaire targets, and presents a summary dashboard that contains information that can support the improvement of the quality of school education.

Abstract

CV Dwi Teknik is a spring manufacturer company located on jl. Balong Dinding Gg 3, Menganti, Gresik. The problem in this company is that the recording transaction of stock materials still uses notes to record transactions. This can pose a risk of delays in reporting or recording stock transaction of materials due to the absence of real time recording of transaction of stock materials. There is no safety stock in this company where safety stock is needed so that there is a stock of materials available when there is high demand. Based on these problems, the solution is by making a application that can record transaction of stock materials and safety stock calculator using service level calculation. Based on the test results and evaluation, it can be concluded that this application can record a transaction of stock materials, perform safety stock using service level calculations, a notification that displays materials that have reached safety stock, create a reports of transaction of stock materials or reports of safety stock.

Abstract

The company PT Tirtho Alam Lestari is engaged in the procurement of products around safety and rescue equipment. This company serves various types of customer requests for safety and rescue equipment throughout Indonesia, especially on the island of Java. In this company, there are several obstacles, namely the company carries out the sales process by visiting customers directly and in recording sales reports written manually on books which causes the reports to be damaged or lost. Therefore, in this research, a solution is given in the form of using social media for a sales website application based on PT Tirtho Alam Lestari. The application was developed using the Waterfall method which consists of 4 stages, namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, and Construction. The application generated from this research includes features for customers in the form of sign up, login, display of all products sold, and customers can order products sold. Furthermore, there are features for admins in the form of dashboards, product views (can be added, deleted and edited), product categories, all orders, also generate best-selling product reports, revenue graph reports, and all orders reports. The application is also equipped with the use of social media, namely WhatsApp to support the system, including being able to send automatic replies from the admin, broadcast marketing and confirmation of payments from customers. Based on the results of trials with User Acceptance Testing with an average ratio obtained of 81%, which can be said that this application can be accepted by users.Keywords: Utilization of Social Media, Web Application, PT Tirtho Alam Lestari

Abstract

PT. IGLAS (Persero) is a manufacturing company of glass packaging (bottles). The company currently often late in a customer demand fulfillment. This problem due to several factors such as conventional way of schedulling and inneficient production process. Based on these problems, it would require a production scheduling information system using the priority rules to solve. This information system can provide production schedule more effectively according to choosen criteria from five methods that have been used. The criterias used are average processing time, utilization, average number of jobs in the system, and average number of delayed jobs. Meanwhile five methods used are, First Come First Serve (FCFS), Earliest Due Date (EDD), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Longest Processing Time (LPT), dan Critical Ratio (CR). Based on the information system created and series of trials performed, company has a more effective queued schedule in accordance with desired company criterias, so that all of customer demand can be fulfilled and timely completion.

Abstract

Education Department Surabaya city agencies are responsible for improving the quality of education. To determine the quality of education evaluation in schools using indicators thats contained in the National Education Standards (SNP) include Content Standards, Standard Process, Graduates Competency Standards, Standards Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Standards Management, Standard Funding and Assessment Standards.Indicators in the SNP derived from sub-indicators are 80 sub-indicators to each sub indicator recommendations that are needed by elementary school (SD) Interior, SD Private and Government Elementary School (MI).With the number of schools as many as 463 primary schools, 438 private primary schools, and 151 MI resulted in Elementary Education (Pendas) only evaluates several schools Pendas has a limitation of human resources in evaluating schools as well as the time used to evaluate only three weeks.To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications evaluation elementary schools that can speed the evaluation process of the school. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate proposals on supervision and facilitation for guidance in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya is  a 3 stars hotel that carries the concept of “bed & breakfast”. There is a  problem on controlling the cooking ingredients at the Kitchen Department. The problem is, this Department don’t have a proper ingredients usage documentation. As a result the Kitchen Department’s Staff cannot ensure the quantity of ordering the cooking ingredients, and because of this, lacks and excess of ingredients is often occurs. To overcome this problem, an information system for controlling the cooking ingredients in the Kitchen Department of Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya was built. The system applied an Economical Order Quantity methods to calculate the most economic order quantity for each ingredients. Reorder point methods to determine the reorder point of each ingredients where Safety Stocks is based on calculation of the ingredients usage. The test and evaluation result shows that system can minimize the ordering and holding cost of  cooking ingredients and able to control the stock so there are no more excess and lacks of ingredients. The reports of purchases, receipts, and usage of ingredients already fulfilled the information needs of the Head of  Kitchen Department.Keywords: Economical Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point.

Abstract

Lamongan District Land Office is a regional office of the National Land Agency. Have a role in public service for the people who want to take care the land certificate. Public services do need to have a good quality including the performance of all employees. In Lamongan District Land Office are the so-called performance assessment Job Target Employees. The problem that occurs is a long time calculation and miscalculation performance assessment.Of the problems found then the proposed design the wake application performance assessment based on the target civil servants working in Lamongan District Land Office web based. The application will perform calculations according the formula that has been incorporated in the application, so that it can cope with arithmetic errors that occur and accelerate the calculation time. Applications can be accessed anytime and anywhere, so although officials are outside the assessor's office fixed the performance appraisal can be done.Results of testing with the District Land Office Lamongan is built applications can perform calculations according the formula set forth in SKP. Applications can be accessed through mobile. Abstract

PT. Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company engaged in the manufacturing of pipes. Currently in production activities often experience delays in the fulfillment of customer demand for products pipeline. his is due to the absence of production schedules at every process of production, so that the buildup of production and lead to delayed product that will be in production. Based on the existing problems, then made a production scheduling information system by using EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). The scheduling information system are the order process, the process of calculation methods, the process of determining the best method, and the process of making the product schedule. This system can provide scheduling according to the calculation method using the criteria of the method of EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). he criteria used are: average completion time - price, utilization, job number average - average and delay - average.
