Abstract

Mesin Pengawetan ikan giling dengan kapasitas 20 kg merupakan alat untuk Mengawetan ikan giling yang yang biasanya digunakan untuk membuat pempek, kerupuk dan lain-lain. Mesin pendingin ini digunakan karena daging ikan tidak tahan lama dan mudah membusuk jika ditempatkan di udara terbuka dan pada suhu biasa. Penyebab kerusakan daging ikan diantaranya adalah aktifnya mikroorganisme dan bakteri yang ada dalam daging ikan.. Pada suhu dan keadaan lembab, mikroorganisme dan bakteri dapat berkembang biak dengan cepat. Maka untuk keperluan diatas suatu teknik refrigerasi sangat diperlukan untuk proses pendinginan ikan. Pendingin dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu yang mendinginkan pada suhu +4°C dan -20°C sebagai tempat penyimpanan berkepanjangan untuk ikan. Beberapa pendingin dapat mencairkan material dengan sendirinya, namun beberapa pendingin lain pencairan daging ikan dapat dilakukan secara manual. Beberapa faktor seperti suara mesin atau suara bising, bau, atau perubahan temperatur harus tidak terjadi pada proses pendinginan. Pada mini freezer pengawetan ikan yang mempunyai pendingin dengan suhu - 18oC dapat untuk menyimpan daging ikan selama beberapa bulan, jenis refrigeran yang digunakan untuk Mesin pengawetan ikan giling ini, yaitu refrigeran primer (R-134a), Beban pendingin total mesin mini freezer Pengawetan ikan giling adalah sebesar 201,34 watt, nilai COP mesin mini freezer pada perenanaan sebesar 3,03, nilai efisiensi 81 % dan dengan daya kompresornya adalah 0,0729634031 Kw atau sebesar 72,96 watt.

Abstract

The mapag tuyo tradition is a Balinese tradition adapted by farmers who use Pringsewu water due to crop failures. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of implementing the Mapag Tuyo tradition in Pringsewu. This study employed qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The Mapag Tuyo tradition in Pringsewu is adapted to local customs, including a procession of mountains of agricultural produce, a gathering of offerings, and a raid on the produce. These three stages serve to foster togetherness among farmers and serve as a form of prayer to God.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve teachers' knowledge about the use of social media as a learning tool in the digital era. Social media is an online platform that allows interaction, information sharing, and independent content creation, such as blogs, social networks, wikis, forums, and even virtual worlds. Many individuals utilize open social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Line, and Twitter to expand their reach and increase interaction. This activity uses training methods or direct mentoring for teachers in Gunung Sugih District, Central Lampung Regency. It is hoped that this activity will improve teachers' ability to utilize social media as a learning tool in the classroom, so that students become more enthusiastic and easily understand the material. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the participants from beginning to end. This is evidenced by an increase in the average score from 67.0 in the pre-test to 78.8 in the post-test, an increase of approximately 17.6%. These findings indicate that the training went smoothly and was effective in improving teachers' understanding of the use of social media in learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Dedication to the community is focused on mentoring and training to improve the skills of teachers in SDN 22 Talang Kelapa in developing digital teaching modules and implementing in the independent curriculum. This mentoring and training is motivated by teachers' difficulties in developing teaching modules that suit students' needs and implementing them in the independent curriculum. In the independent curriculum, the module is an important component in implementing classroom learning. Through PKM activities it is hoped that partners will improve their skills in producing modules that suit the learning needs of students. Thus, the creation of a conducive learning environment also influences student achievement. Therefore, this PKM aims to produce modules that suit the needs of students so that the modules become valid, practical, and effective teaching materials to use; create modules by utilizing applications/programs that are easy to use; implement digital modules according to the needs of students in class; To what extent is the effectiveness of digital modules used in classroom learning into the independent curriculum. The method used to achieve PKM goals is through lecture methods, mentoring, and training. Materials related to training are delivered using the lecture method, then the creation of modules and the implementation of the modules are carried out directly in practice and with mentoring. This PKM activity as a whole got good and satisfying results.
