Abstract

The goals on the observation where examine any impact between works environment anddisciplin toward employesed performances of this company on Tirta Kencana RegionalWater Supply in Jombang Regency. This used quantitative research methods and causalapproach. The number off samples was 54 employees and was using questionnaire asdata collectionss techniques. Hipothesis have influenced simultaneous have influencedsimultaneous and causal approach, determination coefficiens test (r) of multiple linearsregrestion analysys. The result in observation of shown up that : Working environmentand working disciplin have influenced simultaneous toward employees performance inthe company of Tirta Kencana Regional Water Supply in Jombang Regency

Abstract

UMKM jamur tiram desa Sidowarek Kecamatan Ngoro Kabupaten Jombang merupakan bentuk kegiatan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat setempat dimana jamur tiram menjadi produk unggulan di desa tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama pemerintah desa Sidowarek dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran UMKM khususnya dalam pengembangan bisnis digital agar dapat memperluas pemasaran produk jamur jamur tiram. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah terjadi peningkatan kognitif UMKM dan peningkatan kemampuan penggunaan media bisnis digital serta peningkatan kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam pemberian informasi, pengelolaan pengembangan bisnis digital.

Abstract

The ongoing digital transformation presents vast opportunities for Indonesian MSMEs, particularly santripreneurs within pesantren, to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their marketing strategies. This study explores how entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) strengthens the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the adoption of AI-based marketing. Employing a quantitative design, data were gathered from 375 student santripreneurs across five Islamic cities in East Java and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that ESE exerts a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, which subsequently enhance attitudes and adoption intentions. These findings underscore ESE’s significance as an external construct enriching the classical TAM. The study extends TAM within the pesantren entrepreneurship context and offers practical insights for promoting digital literacy training and ecosystem collaboration to accelerate AI adoption among santripreneurs
