Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis Servicescape, citra merek, dan keputusan pembelian pada Klinik Bersalin “Bunga Mawarni”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dan studi pustaka sebagai data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non random sampling yaitu convenience sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  variabel servicescape dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di SMK Bhakti Kencana Kota dan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan SMK Bhakti Kencana Kota dan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, yaitu berjumlah 140 karyawan. Penenlitian ini menggunakan teknik path analisis dengan pengujian mengguankan Uji T dan Uji F . Hasil analisis secara parsial dan bersama-sama gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diharapkan adanya perubahan yang jauh lebih baik dalam hal gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara lebih optimal. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees at the Branch Collection Unit & Recovery Asset Sales of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample size of 123 samples, which were spread across 10 offices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that, leadership style, compensation, work environment, motivation and performance, in very good condition. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership style, compensation and work environment affect performance with motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of local revenue, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, profit sharing funds and population on financial performance. The study was conducted at district/city governments in West Java Province in 2014-2023. The sample size was set at 27 districts/cities with observation data from 2014 to 2023. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that: 1) local original income, special allocation funds, profit sharing funds, population and regional government financial performance have an increasing trend. Meanwhile, general allocation funds have a downward trend; 2) local original income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, profit sharing funds and population simultaneously influence the financial performance of regional governments; 3) Original regional income has a positive and significant effect on regional government financial performance. General allocation funds and population have an insignificant negative effect on local government financial performance. Special allocation funds have a negative and significant effect on local government financial performance. Profit sharing funds have an insignificant positive effect on local government financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karier, komitmen organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, dengan sampel Karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja pada startup berstatus unicorn di wilayah Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 150. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner pernyataan dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karier, komitmen organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karier, komitmen organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Pengembangan karier terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, komitmen organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan, persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Mobile banking, Internet banking, digital transformation of financial performance in banking companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2023. The sample size was set at 5 banking companies with observation data from 2019 to 2023. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that Mobile banking, Internet  Banking and digital transformation simultaneously influences financial performance; Mobile banking partially has a positive and significant effect on financial performance; Internet  Banking partially has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance; Digital transformation partially has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance. It is hoped that companies can implement and improve information technology infrastructure in services digital banking and can be implemented by banking companies to improve company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workplace boredom on employee performance through Cyberloafing behavior among employees at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero). The research employed a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, enabling systematic collection of numerical data to identify relationships among variables. The sample consisted of 339 employees selected purposively to reflect diverse perceptions regarding organizational culture, working conditions, and levels of boredom. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which allows testing both direct and indirect effects among variables. The results indicate that organizational culture, work environment, and workplace boredom significantly affect employee performance, both directly and through Cyberloafing behavior. Cyberloafing was found to mediate the relationship between organizational culture, work environment, and employee boredom with performance, thereby either strengthening or weakening the influence of these variables on work outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of managing an organizational culture that promotes productivity, improving a conducive work environment, and reducing employee boredom levels. Additionally, controlling Cyberloafing behavior is crucial for optimizing employee performance. The study provides practical implications for the management of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in designing effective policies and programs to enhance work efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study were to determine and to analyze the influence of social media marketing, Brand ambassador, and product innovation on the decision of BYOND users in Tasikmalaya through corporate image. The method used in this study was a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size in this research was 390 nasabahts, selected through proportional random sampling. Data analysis used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study found that social media marketing, Brand ambassador, product innovation, and corporate image had a positive and significant influence on the decision of BYOND users in Tasikmalaya. Social media marketing, Brand ambassador, and product innovation also had a positive and significant influence on corporate image. Furthermore, corporate image positively and significantly mediated the influence of social media marketing, Brand ambassador, and product innovation on the decision of BYOND users in Tasikmalaya. Therefore, the company needed to optimize its digital marketing strategy, collaboration with brand ambassadors, and product innovation supported by a positive corporate image to improve user decisions regarding BYOND.
