Lately there have been many groups rejecting a tradition or community social activities on the pretext that the activity is based on the hadith d}a'if. They assume that in matters of religion we should use hadith that are truly s}ah}ih. Religion must be cleansed from hadith d}aâ€™if. Departing from this phenomenon the author feels intrigued to restate the attitude of the Islamic scholars in treating hadith dla'if. Through library research, the author tries to trace the literature of the classical scholars in the field of hadith, such as Imam al-Nawawi, al-Bukhari, Ibn Hajar al-Asqalaniy, al-Suyutiy, and others. From this search, the author concluded that almost no ulama rejected the hadith dla'if immediately. They took hadith dla'if in Fadla'il A'mal, history, even in law. Of course with the terms and conditions they have set.

Interaction of Indonesian Muslims towards the Elderly (Study of the Living Qur'an)Through the Qur'an and Hadith, Islam upholds the honor of the elderly. The attitudes, words, and deeds of the prophet Muhammad SAW were the actualization of the values of the Qur'an, so that he was dubbed "the walking Qur'an". Rasulullah SAW's exemplary example becomes the prototype of the concept of living al-Qur'an which is the values of Qur’an that are understood, and practiced collectively by Muslims community, then become local wisdom. This paper analyzes the elderly in the perspective of the living Qur’an of Indonesian Muslims. In processing the data in this study, the authors used thematic tafseer methods and living quran. From this study the authors found that the concept of living quran Indonesian society in terms of treatment of the elderly is very good, it is manifested in some local wisdom of Indonesian society towards the elderly, such as the use of special language for the elderly, kissing the hands of the elderly, bowing when walking in front of the elderly and and the ritual of ziarah makam leluhur.

AbstractTasawwuf is one of the most valuable aspects of Islamic teachings. Al-Ghazali had a great influence on the world of Sufism and the Sufis. His thoughts are used as a reference by Muslim and non-Muslim scientists in the fields of psychology.. In this article, the author tries to discuss the concept of tasawwuf al-Ghazali and his criticisms of the Sufis. This research is a literature study with content analysis of the data that has been collected. The results of this study are: 1. al-Gh azali’s tasawwuf is a psychomoral tasawwuf which emphasizes moral development and purification of the soul; 2. Al-Ghazali's criticisms were aimed at Sufis who forgot or were far from the essence of Sufism itself.Keywords: al-Ghazali, Criticism, Islamic Psychology, Psychology, Sufi, Tasawwuf

حجاج إندونيسيا معظمهم من المسنين، حيث بلغ عددهم 60٪ في عام 2018. وللأسف أن كبار السن يعاملون معاملة الحجاج الصحاح الذين ليس لهم أي موانع في القيام بمنسك الحج. مع أن لديهم جملة من الضعف الجسدي والنفسي. ولذلك، فإن الباحث يقدم بناء أحكام الحج للمسنين عن طريق الفقه المقارن للمذاهب الأربعة ونظرية المعرفة للقضايا الفقهية المعاصرة التي أعلنها جاسر عودة و التي تقوم على ثلاثة مبادئ رئيسة و هي: المصلحة و التيسير و التعبد. و في إطار تطبيق ذلك، قسم الباحث أحكام الحج إلى قسمين: أحكام واقعية وهي التي تكون ثابتة على مر الزمن؛ و أحكام موضوعية وهي التي تكون متغيرة في الأزمنة و الأحوال. كما قسمها إلى قسمين: أحكام تعبّدية وهي التي أغلقت مجال الاجتهاد و أحكام تعقلية و هي التي تتيح مجالا للاجتهاد. أما الأول من القسمين، فقد اختار الباحث أيسر الآراء من بين المذاهب الأربعة. و أما الثاني منهما، فقد بنى الباحث رأيه بناء على مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية لينتج المصلحة و التيسير للحجاج كبار السن.

Israel’s brutal military aggression against Palestine has resulted in dozens, if not hundreds, of lives. There are around 41,000 fatalities, 97,166 injured victims, and 11,000 people who have not been found. This fact received a strong response from various countries. Solidarity with the suffering of the Palestinian people is carried out by Muslims in Indonesia. The Indonesian Ulama Council responded by issuing Fatwa No. 83 of 2023 concerning support for the struggle for the Palestinian people. One form of support is boycotting products that are affiliated with Israel. This fatwa is worth studying more specifically, because there are pros and cons that follow. Those who support it call the fatwa a concrete step in support of Palestine. Meanwhile, those who oppose it say the fatwa will result in a decrease in production and lead to threats of layoffs. This article includes empirical research with qualitative methods in the form of describing the data researched and analyzed, and presented in the form of descriptive text. The research results prove that there are several fastfood restaurants in Malang that were affected by the fatwa. One of the effects is decreasing production and laying off employees. If this fatwa is analyzed using Jasser Auda’s maqāṣid syarī’ah, it only has a correlation with the cognitive aspect, while it conflicts with the other five aspects.

AbstractMa'a>lim al-Tanzi>lby Al-Baghawi is a commentary book that has a concise explanation. Ma'a>lim al-Tanzi>l belongs to the commentary bookwhich is in the middle of the discussion, neither too long nor too short. The contents of the discussion are simple and not long winded. This paper wants to discuss about methodology, strenghts and weakness of the Tafsir Al-Baghawi. The method used in this paper is descriptive-analytic with the aim of further discussing and anlysing the interpretation method of the Qur’an used by Al-Baghawi in the book of interpretation. In carrying out the classification analysis, this paper discusses the Ridwan Nasir classification model. The conclusion resulting from this article is: seen from the sources of interpretation of Al-Baghawi inclined to use the bi al-Iqtiran method. For breadth of explanation, it falls into the category of interpretation of tafsiliy/it}nabiy. Lather, method of presenting interpretation resulting from the target and order of the verses that are transferred using the interpretation method tahlili. In addition, from several methods used, based on further reading, Tafsir Al-Baghawi has advantages and disadvantages. There fore, this paper only focuson the methodology, weakness and strengths side of the Tafsir Al-Baghawi. AbstrakMa'a>lim al-Tanzi>l karya Al-Baghawi merupakan kitab tafsir yang memiliki penjelasan yang ringkas. Ma'a>lim al-Tanzi>l tergolong kitab tafsir yang berada di tengah-tengah dalam pembahasannya, tidak terlalu panjang dan juga tidak terlalu pendek. Muatan pembahasannya terbilang sederhana dan tidak bertele-tele. Tulisan ini ingin membahas seputar metodologi, kelebihan dan kekurangan dari kitab Tafsir Al-Baghawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini deskriptif-analitik dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis lebih jauh metode penafsiran al-Qur’an yang digunakan Al-Baghawi dalam kitab tafsirnya. Dalam melakukan klasifikasi analisis, tulisan ini mengacu pada model klasifikasi Ridwan Nasir. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari artikel ini yaitu: dilihat dari sumber penafsiran, Al-Baghawi condong menggunakan metode tafsir bi al-Iqtiran. Untuk keluasan penjelasan masuk pada kategori tafsir tafsily/it}nabiy. Adapun metode penyajian tafsir yang dihasilkan dari sasaran dan tertib ayat yang ditafsirkan menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili. Selain itu, dari beberapa metode yang telah digunakan, berdasarkan pembacaan lebih lanjut, Tafsir Al-Baghawi memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini hanya berfokus pada sisi metodologi, kekurangan dan kelebihan dari Tafsir Al-Baghawi. Kata Kunci: Tafsir Al-Baghawi, Metodologi, Kelebihan dan Kekurangan.
