Abstract

PT At Taqwa Sejahtera has implemented of residential development that duration about 152 day. Due to delay in the supply of primary raw materials, the processing time getting longer or not accordance to planning schedule on October 27, 2017. The project delay have impact on the company which will given punishment.The aim of this study research to the evaluate the project implementation schedule and project scheduling for more optimal time, with the best probability, and minimize the influence of the causes of delays to the project completion time. Project scheduling processing is done by using Program Evaluation Review and Technique (PERT) and implementation with Monte Carlo simulation using Ms Excel software.Based on data processing, the calculation of the project point accelerated time to 147 days with cost Rp 417.315.909,25 and probability of 63%, whereas with the application of Monte Carlo simulus the average conviction rate is at 156 days with cost Rp 402,310,654.25 and probability of 94%.

Abstract

Hospital is a community service center that has a vital role. Hospital activities related to human life make the hospital as a system that must provide excellent service for visitors (patients). In fact the excellent service is not easy to do because of the many components involved in the system. Components or variables in the system are prbabilistik or uncertain. To maintain the quality of hospital services, an action is needed to evaluate, analyze and improve the system, especially the service system for patients. Simulation is one of the tools that can be used to evaluate, analyze and test changes to the system to get better results. In this study, simulation will be carried out on the outpatient or polyclinic service system in RSUX using simulations with the help of software promodel. From the simulation results it is known that the simulation model is valid and can be used to evaluate the system. In this study, a trial was conducted to change the number of servers in the pricing section to obtain a smaller idle process.

Abstract

PT. Harpa Inti Mandiri adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi Tas Kulit dengan merek dagang Alra. Penentuan harga pokok produksinya pada saat ini dengan cara mengitung rata – rata total biaya kebutuhan produksi, sehingga berakibat harga pokok produksi belum akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi yang lebih akurat yakni dengan menggunakan job order costing, sehingga diharapkan memberi kemudahan dalam menentukan kebijakan penentuan harga jual dengan biaya pabrikasi bersih. Hasil penelitian diperoleh harga pokok produksi tas handle besar sebesar Rp 672.988,00/pcs dengan harga pokok produksi sebelumnya adalah Rp 474.321,00/pcs dengan selisih Rp 153.667,00/pcs. Harga pokok produksi tas dennis sebesar Rp 544.829,00/pcs dengan harga pokok produksi sebelumnya adalah Rp 346.161,00/pcs dengan selisih Rp 198.668,00/pcs. Harga pokok produksi tas tomson sebesar Rp 615.988,00/pcs dengan harga pokok produksi sebelumnya adalah Rp 417.321,00/pcs dengan selisih Rp 198.667,00/pcs.

Abstract

Di tengah persaingan yang ketat, setiap perusahaan industri memiliki strategi dalam  meningkatkan  laba  dan  daya saing agar dapat bertahan. Salah satu strategi yang mendukungadalah sarana dan prasarana industri seperti sarana bangunan gedung. CV. AA. Teknik“ merupakan salah satu industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pengecoran logam.Industri mengalami kesulitan terkait dengan  sarana gudang penyimpanan. Perusahaan menyewa gudang pada Koprasi Unit Desa (KUD) daerah setempat. Letak sewa gudang yang terlalu jauh dan kapasitas sewa gudang terlalu kecil mengakibatkan produktivitas pada perusahaan tersebut terhambat . Maka, pemilik industri berencana melakukan pembangunan gudang. Untuk mengkaji permasalahan diatas, maka dilakukan analisis investasi yang meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek financial selama 10 periode. Modal awal investasi sebesar Rp. 124.861.000,00. Dalam aspek finansial kriteria penilaian investasi menggunakan metode Net Present Value(NPV) dengan tingkat pengembalian 15%, Internal Rate of Return(IRR), Profitabitality Index(PI), dan Payback Period(PP).Hasil dari penelitian berupa kesimpulan bahwa investasi pembangunan gedung layak dipertimbangkan berdasarkan aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan aspek finansial.  Pada Aspek Finansial Net Present Value(NPV) sebesar Rp. 451.490.773,00. Internal Rate of Return(IRR) sebesar 32% (IRR>15%), Profitabitality Index(PI) sebesar 4,62(PI>1) dan pada Payback Periode (PP)investasi akan kembali selama 2 Tahun, 2 bulan, 23 Hari.

