Abstract

Metode Ekspositori adalah metode pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses penyampaian materi secara verbal dari seorang guru kepada sekelompok siswa dengan maksud agar siswa dapat menguasai materi pelajaran secara optimal. Subyek penelitian adalah 48 siswa kelas I semester II SD Negeri 4 Bareng Lor Tahun Akademik 2017/2018. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru hanya terpusat pada salah satu metode pembelajaran. Untuk itu diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif yang dipakai oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga akan termotivasi dengan metode pembelajaran tersebut Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh perbedaan yang berarti antara prestasi belajar yang menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori dengan metode pembelajaran lain. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari uji independensi yang menunjukkan hasil signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (sig < 0,05). Kemudian dilihat dari reratanya, pembelajaran dengan mengacu pembelajaran ekspositori dapat diperoleh prestasi belajar (yaitu 46) menghasilkan rerata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran lain (yaitu 44). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah model pembelajaran ekspositori adalah pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepalasekolah secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap kepuasan kerjaguru di UPT Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Gantiwarno Kabupaten Klaten yangterdiri dari 25 SD Negeri dan 1 Swasta. Sampel penelitian adalah guru-guru SDyang dipilih secara Quota random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioneryang telah diujicobakan dan memenuhi syarat validitas butir dan reliabilitasdengan tehnik Alpha Cronbach. Tehnik analisis data yang dilakukan dalampenelitian ini adalah : (1) Analisis deskriptif data. Analisis ini untuk mendapatkangambaran karakteriktik datanya (2) Uji persyaratan yaitu analisis yangmensyratkan pemenuhan beberapa persyaratan antara lain kenormalan data,linieritas hubungan variabel bebas dan terikat dan tidak terjadi multikoloniaritasantara variabel bebas.(3) Data diambil dengan regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial.Uji Hipotesis dengan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-samaterhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD di UPT Dinas Pendidikan KecamatanGantiwarno. Hasil analisis korelasi parsial menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerjaguru.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD Kecamatan Gantiwarno Kabupaten Klaten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat ex-post facto karena didalam penelitian tersebut hanya menyajikan data peristiwa yang sudah berlangsung dan telah ada pada responden tanpa memberikan perlakuan atau manipulasi terhadap variable yang diteliti. Subjek dan populasi pada penelitian tersebut melibatkan 70 guru di sejumlah 5 SD Negeri di kecamatan Gantiwarno Kabupaten Klaten. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik Angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24.1% terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru SD di wilayah Kecamatan Gantiwarno. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD yang disebabkan karena (1) Tidak adanya kemauan atau dorongan  kepala sekolah  yang kuat dengan penuh semangat dan percaya pada guru, staff, dan siswa dalam melaksanakan tugas masing-masing. (2) Kepala sekolah tidak memberikan bimbingan dan mengarahkan pada guru, staff dan para siswa serta memberikan dorongan, memacu dan berdiri di depan demi kemajuan dan memberikan inspirasi sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the students’ motivation and learning outcomes on the material of documents and valuable objects at grade II elementary school in the academic year 2017/2018. The research was conducted by involving 13 children as the obejcts. The type of this research was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. In the first cycle, the varied demonstration method was carried out classically and in the second cycle, it was carried out in groups. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning the action, implementing the action as planned, observing the results of the action, and reflecting on the implementation of the action. The tools for data collection were the document of students’ grade list, observation sheets, and question sheets since the data were collected using documentation, observation, and test. The results showed that the varied demonstration method improved the students’ learning outcomes in social science subject especially on the material of documents and valuable objects at grade II in the academic year 2017/2018. This was proved by an increase with a success rate of 57.80% in cycle I, and 93.33% in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of mathematics learning application media for the fifth-grade elementary school students about the flow rate. The research was designed to develop learning material using interactive PowerPoint media. The study was conducted at Barenglor 4 Elementary School. This study used the Research and Development (RD) method by employing four procedures development which include: (a) exploration, (b) the development of the draft/prototype, (c) test try products and revisions, and (d) final validation. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at Barenglor 4 Elementary School. A total of 48 students were separated into two groups. There were 24 students in the experimental group and 24 students in the control group. The independent sample t-test was used to analyze the data with a significance level of 0.05. The researcher used expert judgment both academicians and practitioners. The results of the study showed that the learning tools were reviewed by the experts of material, media, and evaluation about the aspects of syllabi, lesson plans, instructional media, and assessing for learning outcomes categorized as "Very Good". The application of learning tools, in general, can be reached with the "Very Good" category. Then, the difference in the final results between the control class and the experimental class after using a thematic-integrative learning tool with p0.05.Keywords: mathematics learning; flow rate; interactive powerpoint.

