Abstract

In the context of the availability of literacy sources about early childhood development, the people of Kotaanyar District, Probolinggo Regency are constrained by limited access and understanding. The limited access in this case is the limitation in finding main literacy sources such as books and online literacy content. The limitation of understanding in this case is the difficulty of them (parents of early childhood) to understand content that contains scientific and technical concepts regarding information on children's development. This is due to the low participation rate in taking education in this area. With this problem, researchers conducted research & development of booklets with stimulus content for early childhood growth and development which were made in such a way as to be completed with pictures and by using simple exposures, direct practice, and local language. The content developed is divided according to the stages of developmental age and children's growth, ages 0-12 months, 12-24 months, 24-36 months, 36-48 months, pre-school age 48-60 months. The development of stimulation content is divided based on general information on growth and developmental aspects including aspects of motoric physical development, aspects of cognitive development, aspects of language development, aspects of social emotional development. As a basis for development, we use some references related to children's accumulation strategies from several books, the rest we add stimulus content on the basis of child development problems that were found in a typical and contextual manner in the Kotaanyar District community. Presentation in bilingual form is needed so that it can be understood by the local community, who mostly speak the Madura Pendalungan area (slightly different from the language of the island Madurese / origin Madurese). Therefore, after the content and illustration development stage, the researcher translated the booklet into the Madurese Pendalungan language. This is solely done to facilitate understanding of the local community, and also to facilitate early childhood education coaches / socializers to explain in the local language. Finally, we need to package a booklet with an attractive and illustrated layout to serve as an illustration of the child's stimulation activity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN-DR (kuliah kerja nyata dari rumah) Universitas PGRI Wiranegara di Desa Kedungbako dan Desa Madurejo Pasuruan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga untuk menjaga kesehatan di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 dengan sosialisasi pembuatan serta pembagian wedang jamu pokak, wedang jamu secang, dan masker perca kepada warga Desa Kedungbako. Metode yang digunakan terdiri adalah metode kualitatif dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap praktek, serta tahap distribusi. Setelah melalui ketiga tahapan tersebut terdapat peningkatan yang dicapai, antara lain : (a) terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih sehat (b) meningkatnya pengetahuan warga tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan (c) meningkatnya pengetahuan warga tentang bagaimana penggunaan masker yang benar (d) meningkatnya pengetahuan warga tentang manfaat dan cara membuat wedang jamu pokak dan secang (e) warga dapat membuat wedang jamu pokak dan secang sendiri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran warga desa untuk menjaga kesehatan di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the planning process, the learning process when it takes place, and the evaluation as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors of the yanbu'a method in improving the ability to read Al-Qur'an skills. The yanbu'a method is a very complete and practical way of learning with a simple and practical selection of learning materials and delivery techniques to children that make it easier for students to understand, especially for skills in reading the Al-Qur'an. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the type of data collection uses observation, and interviews to determine the planning process, the learning process when it takes place and the overall evaluation process as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors. The implementation of Al-Qur'an learning using the Yanbu'a method is carried out like learning in general which includes opening activities, core activities and closing activities, while learning evaluations are carried out every day, every volume increase and at the end of the year. The results of this study indicate that learning using the yanbu'a method can improve the ability to read Al-Qur'an skills.

Abstract

Perkembangan adalah pola perubahan yang dimulai sejak pembuahan dan berlanjut sepanjang rentang kehidupan. Istilah perkembangan mencakup istilah perkembangan dan pertumbuhan. Stimulasi dapat diberikan dalam berbagai bentuk yang sederhana dan mudah dilakukan. Stimulasi tersebut dapat berupa kehangatan dan kasih sayang yang tulus yang diberikan oleh orang tua. Selain itu, orang tua dapat memberikan pengalaman langsung dengan menggunakan panca inderanya (penglihatan, pendengaran, perasa, peraba, dan penciuman). Pemberian stimulasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu anak berkembang, anak yang distimulasi dengan baik dapat mencapai aspek perkembangan dengan baik pula. Stimulus dapat diberikan melalui pendidikan anak usia dini, melalui pendidikan anak diberikan pembelajaran melalui bermain. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, penulis melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan utama memberikan materi diseminasi pengetahuan tentang stimulasi anak usia dini, serta melihat dan menggali permasalahan stimulasi anak usia dini di masyarakat. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan mengenai kondisi masyarakat terkait upaya stimulasi anak usia dini antara lain: 1) kesadaran untuk stimulasi dengan pengetahuan minimal, 2) kesadaran untuk stimulasi dengan komitmen minimal, dan 3) kesadaran untuk stimulasi dengan sedikit pengetahuan, 2) kesadaran untuk stimulasi dengan komitmen minimal, dan 3) adanya berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal yang menghambat proses stimulasi seperti: pengetahuan, peluang, dan situasi & ruang.

Abstract

Bullying has become a highlighted problem in recent years by observers (or researchers) about education, counseling, psychology, and the development of children and adolescents. One of the things that attracts attention is bullying with the theme of form and weight. Physical differences in the body, especially in obese people, are followed by stigma and negative justification. Internalization of stigma and justification leads to cases of oppression, in some cases, even suicide decisions. The author tries to find a network of theoretical and conceptual relationships between body image, diet, bullying, the role of the media, depression, to the decision to commit suicide from various sources and the results of previous studies. In the end, it seems that the habit of mocking and humiliating someone who is overweight, which we often face every day and is considered normal, can be a more serious problem. Being slim and fat is an option, but setting it as a normal standard can bring stereotypical havoc.

