Abstract

The dynamic pricing strategy adopted by each airline has a different strategy model when viewed from the pattern of price function charts against the time of purchase. In this research, it can be concluded that dynamic pricing is influenced by ticket purchase time, departure time, and departure route. Based on the research, consumers can make purchasing decisions by making trends (strategy patterns) that have the greatest R2 value, for example for the purchase of Air Asia tickets departure at 05.20 hours can be done by creating logarithmic chart pattern but the data can deviate Rp 147.931,80 and consumers are advised Not making purchases when approaching holidays; In addition to complementing the strategy pattern found using R2 Test, the winner of game theory for 5 am departure hours ie Air Asia has a smaller possibility to change its strategy pattern, so the trend pattern created using the winning strategy that is logarithmic will have greater certainty than if create a trend pattern only by considering the greatest R2 value.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive case study that utilises value chain analysis to analyse and develop strategies for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Muslim fashion industry. The research addresses critical challenges facing SMEs in accessing the final market and proposes strategic solutions for all stakeholders involved in the value chain. The study adopts Kaplinsky's value chain analysis approach, complemented by quantitative tools such as SWOT and Diamond Competitiveness Analysis. The findings reveal that SMEs encounter four significant barriers to accessing the final market: economies, product characteristics, heavy promotion and advertising, and trading barriers. These barriers pose significant challenges due to internal limitations within the organisations. With these obstacles, a multifaceted strategy is proposed. The proposed plan includes the following key initiatives: (1) Segmentation of the target consumer base to optimise services, thus maximising penetration; (2) Strengthening collaborative partnerships between different actors within the value chain to enhance overall competitiveness; (3) Implementation of targeted promotion and communication programs to improve customer satisfaction and brand visibility; (4) Establishment of a comprehensive data recording system to streamline business processes and improve tactical decision-making; and (5) Investment in technological advancements within the production process to enhance product quality. By implementing these strategies, SMEs can effectively address the identified barriers and unlock their growth potential within the Muslim fashion industry. This case study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing practical insights and recommendations for SMEs operating in the Muslim fashion sector. The findings can guide policymakers, industry practitioners, and researchers in formulating effective strategies to foster growth and sustainability in this dynamic industry.

Abstract

This study aims to create a map of brand equity and service quality perceptions of Bank C relative to four other banks in Indonesia, namely Bank KBMI Category 3. Customer perception maps were constructed by asking customers to provide overall similarity ratings for Brand Equity and Service Quality pairs on a metric scale. The study included Bank A, Bank B, Bank C, Bank D, and Bank E customers in Indonesia. One hundred eight respondents were sampled using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method, which groups many variables into several factors with similar characteristics. Additionally, the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method was used, a data analysis technique used to explore the data structure based on similarities or dissimilarities. Based on the analysis results, it was found that according to the perceptions of Bank C customers, the bank scored low in the Reliability factor. At the same time, Bank B had the lowest scores in Brand Loyalty and Brand Awareness factors. This indicates that the strengths of both banks lie in these factors. Subsequently, Bank A, Bank E, and Bank D followed in sequential order.

Abstract

The performance of the Regional Public Drinking Water Company is an essential indicator in ensuring public access to efficient and sustainable clean water services. This study aims to analyze the influence of service coverage and the rate of water loss (Non-Revenue Water/ NRW) on the performance of Tirta Giri Nata Cirebon City, Indonesia. The approach is quantitative with multiple linear regression methods, based on monthly data from 2021 to 2023. The results showed that the coverage of services had a significant positive effect on performance, while NRW had a significant adverse impact. The determination coefficient (R²) value of 42.1% indicates that both variables explain a large proportion of variations in company performance. These findings affirm the importance of strategies to expand the coverage and control of NRW as a crucial step in improving regional drinking water services' operational efficiency and sustainability.

Abstract

The Indonesian packaging industry faces mounting pressure to align enterprise systems with evolving strategic and operational demands. This study investigates the performance of a mature Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT Multi Makmur Investama (Multives), leveraging the Critical Success Factors (CSF) framework and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify and prioritize key determinants of ERP success. Ten CSFs were evaluated through expert pairwise comparisons and cross-validated via a perception survey of 51 ERP users. Results reveal ERP system quality (18.16%), top management support (14.19%), and user training (10.79%) as the most influential drivers. However, notable discrepancies emerged between expert prioritization and user satisfaction particularly in vendor support and training indicating underlying misalignments in long-term ERP usage. The study contributes a dual-layered evaluation model combining structured expert judgment and user-based validation, offering actionable insights for ERP optimization in emerging market contexts and extending theoretical discourse on ERP maturity evaluation.