Abstract

This research is motivated by learning activities that occur in individuals who are complex behavior, because it is not only related to interactions between teachers and students, but also related to other learning components that support each other. To achieve the learning objectives, then the right method is needed in delivering learning material. The method applied by the teacher must be able to stimulate students to be active in learning activities. The problem examined in this study is how to improve learning achievement on the theme "My Family" with the Demonstarsi method in class II students of SDN 2 Ngandong ,gantiwarno, Klaten The discussion of the description of this research is how the teacher increases the students' ability to carry out demonstrations. The research method used was action research by determining the steps: planning, implementing, collecting data, and reflecting on each step using two cycles. The results of the study from the first cycle only 81.57% or 16 students who scored above the KKM while 18.43% or 5 students got grades below the KKM. Because it has not yet reached the KKM, the researchers proceed to cycle II. In cycle 2 there was a significant increase in which 89.47% of students had mastered the competencies that had been set. Out of the 21 students, 19 students have met the specified KKM. From the results of the implementation of the first cycle and second cycle, it can be concluded that using the demonstration method can improve the learning achievement of the theme "My Family" grade II students at SDN 2 Ngandong ,Gantiwarno, Klaten.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that some students still experience learning difficulties in understanding the material which results in planned learning time being hampered, especially in the learning of the theme 'My dreams'. The teacher considers that in the theme module '' My Citizens '' the material is not enough to be understood by students because some of the material in the book does not explain in detail. The research method used is action research by determining the steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection in each step using two cycles. The results of the study from the first cycle were only 76.57% or 19 students who scored above the minimum completeness criteria while 23.43% or 11 students scored below the minimum completeness criteria. Because it has not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria, the researchers proceed to cycle II. In the second cycle there was a significant increase of 86.4% of students who have mastered the competencies that have been set. Of the total 30 students, 25 students have met the specified minimum completeness criteria. From the results of the implementation of cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that using the contextual teaching learning method can improve the learning outcomes of the theme "Cita-Citaku" grade IV students at SD N I Gergunung, Klaten Utara

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the activeness and learning outcomes of elementary school students were increased through the Discovery Learning model. The method in this study was classroom action research.This classroom action research was conducted at SD N 1 Danguran Klaten. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from March to Mey 2021 The subjects in this study were 20 students at grade V. The steps of action research included planning, implementation, data collection, and reflection on each step for two cycles. The results of the study stated that students' understanding of the problem of ethnic and cultural diversity in Indonesia, in the first cycle of 7.01% and in the second cycle of 7.80%, was classified as good as well as about learning completion in the first cycle 74.82%. and in the second cycle it became 89.96%.

Abstract

Abstract: Textbooks become the most important element in the learning process of activities. The result of the study shows textbook in Civic Education in Primary School Teacher Education Study Program still lacks character education content especially the virtuous values, where the characters become the current heated debate in the world of education. This study attempts to develop a Civic Education textbook with character content based on moral values, by measuring student activities, achievements and student responses. This research was conducted by classroom evaluation research. Method by applying 4-D model. The subjects of the study were 20th students of 3rd semester and 26th semester 1 students of PGSD Unwidha Klaten. The results showed that: good learning activities with 77.6% of active students, 95% of students achieve mastery with an average of 80.75; teaching materials are worthy of use with an average of 83.2% and students respond favorably to textbooks. Keywords : Textbook, character education, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Abstrak : Buku ajar menjadi unsur terpenting dalam proses belajar kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar masih minim muatan pendidikan karakternya apalagi nilai-nilai budi pekertinya., dimana karakter menjadi perdebatan hangat saat ini di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan buku ajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan konten karakter yang berbasis nilai-nilai budi pekerti , dengan mengukur aktivitas siswa, prestasi dan respon mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi kelas dengan menerapkan model 4-D. Subyek penelitian adalah 20 mahasiswa semester 3 dan 26 mahasiswa semester 1 Program Studi PGSD Unwidha Klaten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: aktivitas pembelajaran baik dengan 77,6% siswa aktif, 95% siswa mencapai ketuntasan dengan rata-rata 80,75; bahan ajar layak digunakan dengan rata-rata 83,2% dan mahasiswa memberi respon positif terhadap buku ajar. Kata Kunci : Buku Ajar, Pendidikan Karakter, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.
