Abstract

This study aims to determine the Diversity and Role of Visitor Insects on Long Bean Plants in Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency. The location of this research is in 4 villages in Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a direct survey method to the research location which has been carried out in January – February 2022. The method used in this study is a survey method directly to the field while the sampling of insects is by purposive sampling. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on a long bean plantation (Vigna sinensis.L) in Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency, it was found that insects belong to 6 orders, 16 families and 26 species. The diversity was to index of visitor insects to obtained from 4 villages in Kerkap District that was categorized as moderate, namely (H') = 1.084. The results of measurements were of ecological factors in long bean plantations in Kerkap District, North Bengkulu Regency that ranged from 28ºC - 37ºC, air humidity ranged from 46% - 69% and light intensity ranged from 1105 Lux - 2846 Lux.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the diversity and characteristics of freshwater fish in Sungai lais, lais sub-district, Bengkulu Utara district, Bengkulu province. This research was conducted using survey methods and to obtain primary data taken into the field by direct capture. Samples were taken in sungai lais, lais sub-district, Bengkulu Utara regency is done by dividing 3 stations. Measurement of fish morphometric characteristics is done by measuring fish body parts including, total length (PT), standard length (PB), head length (PK), height (TB), body width (LB) and tail height (TE). The results showed that the diversity index which is found in the lais river which is classified as low, with a diversity index at station A 0.666, station B 0.724 and station C 0.522. The types of fish found in this study consisted of 8 species namely Cyprinus carpio (goldfish), Osteohilus vittatus (palau fish), Anabas testudienus (fish betok), Channa striata (cork fish), Oreochromis niloticus (tilapia), Oreochromis mossambicus (tilapia fish), Trighogaster trichopterus (sepat fish), and Clarias batrachus (catfish).Keywords: Diversity, Fish, Lais River, Morphometric Characteristic

Abstract

Cell and molecular biology are among the topics that have led to the application of molecular technology. Problems arise when learners lack understanding of concepts or even frequent misconceptions due to many abstract concepts. This study aims to determine the level of student understanding through a resume in the form of a portfolio. The research method used descriptive approach. The population of the study is the students of Biology Education study program which has taken the subject of cell Biology and molecular number of 102 students, and the sample determination using random cluster so that 40 students are obtained. Data were analyzed descriptively-quantitative. Based on the findings in the field, it is known that the average value of the resume portfolio of 71.60 and categorized high. Thus, the students' concept of understanding is in the high category so that the assignment method makes the resume in the form of portfolio able to give better understanding of the concept of lecture material of Cell and Molecular Biology, with the average value of concept understanding through portfolio is in high category

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the implementation of the strengthening of religious character education (PPK) at SMK Negeri 7 Bengkulu Utara. This research is an evaluative research with a descriptive approach. The population involved in the implementation of KDP are: principals, teachers and students. The research sample consisted of the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, five representatives of the teacher council and 92 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis of percentages. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of strengthening religious character education in SMK Negeri 7 Bengkulu Utara in general has good criteria with the level of program implementation reaching 73.21%.