Abstract

The Qur’an plays an important role in the life of Muslims. In daily life, Muslims cannot be separated from interaction with the Qur’an. Therefore, the interaction was well received by the community, not least in Sentulan Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency, East Java. The acceptance of the Sentulan Village community towards the Qur’an is manifested in a tradition, which is what Ustadz Ali Fiqri did by using the verses of the Qur’an as a medium of treatment, which later became the focus of this research. This research uses qualitative methods and is included in field research. The approach used is a phenemological approach, which aims to reveal the meaning inherent in the reception of the Qur’an by the community in Sentulan Village. Collecting data through literature and interviews with Ustadz Ali Fiqri and patients. The final results of this study indicate that the traditional treatment carried out by Ustadz Ali Fiqri in Sentulan Village, both medical and non-medical diseases, using the media of bidara leaves, coconut, turmeric, garlic, water and eggs and reading the verses of the Qur’an that then termed the verses of syifa’. The syifa’ verses in question are (Q.S. Al-Fatihah (1): 1-7, Q.S. Al-Baqarah (2): 102, Q.S. Yunus (10) 81, Q.S. Jin (72): 3, Q.S. Al-Hasyar (59): 21, Q.S. Al-Syu’ara’ (26): 51, and Q.S. Yasin (36)).

Abstract

Soft skill merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa agar dapat bersaing secara global dan sukses di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa telah menguasai soft skill sebagai persiapan dalam mengatasi permasalahan dunia kerja di luar kampus Universitas Nurul Jadid dengan mengikuti organisasi internal kampus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan serta teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi internal kampus sangat penting dalam pengembangan Softskill mahasiswa. Diantara banyak soft skill ada tiga yang paling penting yakni Kemampuan berkomunikasi, berfikir kritis, dan Leadersip/kepemimpinan. Kemampuan berkomunikasi sangat penting untuk melatih percaya diri untuk berbicara didepan umum. Kemampuan kepemimpinan juga sangat penting untuk melatih tanggung jawab dan pengambilan keputusan. Berfikir kritis sangat penting dalam melatih pola pikir dan menganalisis suatu permasalahan dan mencari penyelesaian. Pengalaman berorganisasi dapat mengembangkan soft skill mahasiswa

Abstract

This study offers a metasynthesis analysis of Forelearn Apperception strategies, shedding light on their diverse applications in educational contexts. With a focus on the jetlag issue between regional Indonesian and international journal publications, this research delves into the nuances of strategies deployed by educators to integrate aperception into instructional practices. Methodologically, this research employed metasynthesis to extract and analyze data from a range of sources. By synthesizing insights from various studies, a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of Forelearn Apperception strategies was achieved. The analysis also unveiled a progression in strategy emphasis across educational levels, from enthusiasm generation in early education to the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills in higher education. The findings underscore the dynamic nature of educational practices, with strategies adapted to cater to the cognitive development and educational levels of students. The application of diverse aperception approaches emerges as pivotal in creating an engaging learning environment. The study substantiates its conclusions with theoretical underpinnings such as Constructivist Learning and Intrinsic Motivation theories. In conclusion, this metasynthesis analysis provides valuable insights into the versatile utilization of Forelearn Apperception strategies in diverse educational settings. By integrating these strategies, educators can nurture engaging learning experiences, deeper comprehension, and lifelong learning skills while addressing the multifaceted jetlag issue. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui  gambaran problematika kesehatan yang dialami oleh lansia, tingkat kesigapan keluarga dalam mendukung usaha kesehatan bagi lansia,  serta merumuskan landasan informasi bagi pengampu kebijakan kesehatan di tingkat desa agar dapat melakukan tindakan penanganan atau penanggulangan problematika kesehatan lansia di Desa Kalibuntu, Kraksaan, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan mix method yang secara bersamaan menggunakan paradigma penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian untuk mendukung tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah lansia di desa ini terbukti mengalami banyak keluhan penyakit seperti gangguan penglihatan, nyeri persendian, dan kram otot / kesemutan / gringgingen. Dalam kondisi ini, setelah dilakukan asesmen terhadap kesiapan keluarga lansia dengan menggunakan CGI (Caregiver Inventory) didapati 54% dari 50 orang anggota keluarga lansia dinilai sangat siap dalam merawat lansia; sedangkan 46% di antaranya dinilai kurang siap. Oleh karenanya dapat diambil rekomendasi yakni : perlu dilakukan edukasi perawatan lansia terhadap anggota keluarga lansia, serta polindes perlu meningkatkan taraf pelayanan terhadap kesehatan lansia sesuai dengan keluhannya.

Abstract

Abstrak. Maktabah syamilah merupakan software yang berisikan ribuan macam kitab mengenai pengetahuan keislaman yang dapat diakses dengan mudah serta dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur yang memudahkan para pengguna untuk mencari topik pembahasan, perkataan atau nukilan, tafsir, perawi hadis, biografi ulama, dan lain-lain. Maktabah syamilah sangat penting bagi mahasiswai jurusan Ilmu Quran dan Tafsir. Kebanyakan dari mereka kebingungan saat mencari rujukan kitab untuk tugas kuliah ataupun tugas akhir dikarenakan kekurangan pengadaan kitab, minimnya membaca serta tidak mengerti cara mengaplikasikan maktabah syamilah. Solusi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan cara memberikan pelatihan mencari rujukan kitab melalui sofware maktabah syamilah karena dengan adanya sofware ini mahasiswi akan sangat terbantu untuk mencari kitab rujukan yang diinginkan. Bentuk pelatihan ini terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pemberian tugas secara individu, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (a) pengetahuan mahasiswi prodi Ilmu dan al-Quran semakin meningkat ditandai dengan respon positif mahasiswi menggunakan maktabah syamilah dalam mencari sumber rujukan kitab, dan (b) Mahasiswi tidak kesulitan dan kebingungan serta bisa mengaplikasikan maktabah syamilah dalam mencari sumber rujukan kitab dengan baik.
