Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of assistance provided to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in business licensing and the implementation of modern management practices in Keruak Village. The method used involves a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results indicate that the assistance has improved the understanding and capabilities of SME actors in managing business permits and applying modern management principles. This has had a positive impact on enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs in both local and regional markets. The study recommends the need for a sustainable and integrated assistance program to ensure the continued development of SME capacity.

Abstract

In the community service activities conducted in Labuhan Haji Village, research was carried out on the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) of Seaweed Pilus located in Dusun Labuaji, Labuhan Haji Village, Labuhan Haji Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This activity aimed to develop sales improvement strategies through sales promotion assistance, with the goal of increasing product sales in the future. The community service activity was conducted using a descriptive method, accompanied by an analysis of internal and external factors, packaging, promotion, and marketing. The production process carried out by the partner remains relatively simple, both in terms of marketing and product manufacturing. The products are packaged using plastic materials and labeled with a very basic logo. During the community service activity, we, as student members of Group 5 in Labuhan Haji Village, provided direct assistance to the business. It is hoped that the activities we carried out will bring tangible benefits to the partner in developing and advancing their business.

Abstract

One form of enterprise that represents the potential of villages and receives government support is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, limitations in marketing have led to the underrepresentation of local products. This highlights the importance of community service programs. The aim of this program is to enhance the marketing of UMKM products through the utilization of the Shopee marketplace and WhatsApp Business social media. The community service methods used include socialization, training, and direct assistance to UMKM actors in the target area. Shopee is utilized as an online marketplace, while WhatsApp Business serves as a medium for product advertising. This activity aims to provide understanding of the importance of digital marketing, as well as practical skills in creating and managing accounts on Shopee and WhatsApp Business. The results of this program indicate an increase in participants' understanding and ability to use both platforms. The conclusion of this research states that the effective utilization of Shopee and WhatsApp Business can assist UMKM actors in enhancing their marketing and sales, which in turn can drive local economic growth.

Abstract

North Batu Rimpang Hamlet is known as a center for fresh fish trading; however, its utilization as a raw material for processed fish products remains low. This study aims to analyze the use of fish in improving the economy of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in North Batu Rimpang Hamlet through fish processing training. The method used is descriptive qualitative, including interviews, observations, and documentation involving SME actors. The results show that the training provided on processing fish into two types of products—fish nuggets and shredded fish—successfully increased the knowledge and skills of the SME participants. They reported higher incomes and better market access after attending the training. Moreover, more innovative and competitive processed fish products have begun to enter the market, demonstrating the program's success in supporting the local economy.

Abstract

The problems of unemployment and the low competitiveness of the workforce remain major challenges in labor development in East Lombok Regency. A strategic effort undertaken to address these issues is the internship program to Japan as a means of developing human resources (HR) to create a new, competent workforce. This study aims to examine the management of HR development in the implementation of the internship program to Japan by the Department of Manpower of East Lombok Regency. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, document analysis, and literature review, and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The research focuses on two main aspects: the recruitment and selection process of participants, as well as the implementation of HR development, which includes planning, execution, and evaluation. The findings reveal that the internship program to Japan is well-structured and effectively implemented, supported by strong leadership, competent human resources, internal communication, and external support from IM Japan and national regulations. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including limited budget, training facilities, trainers, and uneven community support. The study recommends institutional strengthening, increased funding and infrastructure, inter-agency collaboration, community involvement, and the development of a digital monitoring system to ensure program sustainability.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas upaya sosialisasi dan pelatihan inovatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi aktif Generasi Z dalam dunia politik dan kebijakan publik. Dengan menggali strategi baru dan pendekatan yang relevan dengan karakteristik generasi ini, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana mendorong keterlibatan Gen Z dapat menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih terlibat secara politis. Melalui analisis konsep sosialisasi dan metode pelatihan yang efektif, artikel ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang cara mendekati dan mendukung Generasi Z agar mereka dapat lebih efektif berpartisipasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan politik dan implementasi kebijakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan berharga bagi para praktisi dan pembuat kebijakan yang berupaya menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan partisipasi positif dari Generasi Z dalam konteks politik dan kebijakan publik.

Abstract

At this time the strategy in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is through online learning. Google Forms is one solution, especially in making school exam questions. The use of Google Forms is increasing from time to time. This service from Google can be used for various purposes, such as creating forms, questionnaires, to creating questions. Creating questions is one of the Google Form features that are often used by academics, be it teachers, lecturers, students, researchers, and so on. The implementation of this community service aims to improve the insight and skills of teachers in choosing the right learning media during Distance Education. Partners involved in this community service activity are teachers at SMK Lowis Sakti, where the activities carried out are exam questions using the Google Form application, and the results of the two-day training were seen by teachers at SMK Lowis Sakti enthusiastic about the material presented. and have been found and able to answer questions and practice directly using the Google Form application.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur (studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan). Metode teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menguji reliabilitas dan validitas, menguji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji T. Menguji reliabilitas dan validitas dilakukan terhadap hasil jawaban dari responden dan menggunakan metode penghitungan statistik. menguji asumsi klasik yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu menguji multikolinearitas, menguji normalitas dan menguji heteroskedastisitas. Regresi linier berganda untuk menggambarkan model hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Menguji F sering disebut uji simultan, yang digunakan untuk menguji apakah variabel independen yang digunakan dalam model dapat menjelaskan perubahan nilai variabel dependen atau tidak. Menguji T digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel independen yang terdiri dari promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur (studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kerajinan tenun gedongan di desa pringgasela selatan lombok timur, studi pada kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajinan kain tenun di kelompok nine penenun (KNP) desa pringgasela selatan Lombok Timur.
