Abstract

PT. Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company engaged in the manufacturing of pipes. Currently in production activities often experience delays in the fulfillment of customer demand for products pipeline. his is due to the absence of production schedules at every process of production, so that the buildup of production and lead to delayed product that will be in production. Based on the existing problems, then made a production scheduling information system by using EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). The scheduling information system are the order process, the process of calculation methods, the process of determining the best method, and the process of making the product schedule. This system can provide scheduling according to the calculation method using the criteria of the method of EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). he criteria used are: average completion time - price, utilization, job number average - average and delay - average. And the provision of appropriate weight value prosentanse PT.Bukit Baja Anugrah The information system generates the scheduling process and machinery products, and generate reports - reports related to reports presentanse most ordered products, product scheduling reports, report scheduling engine, report production plans, production schedules reports period and production scheduling reports day

Abstract

Abstract: PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI) is a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). As agencies engaged in the field of port, PT BJTI apply timeliness in reporting and recording daily conduct HMC operational tool, PT BJTI often have inaccuracies in recording daily reports HMC operational tool, it makes the results of the evaluation to be late, so the decision to become a HMC tool operation not in time, and reporting systems that are not effectively make HMC operational reporting process becomes longer because the recording is done in the field and then submitted to the office (staff) at a considerable distance.Through the analysis, it is known that the delay reporting conducted field operators resulting length HMC tool performance evaluation conducted by Supervisor Equipment II that became the target suitability report is not timely. Of problems and analysis of existing problems, it is necessary that the application can perform a performance evaluation of web-based tools that HMC is built based on interviews and observations that have been made. Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the application can provide detailed information about HMC performance reporting tool, so that the evaluation can be done on time and not until there is delay in the provision of monthly reports and statements report the suitability of the target.

Abstract

Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep is one of the subsidiaries of PTPN X engaged in the production of sugar. Currently Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep already using sistem informasi pabrik gula(SIPG) to support business processes, information systems used but still can not help pabrik gula gempolkrep to monitoring the productivity of sugarcane feedstock. This needs to be rectified as to achieve production targets. Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep need to monitor the productivity of sugarcane raw material that becomes the main raw material in sugar production. Based on the above, it was built dashboard for visualization of raw material productivity of sugarcane in Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep. The dashboard is designed to meet the information needs of sugarcane productivity of the manajer tanaman and kepala tebang angkut. The results of the evaluation system productivity dashboard for visualization of the raw material sugar cane in the mill Gempolkrep can change the raw material sugar cane productivity data into visual information that is accurate and in accordance with user needs to monitor the achievement of the productivity of sugarcane feedstock.Keywords: Dashboard, Visualization, Productivity

Abstract

New Cahaya Hotel is a company engaged in the field of tourism as an hotel in Sidoarjo. New Cahaya Hotel still using manual methods for daily administration, such as reservation, check in, check out, in house services, and making reports. This recording methods for a company that engaged in services can be not efficient, for example taking too much time to handling check in registration. It can be risky too for saving valueable informations. To overcome the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an hotel administration information system. The result from this hotel administration system is hotel administration reporting. So, this system can overcome the company’s administration problem and give efficient and effective information.Keywords: information system, hotel administration system reporting

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.

Abstract

Randu Padangan village is one of the villages in Gresik Regency which has a population of approximately 4500 inhabitants and many farm fields and plantations. With increasing population led to the need for land for settlement increased and many citizens who sell and buy land for the necessities of life. Related to it Governance in particular village government party in charge of handling and serving information land experiencing difficulties in terms of land information services. It looks at the data search process a very long land until it reaches 2 days and the presentation of data on land that is still difficult to understand especially on imagemap map data blocks with the current data block is still separate. This led to theinformation given to the citizens of less accurate. Based on the problems described previously the village of Randu Padangan requires a land information system that can assist the Government in conducting logging landand provide information that is accurate and speedy land to citizens. The results showed that Randu Padangan Village Land information systems can assistthe Government in conducting land and logging provides information on defense, so the  land information service can be quickly solved with accurate and timely.

Abstract

PT Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company in the manufacturing of pipes.As long as companies are experiencing delays in the fulfillment of customer orders. This is because in determining the order fulfillment time is still based on estimates and orders directly from the manager in the purchase of raw material requirements, so there is no recording in detail the structure of the product requirements and checking of raw materials is not done on a regular basis also resulted in a shortage or excess raw materials. Based on these problems, then made the information system planning raw material requirements by using Lot For Lot. In the raw material requirements planning system there are some processes, namely the process of receiving data MPS where the information obtained in the form of raw material needs and schedule pre-defined messages, the process of recording the initial raw material inventory and process MRP (Material Requirement Planning). In the process there is a process that MRP Netting, Lot Sizing, Offsetting and Exploding. Based on the information system created by the testing that has been done, then this information system can meet the needs of raw materials needed for the production process, especially in producing a raw material requirements planning as any raw materials that must be ordered, how much, and when the raw materials have to be ordered. And information systems have resulted in reports of raw material requirements planning, inventory status reports and reports planned purchase of raw materials.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company who works in furniture field. The company’s production is based on the customer orders. The average of the company’s transaction reaches about 3000 products, yet 31% of them delayed. It is caused by several things, which are the absence of scheduling method, the machine’s functions are not optimized yet by the company, and also order data recording with production scheduling are not integrate yet. This research results an application that can compare four methods of scheduling. The four methods are EDD, FCFS, SPT and LPT. The comparison of methods is aimed to get the best method that will be used by the company for scheduling. It requires some stages to make the application, the first is requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and the last are integration and testing. From this research, its result is about 96% which means that the application is feasible to use, and the user trial results are about 91% which means that this application can be accepted by the company.

Abstract

Dinas PU. Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Sumenep as executive agencies wheel development.  Bidang penataan ruang became a top priority along with the occurrence of resistance in the city of sumenep, among others, the construction of a drainage channel, local roads and sidewalks. Problems encountered can not do monitoring with respect to time, cost, and project work progress in the field. So in the initial evaluation and identification work difficult, it often causes a delay in the implementation of the project work. To overcome the obstacles faced by bidang penataan ruang, can be done by means of building the application of monitoring and evaluation of the project in bidang penataan ruang di dinas PU. Cipta Karya Sumenep. Monitoring included the time, cost, and work progress. If there is a mismatch of the project, the system will give an alert/notification to immediately followed up. The results of monitoring will be evaluated by the system for each stretch out. So if there is a discovery that could harm the project can be identified since the beginning. At this stage of implementation, the application indicates conformity with the expectation of 100% and worth to be used. Based on test data planning and realization, obtained results information monitoring and evaluation of each project is presented in the form of the curve S.

Abstract

Currently the Office of Cooperative Sidoarjo regency, especially in the Seksi Bina Usaha Simpan Pinjam experienced a problem that is on the dimension of time is the amount of data that must be processed, the process of health assessment done manually, and there was no warning system regarding Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) or Unit Simpan Pinjam (USP) who have not submitted reports Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). On the dimension of content is input weighting process aspect, the process of checking the standard tables assessment is done manually. Based on these problems, needs analysis and design application health assessment KSP/USP. Analysis and design are expected to produce a document on which to base the development of software applications health assessment KSP/USP. After the application design was developed to help the Department of Cooperatives Sidoarjo District to provide the required information, and assessing the health of the KSP and USP. After analysis and application design health assessment KSP/USP of this, it can produce documents in the form of Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Architecture and Design (SAD).
