Abstract

Multimedia learning is a combination between text, picture, chart, animation, and audiovisual. It’s given by interactive ways, so it can make a learning experience for the students as their daily life. Multimedia is very important right now, because it made to complete each other, so that the entire system is effective, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Multimedia also gives stimulus for training and learning in outdoor. The designs are text, picture, animation, and sound by six stages, they are: (1) analyze learners, (2) state objectives, (3) select methods, (4) utilize media, (5) require learner participation, (6) evaluate and revise.

Abstract

Management of learning media is a part of efforts to improve the quality of education. As for the indicators that must be considered in the management of learning media especially: planning instructional media, organizing media, learning media management, evaluating media of the school, it is expected that the preparation of media programs can run effectively with the learning programs that have been made so that it can contribute positively to learning. The learning media management process must go hand in hand with school programs, it is necessary to manage a management of learning media in elementary school that is responsible for administering all activities related to learning media management, understanding of media management is important for the officer in planning media programs, classification of media, the grouping of media based on the condition of each school or based on certain subjects so that the media can be used optimally in the classroom or in out door class. Supervision should be carried out programmatically by the school principal and personnel at the relevant agencies of the district and district level offices are expected to be input of increasing the development of learning media management n the next year.

Abstract

The learning process of early childhood emphasizes the process of learning through play, to practice basic skill acquired through play activities. Through play activities children can involve themselves and explore to strengthen the things they have and find new knowledge. The learning process carried out aims to optimize aspects of child development. The learning process by playing strategies are carried out is appropriate with the goals determined goals, and the learning model through play used is guided and directed play, because it tends to use props. The learning process tends to be classical with the same material and method simultaneously and applied to all children, and the learning process has not varied according to the uniqueness of each child, so that the learning process has not conditioned the child to choose the angle of play according to their interests and choices.

Abstract

Language is a humans tool for communicating. English is a language that is often used to communicate between countries, English language skills are needed because it is now an era of globalization. Then a way is needed to improve English skills by going through a learning terrace program. Learning terrace program is an English tutoring program for students. The purpose of this activity is to improve the English language skills that can be enjoyed by everyone, especially the lower economic community is needed place that can provide alternative problem solving, namely the existence of free English learning activities that are learning terrace program conducted with facilities that make use of the terrace of people's homes, but do not ignore the quality factors of the results and the process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja komite sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri dan Swasta di Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penyelidikan ini memakai strategi penilaian yang berorientasi pada tujuan. Subjek penyelidikan ditentukan secara purposive yaitu SMA negeri 02 dan SMA swasta di Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Masing-masing sekolah terdiri dari satu kepala sekolah, lima guru non-komite, dan lima wali murid non-komite. Variabelnya adalah kinerja komite sekolah dan kualitas sekolah. Kuesioner tertutup digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Data tersebut lalu dianalisis dengan memakai teknik persentase kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Kata Kunci,

Abstract

Motivasi belajar siswa merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat bantu dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel terkait yang telah dipublikasikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan multimedia, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan e-learning. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah-sekolah memperhatikan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan salah satu matakuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi untuk menarapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) secara teamwork dan interdisipliner. Tujuan lain dari KKN ini juga untuk menanamkan nilai kepribadian, semangat kerja, kemandirian dan tanggung jawab. KKN UMKO 2023 dilaksanakan selama 40 hari terhitung dari tanggal 28 Februari – 8 April 2023 di Desa Karang Rejo, Sungkai Selatan, Lampung Utara. Program kerja yang telah terlaksana yaitu dibidang pendidikan, olahraga, Agama Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Hasil program kerja KKN UMKO 2023 di Desa Karang Rejo yaitu : 1) bimbingan belajar dan mengaji untuk siswa PAUD, SD dan SMP; 2) pendampingan olahraga voli, pencak silat, dan senam; 3) sosialisasi hukum. Dengan demikian program kerja KKN UMKO 2023 berjalan dengan baik.
