Abstract

Artikel ini melakukan analisis menyeluruh terhadap strategi terbaru dalam penerapan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan Elektronik (e-CRM) di lingkungan e-commerce. Analisis meliputi empat aspek penting, yaitu e-CRM, biaya, penerimaan teknologi, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengkaji perkembangan konsep dalam keempat kategori tersebut. Metode Structural Equation Modeling digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan keakuratan model pengukuran yang digunakan. Hasil pengumpulan data dari 200 penjual e-commerce di Lombok NTB menunjukkan bahwa kinerja e-CRM sangat dipengaruhi oleh infrastruktur yang tersedia, kemudahan penggunaan, dan sistem e-learning. Integrasi dan pengembangan faktor-faktor ini berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas e-CRM secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja hubungan pelanggan. Hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas e-CRM dalam konteks e-commerce secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk setiap kategori yang dikaji serta menyajikan saran untuk penelitian dan arah masa depan.

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness plays a crucial role in disease prevention efforts. Without attention to environmental cleanliness, this pandemic will never end. This community service program aims to (1) instill awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness from adolescence, (2) enhance understanding of the significance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, and (3) teach the habit of proper waste disposal. The goal is to create a comfortable, clean, healthy, and beautiful environment for teenagers to play and learn. To achieve this goal, the program employs several methods. The first phase is an approach where the service team adapts to teenagers. The second phase involves setting an example of proper waste disposal. The third phase provides guidance and education on the importance of environmental cleanliness and its consequences if neglected. One of the major issues in this environment is the lack of public waste bins, which gives teenagers an excuse not to dispose of trash properly. To address this problem, the fourth phase involves the creation of trash bins to be placed in public areas and mosques, along with organizing community clean-up activities. Finally, the evaluation phase is used to measure the program's success among teenagers in the Dusun Mandar Desa Labuhan Haji. The results of this program show that teenagers in the community now have an understanding and a caring attitude towards the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate Human Resource Development management as an effort to improve the quality of education at TK PKK Majidi. The study involves 10 teachers from TK PKK Majidi as its subjects. The results indicate improvement, although not yet fully optimal. The school principal endeavors to enhance teacher quality by prioritizing HR development and skills training. Therefore, the next HR development strategy involves mandatory monthly training sessions for teachers. There are various types of training available for teachers to enhance their skills and competencies, ranging from leadership training, skills development, motivation, creativity, to participation in children's training activities. The findings suggest that when children become creative, teachers have achieved good quality in creative education.

Abstract

Limitations of technology, information management and knowledge management can be overcome with social media. The previous generation of knowledge management was still stagnant and undeveloped, organizations were often trapped and too dependent on knowledge that was lagging behind or stalled. Lack of skills in social media use, lack of awareness of knowledge value management, availability of time to devote both in digital skills and in content creation and duration, create perceived barriers to social media use. Through a concise and relevant knowledge management process, as well as utilizing the use of social media, MSMEs can display and communicate messages, products or services, images, and most importantly, the uniqueness that becomes their selling point. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the use of social media in an effort to improve the performance of MSMEs in terms of the perspective of knowledge management-based human resource management with a big data model approach for MSMEs. The method used is a review of relevant literature from 2019 to 2023. The results show that the importance of using social media and managing knowledge through big data has a synergistic relationship. revealed that the use of data strategy, a representation of business planning that is guided by knowledge, is a solution for MSMEs in implementing technology through the construction of new knowledge as a tool to encourage innovation and productivity in order to increase business competitiveness and its impact on the performance of MSME actors.

Abstract

The beach is an interesting place as a place to do activities outside the home. The beauty of the beach must always be maintained so that comfort can still be obtained for everyone who visits it. The beach becomes a comfortable place if it is kept clean. East Pohgading Village is a place for tourism activities such as marine tourism, supporting facilities and white sandy beaches that are in great demand by tourists to visit. Public awareness, especially beach visitors at Kerakat Timur Pohgading Village, will maintain the cleanliness of the beach area and there is a need for public awareness in disposing of garbage in places that are not scattered around the beach. This community service activity aims to inspire visitors and traders on Kerakat beach to care about the environment. A well-maintained environment will be a good legacy for the next generation. Survey The results of the on-site research show that visitors understand waste and dispose of waste in its place.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' academic achievement by implementing the TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) cooperative learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

Abstract

Statistika adalah bidang ilmu yang mempelajari pengumpulan data, analisis data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan untuk mengungkapkan pola dan kecenderungan tertentu. Data yang digunakan sebagai bahan informasi yang akurat biasanya diambil dari data mentah yang telah diolah kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk statistik dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik atau laporan lainnya. Menyajikan data merupakan kegiatan mengumpulkan berbagai informasi kemudian menyusunnya, sehingga memberikan kesimpulan dan mengambil tindakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa prodi Administrasi Publik dalam menganalisis dan menyajikan data dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS di kampus ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Publik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 9 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran tentang apa yang akan diteliti. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan deskriptif.

Abstract

In general, to increase the sales of products or services offered, companies need to carry out marketing activities. Amid the increasingly intense business competition, each company must establish the right policies to achieve their goals and desires. Therefore, the right strategic analysis is necessary, one of which is the application of the STP strategy (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning). This research uses the Library Resources method, which focuses on gathering data from literature studies. In international marketing, segmentation strategy is carried out by determining the segment size, developing the segment, analyzing the costs of using the segment, ensuring alignment, and assessing competitive positioning. Meanwhile, targeting strategy involves approaches such as focusing on a single market, product specialization, selective specialization, and total coverage. For positioning strategy, the steps include identifying competitive advantages, creating those advantages, and evaluating the reactions of the target.

Abstract

The title of this activity is "Training on Human Resource Management to Improve the Performance of Educational Personnel," conducted at SMK Lowis Sakti. The objective of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling to the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers of SMK Lowis Sakti regarding the basic concepts of human resource management. This counseling aims to enhance their understanding and knowledge. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including the survey and socialization stages. During the survey stage, preparations were made by organizing the materials, setting the schedule for delivery, and conducting a survey of the activity location. Before the activity was carried out, a socialization stage was conducted, involving an initial meeting to explain the purpose and objectives of this activity to the SMK Lowis Sakti team, as well as to establish a schedule for cooperation and activities. The execution team for this activity consists of six lecturers from the Public Administration Program of ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. The materials presented by the community service team cover topics such as Human Resource Management, Management, Human Resource Management Concepts, Reward Systems, Education Quality, and Performance.

Abstract

This online service innovation research with the "BAKSO" application at the Disdukcapil East Lombok aims to find out the problems behind the creation of an online population administration system at the Disdukcapil East Lombok. In addition, this study aims to determine the application of an online application system in population administration registration services in East Lombok Regency. This study uses the theory of public service and service innovation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection in the form of interviews and direct observation. The informants taken by the researchers in this case were the service implementers of the East Lombok Disdukcapil and the people of East Lombok Regency as recipients of population administration services. The results of this study found that the innovation of online adminduk services with the "BAKSO" application at the Disdukcapil East Lombok was still not optimal. This is caused by inhibiting factors such as the minimal use of technology from the community, doubts about the validity of the input data, plus the age of the application which is still relatively new so that community participation in providing services is still not optimal. However, with this service innovation, the people of East Lombok Regency get convenience in population administration quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
