Abstract

Digital business is developing very fast, especially in the food sector. Customers do not have to come to the restaurant to get the food they want. Customers can order it through a digital app anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction in online food applications (Go Food, Grab Food, Shopee Food). The study used a quantitative approach. The research results of brand image and service quality analysis have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and some brand image and service quality affect customer satisfaction variables. We recommend the management to maintain the excellent service provided and even develop the advantages of using online food applications in order to achieve customer satisfaction.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

 “Problem Based Learning Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa Vokasi Dalam Pembelajaran Daring” bertujuan untuk mengetahui   dan   menganalisis  problem based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa vokasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan pengumpulan data dalam tiga tahap yang diambil dari 70 mahasiswa vokasi, dalam setiap tahapan dilakukan dalam 2 sesi pertemuan pembelajaran. Analisa data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menganalisis, menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan berbagai kondisi dan situasi dari data yang dikumpulkan sebagai hasil observasi, wawancara, dan pemetaan kelompok dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil evaluasi dalam review pembelajaran diperoleh hasil perubahan yang sangat baik. Peningkatan nilai yang diperoleh pada setiap tahap di setiap sesi pembelajaran terlihat bahwa yang pada awalnya mahasiswa belum memahami materi sebanyak 40% berhasil menurun hingga 3%. Pada tahap akhir mahasiswa mulai memahami terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen yang terlihat peningkatan angka dari semula 60% hingga tercapai 97% Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan problem based learning sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa vokasi selama pembelajaran daring. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai bekal mahasiswa untuk menghadapi perkembangan  ilmu pengetahuan dan kemajuan teknologi di masa depan dan sebagai persiapan mahasiswa vokasi untuk terjun ke dalam dunia industri.Kata kunci:  Problem Based Learning, Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

ABSTRACT Effect of Cooperative Learning Model Engineering two stay two stray Against Student Activity and Economic Study Results (Experimental Study Lesson In Economics Class XI Students of SMAN 1 Cigugur).This study aims to determine whether learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has an effect on students learning activities and learning out comes. The study conducted a study using experimental methods, the population in this study were 226 students with a total sample of 31 students who taught with cooperative learning method two stay two stray technique and 31 students taught by lecture method. The instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 30 items.This technique provides an opportunity for groups to share results and information with other groups so that create savibrant learning in the classroom. In this technique the students not only discuss and learn with the group, but students will be able to doa question and answer to other students who are not from that group of students,the opportunity to develop the ability to express opinions more and learning processin the classroom can be run well.The results conclude the following: First, students learning activities in class at SMAN 1 Cigugur control part is low and learning is being done before, but after learning with the conventional method of student activity is so much better than before. Second, student learning out comes in the control class at SMAN1 Cigugur some still low and medium prior to learning, but after learning with the conventional method of student learning out comes has to be better than the previous. The third significant relationship between post-test student activities and student learning out comes in the classroom with classroom control experiments showed that learning by using learning model two stay two stray technique is more effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes for students compared to using conventional methods.From theresults of research conducted showed that the learning outcomes of students taught with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique better than students taught by conventional methods. So that from thet test proving that learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has a significant impactin improving student learning out comes and student learning activitiesin the classroom conducted experimental and control Keywords : model pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze price perceptions and promotions of simultaneous purchasing decisions for online travel application customers. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research will explain the relationship between research variables by testing hypotheses that researchers have developed to explain the relationship between price perception variables and promotion variables to purchasing decisions in online travel applications. To present research results of a numerical nature, including numbers to describe and explain phenomena that reflect research results. The study showed a relationship between the promotion and purchase decision variables. Suppose the quantity r or Pearson correlation in this analysis is positive. In that case, the relationship between the two variables is positive, or in other words, increased price awareness and promotion will also improve purchasing decisions. Price perception and promotion research on purchasing decisions can use as a reference source for management to maintain quality service. The prices and promotions offered and attractive features can continue to develop to support application users so that consumer satisfaction achieve in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Membuat Curriculum Vitae merupakan satu hal penting dalam persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Mempersiapkan Curriculum Vitae untuk melamar kerja dapat menjadi langkah pertama untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan baru Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini  adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik pada PKBM dalam mempersiapkan diri terjun ke dunia industri di tengah keterbatasan selama masa pandemi. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui media daring dibagi dalam dua tahapan yaitu pertama,  penyampaian pengetahuan dalam bentuk teori dan kedua, praktek bersama membuat curriculum vitae melalui demo yang dilakukan dipandu secara online serta dibimbing oleh tim dosen dari pengabdian masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai yang telah diagendakan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui webinar secara daring dengan narasumber dari tenaga pengajar dosen Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Dalam acara yang berlangsung tertib disampaikan materi berupa teori dan praktek tentang petunjuk pembuatan Curriculum Vitae (CV) yang menarik bagi Perusahaan. Disampaikan juga secara praktek demo langsung melalui media online bagaimana membuat CV secara manual dan membuat CV menggunakan template. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh dosen sebagai fasilitator untuk mempermudah para peserta menerima materi yang disampaikan, kemudian  mempraktekkannya secara langsung. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini para peserta mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga lebih siap untuk terjun ke dunia pekerjaan dan lebih percaya diri berbekal pengetahuan yang telah mereka miliki baik soft skill maupun hard skill sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dapat disimpulkan berhasil dan dirasakan manfaat yang sangat besar. Besar harapan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kedepan kerjasama yang telah terjalin dengan baik dapat terus dilanjutkan.Kata kunci : curriculum vitae, strategi, dunia kerja

