Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of internal factors on student achievement of SDN 29 Limbua, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. 2) Determine the influence of external factors on student achievement at SDN 29 Limbua, Minasatene Subdistrict, Pangkep District. 3) Determine the influence of internal and external factors simultaneously on student achievement at SDN 29 Limbua, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency. This study was carried out on a study population of 97 people, with a sample of 78 people. This type of research is quantitative, data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data documentation. The analysis techniques used are: 1) Descriptive statistics through percentage, inferential statistics through Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: Based on the Hypothesis Test Partially (Test t) With reference to the Coefficientsa table, it could be described the influence of the Internal Factor (X1), External variables (X2), on the Student Learning Achievement variable (Y), as follows: 1 ) Constant = 58,846, Positive constant value indicates positive influence of independent variables (Internal and External Factors), If the independent variable increases or influences in one unit, the dependent variable (Student Learning Achievement) will increase or be fulfilled by 58,846. 2) Internal Factor (X1) = 0,150 is the regression coefficient value of Internal Factor (X1) on student learning achievement variable (Y). This means that if the Internal Factor (X1) has a one-unit increase, then student learning achievement (Y) will experience an increase of 0,150 or 15,0%. Coefficient is positive, meaning that between Internal Factor (X1) and student learning achievement (Y) has a positive relationship, namely an increase in Internal Factors (X1) will result in an increase in student learning achievement (Y). 3) External Factors (X2) = 0.053 is a regression coefficient variable of External Factors (X2) on the variable student achievement (Y) means that if the External Factor (X2) decreases one unit, then student learning achievement (Y) will decrease by 0.053 or 05.3% coefficient is negative meaning that between External Factors (X2) and student achievement (Y) there is a negative relationship. Decreasing External Factors (X2) will result in a decrease in student learning achievement (Y). 4) Based on the hypothesis test simultaneously research (test f) is known anova table output, simultaneous testing X1, X2, towards Y, it is known that the calculated F value = 4.823> sig value 0.011, which means that H1 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means that "All independent variables (Internal and External Factors) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable (student learning achievement)". Keywords: Internal, External Factors, Student Learning Achievement

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang peranan kepemimpinan dalam.meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah yang diterapkan di MIS Muhammadiyah Bujung Tangaya Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut : Bagaimana peranan kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam upaya mengelola.manajemen madarash untuk.meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, Bagaimanakah Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MIS Muhammadiyah Bujung Tangaya,faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung serta kendala dan hambatan apa saja yang dialami dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik pengamatan terlibat langsung, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Informan Kunci  dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Madarash dan guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Mutu Pendidikan, MBS.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1.) To analyze the character building efforts of SDN 6 Sengkae Kec. Bungoro Kab. Pangkep through traditional games, 2) Analyzing the influence of the character building of students at SDN 6 Sengkae Kec. Bungoro Kab. Pangkep through traditional games. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers and students. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that character building through traditional games at SDN 6 Sengkae, Bungoro District, Pangkajene and Islands District is through three components, namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. Furthermore, the stages carried out are 1) introducing good values, giving the benefits of good values, and teaching people to do good things based on values. In addition, giving if it is not in accordance with the value of goodness, giving a warning because it is not based on the value of goodness, being a role model for students to practice good values by telling the truth, 2) The impact of traditional games on character building is customary courtesy. Instilling good values in elementary school children can take practice. Habituation is carried out routinely by the teacher every day to help children become accustomed to good behavior. This custom is also used when playing traditional games. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, there are several suggestions that the author can convey.Keywords: Character, Traditional Games

Abstract

The lack of improvement in student learning outcomes is still a problem, so this research was carried out. For this reason, a solution is needed in the form of a learning strategy to help solve this problem, namely implementing a wordwall-based digital learning model. The aim of this research is to describe teacher and student activities using wordwall-based digital learning games and to describe how student learning outcomes in social studies lessons can be improved through the use of wordwall-based digital learning games. This research uses the stages of classroom action research, namely research consisting of two cycles, where one cycle consists of four implementation stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The focus of the research is the use of wordwall-based digital learning games and social studies learning outcomes. The subjects in this research were 25 class VI students (two recovered), consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students. Data is obtained through observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include the selection stage, the presentation stage, and the conclusion stage. The results of the research showed that there was a significant increase in teacher activity and student activity in cycle I (60.42%) with medium criteria and in cycle II (93.75%) with high criteria, as well as social studies learning outcomes in cycle I (70,00) with medium criteria and in cycle II (81.34) with high criteria. Thus, using wordwall-based digital learning games can improve social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN 26 Jollo, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN 26 Jollo, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan profesionalisme guru dan kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN 26 Jollo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah guru SDN 26 Jollo yang berjumlah 10 orang guru. Prosedur pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis mengunakan deskriptif kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan profesionalisme guru dan kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN 26 Jollo. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan profesionalisme guru dan kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap kinerja guru SDN 26 Jollo. Hal ini dilihat dari taraf signifikansi yang didapatkan itu sebesar 0,033 artinya lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05. Serta Fhitung yang didapatkan yaitu  0,033 lebih besar dibandingkan ttabel (K=2, n-k=8) sebesar 4,460. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di SDN 26 Jollo.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the influence of the principal’s leadership style on the performance of student cooperative managers at SMP Negeri 21 Makassar; (2) assess the influence of organizational culture; (3) examine the impact of teacher commitment; (4) analyze the simultaneous effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and teacher commitment; and (5) identify the most dominant influencing variable. This quantitative research involved 45 student cooperative managers from grades VII–IX using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression, t-test, and F-test with SPSS 26. Results show that leadership style, organizational culture, and teacher commitment have a significant positive partial and simultaneous effect. Teacher commitment is the most dominant variable influencing cooperative management performance.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies on students' interest in Social Studies learning in Grade V at SD Inpres Bukkangraki, Bajeng District. Using a quantitative method with total sampling of 28 students, data were obtained via questionnaires and analyzed through multiple regression using SPSS 26. The study confirms that all four competencies have a significant and positive effect on students’ learning interest, both partially and simultaneously. Among these, pedagogical competence has the most dominant effect, emphasizing the importance of teaching strategies in cultivating student interest.
