Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of MCSQ and COSE on service recovery; analyze the influence of MCSQ and COSE on customer satisfaction; analyze the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction, and analyze the influence of MCSQ and COSE on customer satisfaction through service recovery. This research uses a quantitative method with a probabilistic character using structural equation modeling analysis. MCSQ and COSE affect service recovery. MCSQ and COSE affect customer satisfaction. Service recovery affects customer satisfaction. MCSQ and COSE affect customer satisfaction through service recovery. Service recovery mediates the influence of MCSQ and COSE on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Jawa Timur memiliki banyak tempat tujuan wisata yang memiliki potensi besar salah satunya wisata pantai. Salah satu destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan di Kabupten Tulungagung ialah Wisata Pantai Gemah. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Destinasi Wisata Pantai Gemah terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali Wisatawan. Populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan yang telah berkunjung ke Wisata Pantai Gemah Tulungagung dengan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel attraction dan ancillary berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, sedangkan accessibility dan amenity berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Keempat variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, dan pada pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa attraction merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke wisata pantai gemah Tulungagung. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika wisatawan berminat untuk mengunjungi wisata gemah Tulungagung yang paling diinginkan adalah melihat dan menikmati atraksi wisata yang ada di wisata pantai tersebut.

Abstract

PO Juragan 99 Trans adalah salah satu perusahaan transportasi di Kota Malang yang menyediakan jasa armada bus pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan crew terhadap kepuasan pelanggan setelah menggunakan jasa transportasi bus pariwisata Juragan 99 Trans. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dimana data diperoleh dari responden yang telah menggunakan jasa armada bus pariwisata Juragan 99 Trans sebanyak 72 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan crew berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan setelah menggunakan jasa transportasi bus pariwisata Juragan 99 Trans yang menandakan juga pelayanan crew di PO Juragan 99 Trans memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan, sehingga dapat membuat 65 dari 72 responden berniat menggunakan armada bus Juragan 99 Trans kembali untuk trip selanjutnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian : Mendiskripsikan pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, lama perjalanan, jenis paket wisata, dan fasilitas serta kunjungan wisatawan  Menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, lama perjalanan, jenis paket wisata, dan fasilitas terhadap kunjungan wisatawan Asia Tenggara di Bali pada PT Dwidaya Wisata Indonesia. Menganalisis diantara pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, lama perjalanan, jenis paket wisata, dan fasilitas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan wisatawan Asia Tenggara di Bali pada PT Dwidaya Wisata Indonesia.  Metode yang digunakan : Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptf, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan :  Diskripsi paket wisata menunjukkan bahwa kelengkapan komponen paket dalam hal ini yaitu mengenai rencana perjalanan dapat memenuhi keinginan dan rencana perjalanan dapat menjangkau seluruh tempat wisata di Pulau Bali. Diskripsi fasilitas bahwa kecukupan kapasitas dalam hal ini mengenai ketersediaan sarana adalah keindahan tempat wisata dan merasa lebih betah dengan adanya fasilitas akomodasi (penginapan), tempat makan, dan lain-lain. Diskripsi kunjungan wisatawan, menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi kunjungan wisatawan. Pendapatan, biaya perjalanan, lama perjalanan, jenis paket wisata, dan fasilitas memengaruhi kunjungan wisatawan Asia Tenggara di Bali pada PT Dwidaya Wisata Indonesia. Abstract

Purpose—This paper aims to investigate how good corporate governance (GCG) and workplace spirituality (WS) influence organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) through job satisfaction (JS) among lecturers in East Java. The study explores how corporate governance practices, spiritual values and psychological aspects within the workplace contribute to voluntary behaviours beyond job descriptions. Design/methodology/approach — This paper employs a quantitative approach to examine the effects among variables and uses Structural Equation Modelling by AMOS 22 to analyze 200 East Java lecturers' responses. Data is collected through structured surveys. Findings — The results demonstrate a significant effect between good corporate governance, workplace spirituality, and job satisfaction on OCB among lecturers. The p-value result shows that the significance level of GCG is 0.011, WS is 0.007, and JS is 0.000; each p-value is smaller than 0.05, meaning all exogen variables impact OCB. This result also validated the mediation effect of job satisfaction. The result of the direct impact of GCG is 0.209., and WS is 0.256. While the total influence shows that the value of GCG is 0.487 and WS is 0-543. Based on the results of the total effect, which is greater than the direct effect, there is a mediation effect of JS. The findings indicate that lecturers who perceive their work environment as ethical and supportive of their values are likelier to engage in behaviours beneficial to the organization. Practical implications—The findings underscore the importance of organizations implementing corporate governance and workplace spirituality practices to foster job satisfaction and OCB effectively. University leaders should consider aligning GCG policies with spiritual values to create a supportive and ethical work environment. Neglecting either aspect may lead to an imbalance, reducing the likelihood of positive, citizenship-oriented behaviour among lecturers. Originality/value—This paper contributes a combination indicator of workplace spirituality and examines the limited research on governance, spirituality and organizational behaviour. It also provides insights into how an integrated approach can enhance workplace behaviours, which may be particularly valuable for organizations in regions where spiritual and ethical values play a significant role in professional life. Abstract

This study addresses a critical gap in tourism literature by examining how memorable tourism experiences, city branding, and destination image collectively influence revisit intention through tourist satisfaction in Batu City Tourism Village. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on data from 155 visitors surveyed within six months of their visit, the results show that while memorable experiences and city branding enhance satisfaction, they do not directly impact revisit intention. In contrast, destination image significantly influences revisit intention, highlighting its critical role in shaping tourist behavior. The findings challenge the assumption that positive experiences and strong branding alone ensure return visits, emphasizing the complexity of tourist decision-making. Additionally, tourist satisfaction mediates these relationships but proves insufficient on its own to guarantee revisit intention. These insights underscore the need for dynamic tourism strategies that prioritize enhancing destination image while offering compelling reasons for tourists to return, ensuring alignment with evolving preferences and expectations.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of CHSE at Hotel 101 Malang. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world has caused changes in the behavior of the world community in traveling or traveling. One way to survive this pandemic is to adapt to new habits. To meet these needs, the government created a program called CHSE certification. CHSE stands for Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability in Indonesian which means Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability. This research takes the object of Hotel 101 Malang because Hotel 101 Malang is one of the well-known five-star hotels in Malang. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The benefit of this research is to get the results that Hotel 101 Malang has met the CHSE standard and received a CHSE certificate, so it can be said that Hotel 101 Malang has implemented CHSE which is expected to increase public confidence in choosing accommodation during the pandemic.

Abstract

Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya is one of the religious and cultural tourism destinations in Kediri Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of tourist characteristics and tourist motivation on tourists' intention to return. This research is an explanatory research, using quantitative research. The population in this study were tourists who had visited the Sri Aji Jayabaya tourist destination with a total sample of 99 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variable tourist characteristics partially has a significant effect on the intention to return variable, and the tourist motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the intention to return variable. The results of the analysis in this study also show that simultaneously the variables of tourist characteristics and motivation have a significant effect on the variable of intention to return.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan pada Sotis Hotel Kupang, Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yaitu karyawan kitchen dan purchasing Sotis Hotel Kupang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara pembagian kuisioner ke seluruh responden. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahan baku tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk dan proses produksi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kualitas produk. Akan tetapi kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas produk.