Abstract

Currently, the advancement of digital technology, including social media (medsos) in it, can now be maximized for all needs. Not only to communicate but also to maintain existence, to run a business. The prolonged pandemic that has made almost all activities carried out using technology has triggered the massive optimization of social media to occur. Social Media is increasingly becoming an option that is often used by brands to expand their products. From the need to use Social Media as a place to peddle products and services, in the end emerged the profession of influencers, content creators, key opinion leaders (KOL) who competed in terms of creativity in presenting content. The community and the younger generation are expected to be able to take advantage of social media and the internet as best they can in order to increase their income through social media. not just for playing games and watching videos for hours. In order to improve the knowledge, skills and mental attitudes needed to develop themselves and work for a living, prepare provisions to face the world of work. This community service activity was carried out for PKBM Negeri 23 Learning Citizens, Kebon Melati, especially Learning residents who had difficulties in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity is carried out online. To help the Learning Citizens, several series of activities were carried out, namely training and the application of Social media in buying and selling transactions, as well as workshops on new businesses that are suitable to be run in the New Normal era The output of this activity is that the Training Participants can use Social Media in buying and selling activities. From the results of the evaluation and findings, it can be concluded that the community service program provides additional insight into knowledge about the concept of Social Media in the Digital Era so as to increase income for Training ParticipantsKeywords: Cuan, Digital, Social Media

Abstract

E-commerce is an activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products (goods and services), by utilizing the internet network. Even though consumers and sellers do not meet face-to-face, transactions continue to run smoothly. In other words, e-commerce offers convenience in shopping online. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, the level of internet use in Indonesia has been increasing. This pandemic condition forces or requires people to work from home, and nowadays it is common for us to hear about Work From Home (WFH) or study online. All activities carried out, the majority use the internet, both for personal needs (social media), financial transactions, and even used for face-to-face meetings through cyberspace (webinar or zoom meet or google meet and so on). This community service activity in the form of E-Commerce Training aims to provide knowledge and skills on how to use E-Commerce for electronic commerce to residents learning Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Negeri 11 Manggarai as an effective and efficient means of selling/promoting products, as well as encouraging citizens learn to use E-Commerce as a means for business opportunities and business development. The method or method used in carrying out community service activities is to use the online method which is divided into three stages, namely: First, Material Presentation in the form of Theory, Second, Simulation Method. Commerce and the use of smartphones, the three methods of discussion or question and answer between the material filler and the training participants. The participants in this training activity are lecturers from the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic lecturer. This community service activity will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021, at 13.00-15.00 WIB. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously on the Online Travel Agent (Case Study of Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Pegi-pegi Customers). The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, namely the data was selected based on certain criteria.. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.116; (2) Service Quality (X2) partially does not have a Positive and Significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of a significance t of 0.000; Simultaneous promotion, and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of a significance F of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion, Service Quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of time management and discipline academic in students. This research was conducted using a survey using student population as an object, samples were taken by sampling technique with a total of 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the effect of time management on students is influential. Thus, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study indicate that: students should be good at using and managing their time very well and effectively.
