Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh social media marketing terhadap brand awareness  dan brand commitment. Ada tiga variabel yang digunakan yakni social media marketing sebagai variabel bebas, bran commitment sebagai variabel terikat dan brand awareness sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada siswa Kelas XII SMA/SMK/MA yang akan mendaftar di Universitas Teknologi Mataram sebagai menjadi responden. Karakteristik responden yang digunakan yakni calon mahasiswa baru yang memiliki dan menggunakan sosial media tersebut. Alat analisa yang diunakan yakni Structural Equalling Modelling karena ada variabel moderasi di dalamnya. Dari hasil analisa data, statistik deskriptif semua variabel memiliki nilai rata-rata buruk untuk social media marketing  dan brand awareness serta nilai rata-rata rendah untuk brand commitment. Kemudian hasil uji pengaruh, variabel social media marketing dan brand awareness tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap  brand commitment sehingga semua hipotesis penelitian ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of internal control systems and human resource competencies on the quality of financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in West Lombok Regency. The type of research used is associative because it examines the causal variables of independent and related variables. The research variables consist of the internal control system and the competence of human resources as independent variables and the quality of financial reports as the dependent variable. The research was conducted in West Lombok Regency using a survey sample method with a total of 135 respondents of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) with a purposive sampling approach. Analysis of the research using test instruments in the form of validity testing with the Pearson product moment method and reliability testing with Croncbach's alpha. The feasibility test of the model uses classical assumption tests such as normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test for partial test and F test for simultaneous test. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the internal control system and human resource competence on the quality of financial reports. In the simultaneous hypothesis test, the two independent variables affect the quality of financial statements. The limitation of this research is that the understanding of micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) related to the internal control system and competence of human resources in preparing financial reports is still low because most of the micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM), both non-formal and formal, still associate the operational activities of micro, small and medium enterprises with owner's personal activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara brand image dan brand trust terhadap customer lolyalty produk ponsel Samsung di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regressi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden berjumlah 30 orang. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sample survey untuk penentuan sampel dengan metode purpossive sampling untuk mendapatkan karakter spesifik responden yang untuk dijadikan sampel. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode angket dalam pengumpulan data dan instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Uji instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas menggunakan metode pearson product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Hasil uji instrumen yang dilakukan didapatkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Pada analisis regressi linier berganda, didapatkan arah pengaruh variabel positif. Pada hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan masing-masing variabel bebas (brand image dan brand trust) berpengaruh secara pasrial terhadap variabel terikat (customer loyalty). Kemudian, variabel bebas (brand image dan brand trust) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat (customer loyalty).

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of word of mouth communication and family preferences in students' decisions to choose private universities in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research was conducted by collecting data using Google Form and Paper Base media to respondents whose criteria had been determined using the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents used amounted to 105 students. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The feasibility test of the model uses the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that word of mouth and family preferences have a partial effect on students' decisions to choose private universities in West Nusa Tenggara Province. In the simultaneous test using the F test, word of mouth and family preferences affect students' decisions to choose private universities in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur organisasi yang memegang perananan penting dalam kegiatan organisasi dalam bidang apapun. Dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia tentu ada banyak skali caranya yang bisa dilakukan yaitu salah satunya dengan melakukan pelatihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BAPAS Kelas IIA Mataram. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan motivasi kerja dan stres kerja, kinerja pegawai.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BAPAS Kelas IIA Mataram. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BAPAS Kelas IIA Mataram. Kinerja pegawai pada BAPAS Kelas IIA Mataram secara simultan diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BAPAS Kelas IIA Mataram.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja dan Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Coffee is a popular drink enjoyed by all ages. Coffee plantations in Indonesia have contributed to the country's long coffee production and economic growth history. According to the ICO, Indonesia ranks sixth globally for coffee consumption, with a total consumption of 4.6 million 60 kg/lb in the 2016-2017 range. This study aims to see the effect of Customer Experience, which consists of sense, feel, thinking, act, and relation, in influencing the repurchase intention behavior of coffee shop consumers in Mataram City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research because it examines the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The sampling technique uses non-probability and purposive sampling to obtain the characteristics of the respondents to be studied. The number of respondents reviewed amounted to 180 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The model feasibility test uses the classic assumption test, consisting of the normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t-test for partial test and F test for simultaneous test. The results obtained are that there is an influence between the independent variables consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate to the dependent variable repurchase intention either partially or simultaneously so that all research hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

This article discusses a community service program that focuses on improving marketing skills for traditional market traders to strengthen their competitiveness in modern markets. This program includes training in marketing techniques, product styling, and the use of social media for promotion. Service activities were carried out at the traditional market in Telaga Waru Village, West Lombok using observation and in-depth interview methods to evaluate the impact of the program on participating traders. The results of the service show that this training was successful in increasing traders' understanding and skills in implementing more effective marketing strategies. Significant changes can be seen in more attractive product arrangements, increased promotional activities via social media, as well as an increase in the number of customers and sales. Apart from that, this program has also succeeded in increasing traders' awareness of the importance of adapting to technological developments in marketing. The conclusion of this service emphasizes the need for continuous training and support from the government and related institutions to maintain the sustainability and competitiveness of traditional markets. Recommendations include developing more comprehensive training programs, providing access to digital resources, and collaborating with various parties to support the sustainability of this initiative.

Abstract

The goals of an organization or company can be achieved if it is supported by employees who have competencies according to the field within the company, therefore employees are an important production factor. Companies need human resources who have competencies according to their fields to run the business in the most effective way. Employees help the company achieve its goals by leading, thinking, and planning. To achieve organizational goals, companies carry out integrated training and education for their employees. One of the efforts made by companies to improve the quality of human resources in the world of work is by providing training. Training is the process of training and equipping employees with skills, knowledge and intellectual abilities. The aim of this literature research is to determine the role of training in improving employee performance using the literature review method. Literature studies are based on searching scientific articles. The research results show that training has an important role in increasing employee competency which will encourage increased employee performance

Abstract

Tilapia cultivation in Teratak Village, Central Lombok, faces problems in feed efficiency and limited market access. Lack of automation technology causes feed waste, while limited marketing knowledge limits farmers' competitiveness. This community service activity aims to overcome these problems through the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the form of automatic feeders (smart feeders) and entrepreneurship training focused on digital marketing. The methods applied include the manufacture and installation of smart fish feeders that are controlled via an application to regulate the amount and frequency of feed. In addition, entrepreneurship training focuses on digital marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach. The results of the activity show that smart feeders increase feed efficiency by up to 20%, reduce waste, and support more optimal fish growth. Digital marketing training helps farmers improve their online promotion skills, expand market networks, and significantly increase sales. In conclusion, the application of IoT technology and digital marketing-based entrepreneurship training has proven effective in increasing the efficiency of cultivation and market competitiveness of tilapia farmers in Teratak Village
