Abstract

Purpose - This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of compensation and job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress. Research method - This study uses regression analysis one method to determine the causal relationship between variables with other variables. The sample that meets the feasibility analysis is 60 respondents consisting of private institutions in Yogyakarta. Findings - From the regression test proves that compensation has a significant effect on work stress as well as job satisfaction has a significant effect on work stress. Given that job satisfaction plays an important role so that employees can provide optimal work results so that organizational goals can be achieved. Abstract

Objectives - This article focuses on the cognitive and cultural closeness between employees where both can imply knowledge sharing well so as to develop a competitive organization. Method - This article uses a descriptive review method. Descriptive review is research obtained from scientific articles from PERPUSNAS sources (RI national library). Findings- Knowledge sharing has been carried out by many researchers (empirical studies) by researchers around the world. However, no one has yet conducted a descriptive review focusing on the turbulence of the COVID-19 pandemic which has impacted almost all business processes. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Trilogi Kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara dan Kompensasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Etos Kerja di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta sebanyak 200 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah inner model dengan metode bootstrapping. Data yang telah didapat diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Trilogi Kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan teradap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta. Trilogi Kepemimpinan Ki Hadjar Dewantara berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Etos Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Etos Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta. Etos Kerja Pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Objectives - In recent years studies on organizational engagement have increasingly been carried out to find out further, and more broadly, both antecedent variables and consequent variables, specifically involving individuals as research objects, and there are only a few studies involving groups as research objects. Therefore, this study aims to examine the antecedent model and the consequences of group attachment based on Social Exchange Theory. Design/Methodology/Approach - The population of this research is 113 social sciences study programs in private universities and college, and there are 105 study programs qualify as data. While the object of group research consists of heads and secretaries of the department. The research model uses a census model. Antecedents include perceptions of organizational support, distributive justice, and the consequences of group engagement, namely group performance. Findings - The results show that the perception of organizational support directly predicted group engagement and group performance, the distributive justice predicted group engagement but not group performance, and the group engagement predicted group performance. Indirectly, it was found that group attachment was significant as a mediator of the effect of perceived organizational support on group performance, and the effect of distributive justice on group performance. Originality - There are still a few studies on group engagement as a mediator and predictor of antecedents and their consequences using group data objects. Therefore, this study offers not only using group data but also providing a wider range of antecedent variables and their consequences based on social exchange theory.

Abstract

Wonokoyo Group bergerak di bidang perunggasan dan membutuhkan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasional dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan hal tersebut sehingga dapat mengurangi turn over dan meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Wonokoyo Group area pemasaran Yogyakarta dan Surabaya sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasional tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self-efficacy dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasional dan self-efficacy secara tidak langsung positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Komitmen berhasil memediasi hubungan antara self-efficacy dan kinerja karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasional dan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian, self-efficacy karyawan dalam meningkatkan kinerja sudah baik, namun perlu secara berkala dilakukan monitoring penilaian karyawan dan pemberian reward untuk karyawan dengan prestasi kerja yang bagus sehingga mampu memberikan motivasi dan jiwa kompetitif terhadap karyawan lainnya sehingga mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasional, Self-Efficacy, Komitmen Organisasional, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Employee performance is important in an organization. Public services are also the main target of implementing activities at the Bantul Samsat. As for the competence and staffing conditions of employees, they are the most important part of the service. The main objective of this study is to determine whether competence and work placement have a significant effect on the performance of public services through the work culture of SATRIYA in Samsat Bantul. This research uses descriptive analysis method and inference. Meanwhile, the data collection method used a saturated sample or non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to all 50 employees in Samat Bantul. The results showed that competence and work placement had a positive and significant impact on the performance of public services through the work culture of SATRIYA in Samsat Bantul.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to impact the effect of work-life balance, self-esteem and work motivation on organizational commitment moderated by organizational justice in the workforce at Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative. The population in this study was the entire workforce at Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was 100 employees. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the inner model and path analysis. The data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. the results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; work-life balance, self-esteem and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment moderated by organizational justice.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun simultan pada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Serta Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui OCB di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subyek dan obyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai  Pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Daerah Istiemwa Yogyakarta yaitu sebanyak 106 orang responden. Jenis penelitian menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan SmartPLS 3.3.3. Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai p – value sebesar 0,005< 0.05. Disiplin Kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Citizenship Behavior (OCB dengan nilai P-Values 0,241> 0.05. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadapKinerja Karyawan dengan nilai p – value sebesar 0,037< 0.05.  Motivasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Citizenship Behavior (OCB dengan nilai P-Values 0,652> 0.05. Lingkungan KerjaFisik tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawandengan nilai P-Values 0,526> 0.05. Lingkungan KerjaFisik mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan nilai p – value sebesar 0,000< 0. OCB mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap KinerjaKryawan dengan nilai p – value sebesar 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Human Resources is the most important asset in a business organization or company, because it is the main body that implements the company's policies and operational activities. Job satisfaction is the response given by employees to their work, both in the form of positive responses and negative responses. Job satisfaction can be achieved by 3 factors, including (i) Compensation, which is in the form of remuneration or work that has been done, (ii) Motivation, namely providing a driving force so that employees are able to work optimally, (iii) Work Discipline, namely employees are able to obey rules that have been made. The purpose of this study is to determine partially and simultaneously the variables of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kala Prana Consultant. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this research is 43 employees. Sampling is done by non-probability method and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) had no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t-count value was 1.447 < t table 1.684 and significant 0.156> 0.05. Then the Motivation variable (X2) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the t-count value is 1.753 > t table 1.684 and significant is 0.087 <0.05. And the Work Discipline variable (X3) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), as evidenced by the results of the t-test, namely the t-count value of 3.094 > t-table 1.684 and significant 0.004 <0.05. Abstract

This study entitled the analysis of personality, burnout syndrome and transformational leadership style on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in the education, youth and sports office of Bantul Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population is 215 people with 138 samples. The analysis tool uses a path analysis model using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 application. from the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: a) Personality has a positive and significant influence on work motivation; b) Burnout Syndrome has a significant and significant effect on work motivation; c) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant and significant influence on work motivation; d) Personality has no significant influence on Employee Performance; e) Burnout Syndrome has a significant and significant impact on Employee Performance; f) Transformational Leadership Style has a significant influence on employee performance; g) Work Motivation has a significant and significant influence on Employee Performance; h) Work motivation is proven to be able to play a negative role as an intervening variable for the influence of personality (X1) on performance (Y) of (-0.044) with a P-Value of 0.132; i) Work motivation is proven to be able to play a role as an intervening variable for the effect of burnout syndrome (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.275 with a P-Value of 0.030. j) Work motivation is proven to be able to act as an intervening variable, the effect of transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.052 with a P-value of 0.111.
