Purpose The empowerment program will directly invite the Kiringan Canden herbal medicine community based on the local wisdom of traditional herbal medicine which is inherited from their ancestors to actively participate in increasing literacy and cultivating children's character which is embodied in children's literature. Methods - Methode community service activities. Result and discussions - The series of activities and results obtained prove that by collaborating with each other from all elements of society, especially involving the younger generation so that they have a good understanding of the local wisdom of the area, promoting behavior will emerge, understanding potential and in the end wanting to participate in preserving the ancestral heritage that has great potential to be appointed as a regional brand, so that the character values of nationalism, pride in local products, independence and mutual cooperation can be realized. Therefore, intermediaries or infrastructure are needed in order to pass on the order of life, tradition and culture to the next generation, so that there are no gaps between generations, so that community service programs by empowering herbal medicine communities based on local wisdom can increase literacy in maintain ancestral heritage. Presentation that is fun and in providing education to all residents, especially children, through explanation activities that are appropriate to the stage of child development, will facilitate and build literacy which has an impact on the formation of children's character. Conclusion - Empowerment by inviting the participation of all elements in society including the Jamu Gendong community, youth, children, men and women, community leaders and other residents to jointly preserve the ancestral heritage of "traditional herbal medicine" by directly empowering the Jamu Gendong community in increasing community-based literacy. local wisdom through fun activities, namely children's literature, is able to develop children's emotional intelligence and creativity, foster growth as well as children's personality and social skills. An interesting presentation will create fun and influence children so that indirectly they are able to cultivate the characters of respect, responsibility, caring, citizenship, honesty, cooperation, freedom, courage and justice so that in the future the children of this younger generation will continue and preserving the potential of the region.

The research was conducted to analyse the motivation of farmers in rice farming in rainfed paddy fields in Kapanewon Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, the determination of the location is done by (purposive method). The sample was 57 farmer respondents using the census method. The types of research data are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analytical method with hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed the factors that influence the motivation of farmers are internal factors consisting of the age of respondents 45-64 years (52.6%). The highest number of family dependents 3-4 people (17.50%). Farming experience >10 years (91.2%). Average land ownership status is freehold (63.2%). The average land size was 800-1299m² (38.6%). There were (19.2%) respondents who had an income of more than the Bantul Regency minimum wage of IDR 2,066,000. External factors consisted of family encouragement in the form of labour assistance (89.4%), and environmental factors related to rice-paddy-cropping patterns (89.4%). The Existence motivation level is in the medium category with an average score of 2.04, Relatedness in the high category with an average score of 2.37 and, Growth in the high category with an average score of 2.32. The level of motivation (ERG) is in the medium category with an average score of 2.24. The results of hypothesis testing show that the motivation of farmers in rice farming in rainfed paddy fields in Kapanewon Jetis Bantul Yogyakarta is low. This study aims to determine the role of Kelompok Wanita Tani in increasing household income. The research was conducted at Rejosari Women Farmers Group, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. The research used a quantitative analysis method. Sampling with a census sampling model of 31 respondents. In this study we use primary data and secondary data. The method of data analysis in this study is to use simple linear regression analysis with the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using the statistical t-test, to determine the effect of the independent variable KWT role (X) on the dependent variable of increasing household income (Y). There are various indicators of the role of farm women's groups, namely, learning classes, cooperation vehicles, and production units. The results of this study indicate that the overall variable role of KWT (X) is still relatively low towards increasing household income (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.237 and the results of the statistical t test on the learning class indicator show a sig value of 0.031, the indicator of the vehicle of cooperation of 0.365 and the production unit shows a sig value of 0.698. That way, the role of farm women's groups in the learning class indicator has a role in increasing household income. The cooperation vehicle indicator has not played a role in increasing household income, and the production unit indicator has also not played a role in increasing household income.

This study aims to examine the role of agricultural extension workers in the adoption of Biosaka innovation among farmer groups in Kapanewon Karangmojo, Gunungkidul Regency. A descriptive, quantitative approach was used, with data collected through observation and documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents selected via snowball sampling. The results indicate that the six indicators of extension roles (motivator, educator, catalyst, communicator, consultant, and facilitator) generally received positive responses from farmers. The consultant role scored highest, while the facilitator role scored the lowest. The level of Biosaka adoption was also considered high, particularly at the awareness stage, but decreased at the actual adoption stage. Simple linear regression analysis showed a significant influence of extension workers' roles on Biosaka adoption, here are improvements in extension workers' roles are followed by increased adoption of Biosaka. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing extension roles to support the successful adoption of environmentally friendly agricultural innovations.

This study aims to describe the economic empowerment of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) Kemiri Edum in Purwobinangun Village, Sleman, and to identify its impact on group members using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sample consisted of informants determined by a census, including the KWT leader, members, and agricultural extension officers. The empowerment process was analyzed based on the five stages of the ABCD approach, namely discovery (exploration of local assets in the form of salak pondoh and women’s social capital), dream (building a collective vision for increasing the added value of salak), design (preparation of institutional structures and division of labor), define (implementation of operational activities and regular evaluations), and destiny (continuity of production, product innovation, and external support from the government and financial institutions). The impact of empowerment is seen from the increase in members’ income, with an average of Rp.1,525,000 per month and SHU distribution of Rp.2,000,000 every before Eid. This condition also changes the family’s economic structure from previously relying only on the husband’s income to dual-income (husband and wife). This income helps fulfill household needs such as consumption, education, and health, while strengthening the family’s economic independence. In addition, the KWT institution developed into the KWT Madya category through the implementation of the five ABCD stages, active member participation, and broad partnerships, thereby strengthening the role of women in sustainable village economic development.

Purpose This community service aims to to increase digital marketing literacy skills for breeders of Rumah Maggot Barepan Bangkit Yogyakarta in facing the VUCA era. Methods-Methode community service acitivities. Result and discussions-the result report and the information about the acitivities. Conclusion- This mentoring process activity resulted in program success targets including sharing and discussion of business management management to overcome business management problems reaching 90%, and discussions and practices of marketing network effectiveness, optimization of promotional/advertising media to overcome marketing media problems and optimization reaching 90%. Our advice is concerns the this is important to continue and develop when the mentoring program is over and can be passed on to other groups of breeders because again, that the success of a business depends on leaders who can manage and optimize existing resources such as the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership as a leader must be able to ing ngarso sung tulodo, madyo mangun karso, and tut wuri handayani meaning that being a leader must be able to set a good example, in the midst of his busy schedule he must also be able to arouse or inspire enthusiasm, and a person must provide moral encouragement and enthusiasm for work from behind.
