Abstract

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FINANCIAL REPORTING AND BUDGETING BASED PERFORMANCE IN STIKES MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG. The purpose of this technical assistance activity were to provide knowledge and insights related to the financial management and performance based budgeting to the principal and budget user of STIKES Muhammadiyah Palembang and to help compile the work program. This activity was attended by 23 leaders from various levels.Materials that provided were, performance based budgeting, best practices, and financial reporting. The results of technical assistance for performance based budgeting indicate an increase in the ability of participants to develop budgets. Evaluation of the participants showed that they were very enthusiastic about following the activity from beginning to end.

Abstract

Children are the next generation of nation that needs to be stimulated and prepared from an early age. The development of brain cells owned by children from birth will develop optimally if given the appropriate treatment and stimulus according to the stage of growth. One of the things that need to be considered and developed in early childhood is character education, because with a good character the child will grow into a human who has good character, strong and able to face the competition of life so tight. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education in Al-A'raaf Islamic Kindergarten. Data collection was obtained through observation, interview and documentation. Technique examination of data validity used is triangulation technique. Character education in Islamic Kindergarten Al A'raaf is done through four stages: planning stage, implementation stage, assessment stage and development stage.

Abstract

Early childhood education has an important role in encouraging optimal growth and development of children and preparing them to enter the next level, so that proper and quality education is needed. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the quality mapping of early childhood education in Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency during the Covid 19 pandemic. Quality measurement was carried out in several stages, namely EDS data entry by education units, field verification by verifiers, data analysis and report preparation recommendation, exposure to mapping results. The results of the mapping of the quality of early childhood education in Tawangsari District were declared good and feasible to proceed to the supervision stage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between understanding pedagogical competence and students' readiness to teach microteaching. The method used is quantitative correlational. The population in this study were all students of PIAUD IAIN Surakarta class 2017 a total of 103 students, while the sample used was 68 students who were taken using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection obtained by conducting tests and questionnaires.The results of the study using the spearman rank correlation formula and converted to the t-test yielded t count 2.3695 consulted with t table dk = n-2 = 68-2 = 66, 5% significance obtained a value of 1.6683. Based on the results of t_count (2.3695)> ttable (1.6683), it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between understanding pedagogical competence and the readiness to teach microteaching students of PIAUD IAIN Surakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

Pendidik PAUD yang berkualitas harus memiliki kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) kompetensi profesional alumni program studi PIAUD FIT IAIN Surakarta, 2) kompetensi pedagogik alumni program studi PIAUD FIT IAIN Surakarta, 3) kompetensi sosial alumni program studi PIAUD FIT IAIN Surakarta, dan 4) kompetensi kepribadian alumni program studi PIAUD FIT IAIN Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah IAIN Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh alumni Program Studi PIAUD tahun akademik 2017/2018, yang telah bekerja di berbagai lembaga PAUD dengan segala bentuknya yang berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 alumni. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket terbimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik alumni Program Studi PIAUD mencapai kategori tinggi dengan rata- rata 80,81%. Kompetensi kepribadian alumni Program Studi PIAUD mencapai kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 82,95%. Kompetensi profesional alumni Program Studi PIAUD mencapai kategori cukup tinggi dengan rata-rata 78,71%. Kompetensi sosial alumni Program Studi PIAUD mencapai kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 83,60%.

Abstract

Pola asuh orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Namun beberapa anak memiliki perkembangan sosial emosional yang belum sesuai dengan usianya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) Pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua pekerja; 2) Perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun; 3) Hubungan pola asuh orang tua pekerja dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Bolopleret. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bolopleret dari bulan Desember 2022 – Juli 2023. Populasi sejumlah 37 responden (orang tua), dengan pengambilan sampel 34 responden (orang tua). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pola asuh otoriter 23%, pola asuh demokratis 59% dan pola asuh permisif 18%; Perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun kategori sedang, ditunjukkan dengan presentase 56%; 3) Sehingga disimpulkan terdapat hubungan positif antara pola asuh orang tua pekerja dengan perkembangan sosial emosional. Kunci Kunci : Pola Asuh, Anak Usia Dini, Perkembangan Sosial Emosional.

Abstract

Latar belakang dilakukannya kegiatan ini adanya permasalahan sampah yang menjadi masalah bagi masyarakat khususnya di sekitar lingkungan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, sehingga kemudian ada beberapa bank sampah yang berdiri untuk mengelolanya. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan pengelolaan di bank sampah ini kurang efektif karena informasi yang masih terbatas dan belum adanya panduan yang bisa digunakan oleh anggota komunitas bank sampah. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pelatihan sampah serta menyediakan/membuat buku pedoman dan videografi tentang pengleolan sampah yang nantinya digunakan komunitas bank sampah di sekitar UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis komunitas ini menggunakan pendekatan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Peserta pengabdian ini adalah perwakilan dari 14 komunitas bank sampah, perwakilan mahasiswa, cleaning service, dan pedagang kakai lima di sekitar kampus UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan sampah dengan bantuan buku panduan serta videografi yang telah disusun dan kemudian akan digunakan untuk sosialisasi lebih luas di komunitas masing-masing. Selain itu, setelah adanya kegiatan pendampingan, terbentuk 2 komunitas bank sampah baru.

Abstract

A safe learning environment in early childhood education is an important aspect in supporting children's optimal development. This research was conducted to find out and analyze how early childhood education institutions have implemented a safe learning environment. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted from August to November 2024. The subject of this research is the class teacher, while the informants are the principal, accompanying teachers, and parents of MTA Bulu Kindergarten. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the research data, researchers used method and source triangulation techniques. The results showed that MTA Bulu Kindergarten has implemented several programs to create a safe learning environment. Some of the strategies that have been carried out include ensuring the safety of child-friendly buildings, compiling SOPs, making class agreements, implementing positive discipline, conducting regular safety talks and emergency drill activities, ensuring the availability of first aid facilities, implementing anti-violence policies, conducting bullying assessments, involving parents and related stakeholders, and forming violence prevention and handling teams.