Abstract

Yogyakarta banyak memiliki potensi wisata baru, salah satunya adalah sentra pengrajin keris Banyumurup yang telah mengembangkan kerajinan tersebut sejak tahun 1950-an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi wisata yang dimiliki Dusun Banyumurup dan merancang strategi pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan yaitu melalui analisis SWOT dengan cara menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dan faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan matriks EFAS dan IFAS. Matriks EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berupa peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi. Matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui total nilai tertimbang matriks IFAS pengunjung sebesar  2,5073 . Total nilai tertimbang EFAS pengunjung sebesar 2,221. Faktor internal yang dimiliki yaitu suasana khas pedesaan, melihat proses pembuatan keris, pemandangan alam yang indah, keramahan masyarakat, terdapat bangunan bersejarah. Sedangakan faktor eksternal yaitu melestarikan budaya Jawa, meyerap tenaga kerja, pemanfaatan teknologi untuk media promosi, kesan positif dari wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung, perluasan segmen wisatawan dari berbagai minat seperti fotografi, pendidikan atau penelitian.

Abstract

COVID-19 puts intense pressure on governments to take unprecedented and rapid action around the world in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This research takes steps to determine the public's assessment of government programs to resolve the COVID-19 pandemic. The most likely solution is to use the combined method of the Covid Score and the Analytical Network Process (ANP) in determining how to increase public support for government programs to resolve this pandemic. The results of the data processing provide a significant picture of support for the government by 34% in handling the pandemic. To increase wider community support, it is proposed to apply more stringent rules as shown in the ANP value of 16.2. Research contribution to implementing COVID SCORE 10 with Analytical Network Process (ANP) review for implementation in Covid-19 cases in the sample area

Abstract

Tegal Subur Aktif Farmer Group is one of the organic tea producers located in Menoreh Hills, precisely in Nglinggo, Pagerharjo, Samigaluh, Kulon Progo. The efforts carried out by this farmer group include the procurement of tea ingredients, the provision of production facilities, the cultivation and maintenance of tea plants, the processing of agricultural products and trade in general. Processed organic tea products, such as green, black, yellow, and roasted, are produced.   Farmer groups have uncertain orders that can only be fulfilled partially, which can still affect customer satisfaction. In total, there are 95.39% of uncertain orders that can be fulfilled in the period August 2021 – March 2022. This is related to production planning with actual production caused by uncertain or regular supply of raw materials. If the collection of raw material supply is still carried out, it causes cost losses in collecting raw materials. The Tegal Subur Aktif Farmer Group has never measured its supply chain performance. If measurement is not carried out, supply chain performance may develop slowly. This study aims to measure the organic tea supply chain's performance and determine which indicators need improvement. This research uses the Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Based on the data processing carried out, by measuring supply chain performance with Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP), the supply chain performance of the Active Tegal Subur Farmer Group can be improved.

Abstract

The Central Business District (CBD) office building is making efforts to reduce building electricity costs, and one alternative is solar power plant installation. PT. Rancang Prima Sejahtera, engaged in the solar energy industry, conducts consulting services with Central Business District office buildings, so PT. Rancang Prima Sejahtera made an indicative proposal with several solar power plant installation scenarios to be installed on the roof of the Central Business District office building. Four scenarios are created from the combination of 2 PV modules and two inverters. Each scenario created will be assessed for the level of opt, and the investment value will be calculated. In combining components using the principles of the Vereun Deutsche Ingineuer (VDI) 2222 method and assessed each scenario using six aspects of assessment.Meanwhile, the investment analysis assessment uses the parameters of Cost of Energy (CoE), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B-CR), and discounted payback period. The results of the analysis conducted found that the third scenario was the best scenario with a percentage of the design value of 82.5%, CoE value of Rp398.31/kWh, NPV value of Rp2,451,719,005, IRR percentage of 23.75%, B-CR value of 7.8, and DPP value for 6.8 years with a project life of 30 years. The findings of the investment research indicate that the implementation of solar power plant installations in office buildings located in Central Business Districts yields long-term cost reductions in electricity expenses over a 30-year period, as opposed to relying solely on the services provided by the State Electricity Enterprise.
