Abstract

Proses  pembuatan  kapal  di Galangan Kapal Kayu CV Laksana Abadi Batang    masih menggunakan cara tradisional, saat ini mengalami kesulitan untuk memenuhi  jumlah pesanan yang banyak. Program KKN-PPM ini untuk membantu para pengrajin kapal kayu tradisional di Batang  melalui  menerapkan teknologi  yang  lebih modern melalui penggunaan aplikasi software perkapalan seperti Delfship dan Maxsurf. dengan menggunakan software tersebut diharapkan pengrajin kayu tradisional mampu mempercepat proses produksi dari 120 hari/ kapal menjadi 90 hari/kapal dan juga kapal kayu yang dibuat akan lebih bagus. Dalam program KKN-PPM ini mahasiswa juga harus mengenalkan pada masyarakat pesisir di Batang  tentang  kebersihan  lingkungan.  Produsen  dan  Pengrajin  kapal  kayu tradisional diberikan penyuluhan K3LH, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dari limbah buang kapal yang dapat mencemari laut sekitar. Oleh karena itu, akan diterapkan pada setiap kapal kayu yang akan dibuat teknologi tepat guna OWS (oil  water  Separator).  Dengan  menerapkan  teknologi  tepat  guna  OWS, penanaman mangroove diharapkan dapat meminimalisir pencemaran laut karena limbah buang kapal kayu.

Abstract

In this paper Growing up Catching Vessel every year in District Pekalongan become CPEU Drop in every year. One of Thegreat potential of Indonesian ocean is fishing catch. Cause Indonesia have 17.502 island and have longest margine line island after Canada about 81.000 km, with convention PBB ( UNCLOS ) 1982 Indonesia have 3,1 million km2 and additional 2,7 million km2cause we have ZEEI. The condition make Indonesia have very big Ocean potention fish catching about 6,4 Million ton/year

Abstract

This study is to investigate compatibility between installed main engine in ship with propeller design using theoretical approach and data series. A triple screw rescue boat conducted hard chain hull was used for study and analyze the effect of the changes in powering process stage by observing the result of open water efficiency based on Wageningen Data Series with cavitation analysis has been neglected. The study is considered using intersection between propeller thrust with thrust coefficient and open water efficiency on Wageningen B-Series for fixed pitch propeller. The result indicated that propeller characteristic B5-76 with 41% of efficiency  has compatibility with specification of installed main engine.

Abstract

In the sea trial, many things were tested, one of which was the steering gear test. This test aims to determine the time it takes the ship to turn at a certain angle according to the provisions of the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) and check the function of the steering system. On the Sabuk Nusantara 750 DWT Pioneer Ship carried out two types of tests, namely the main steering gear and the auxiliary steering test. The main steering gear test is carried out in a series of tests with a joystick on the steering gear panel on the ship's bridge. Auxiliary steering test is divided into two types, namely using the steering wheel and solenoid which is located in the engine room. Testing the steering gear on this archipelago belt pioneer ship meets the requirements of BKI.

Abstract

Industri galangan kapal merupakan sebuah industri yang memiliki resiko pekerjaan cukup besar, akan tetapi dapat diminimalisir dengan adanya program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja melalui pembentukan budaya kerja.Keadaan Darurat (emergency) adalah keadaan sulit yang tidak diduga, yang memerlukan penanganan segera agar tidak menyebabkan kecelakaan dengan dampak yang fatal.Kesiapan dan Tanggap Darurat adalah kegiatan menyelamatkan sebagian atau seluruh harta-benda (investasi vital) Perusahaan. Selanjutnya sesuai teori Maslow, kebutuhan rasa aman akan muncul setelah kebutuhan tingkat pertama (phisik dan biologis) terpenuhi, sehingga mulai sekarang keselamatan merupakan hal yang harus diusahakan pemenuhannya. Teori lama menganggap bahwa kecelakaan terjadi karena kesalahan pekerja (individual). Sekarang, kecelakaan dianggap akibat dari faktor organisasi dan manajemen yang salah. Sejalan dengan teori-teori terbaru, maka peran manajemen sangat berarti dalam pencegahan kecelakaan. Dalam tulisan ini, peran manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dibahas dari fungsi-fungsi manajemen melibatkan sumber-sumber daya yang digunakan, dan aspek lain yang relevan seperti pengadaan simulasi tanggap bencana darurat.

Abstract

Disinfectant Design To Prevent Covid-19 Transmission In Ship Building Industry: The world condition has a varied spike in Covid-19 cases. The new normal scenario has been prepared by the Indonesian government to take effect from 1 June 2020, where industries and services can operate according to health protocols. In general, in entering into this new normality, we must find a midpoint of importance between health and economics. The purpose of this paper is to explore the design of a disinfectant chamber adapted to the possible environment that can be applied in a shipyard. The design method used is to compile an existing hypothesis from previous research and field conditions data then poured into a design that represents the ideal disinfectant room design optimization to use. As a result, with the design method and concept, the ideal design for the area of operation is obtained. With materials that are easier to find in the market and simplified manufacturing costs, this product is superior to be applied in this shipyard. In comparison, the expected function value from the planning of this disinfectant room will be better or almost closer to the products on the market. However, in the application process, it is necessary to look at the capability and operational area of the place where this disinfectant booth will be located.

Abstract

Central Java province has several industries that have various kinds of competencies that must be mastered by every worker. The potential of vocational schools in Indonesia. Increasing the competence of human resources is to increase the choices that humans have. The higher the education, the more opportunities that can be achieved. The purpose of this paper is to explore and facilitate activities to improve the skills of the freelancer community in the shipbuilding industry in Central Java. The method used is the method of collecting data for experiments . By compiling the experimental setting data used, it is adjusted to the reading of the data from the welding process and endeavored to be processed properly. The result with the experimental method is obtained a schematic stage of the welding process with SMAW. By paying attention to the amperage and voltage settings when the welding process is adjusted to pre-preparation before the welding process, good welding results are also obtained so that when visually inspected there are no visible defects in the welding results. However, in the application process, it is necessary to look at the flight time of freelancers in the welding field and the welding position.

Abstract

Desa Kangkung merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Desa ini termasuk desa dengan penghasilan masyarakat dibawah sejahtera. Keterbatasan masyarakat dalam produksi sangkar burung dan memasarkan hasil produksinya menjadi isu yang diangkat oleh tim pengabdian program studi Teknologi Rekayasa Konstruksi Perkapalan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membekali keterampilan pengelasan sehingga bisa membuka lapangan usaha yang lebih luas. Hasil yang dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah pengenalan alat las yang lebih modern dan praktis untuk bengkel las listrik di Desa Kangkung.

Abstract

PT Yasa Wahana Tirta Samudera (PT YWTS) is a subsidiary of Samudra Indonesia as one of the shipyards in Indonesia, has docking facilities such as Grafing dock (8000 DWT capacity),sliding with 3 docking rails, and airbags technology for and launching barges. Insufficient or excessive air pressure, inappropriate number of airbags and arrangement of airbags that are too close or too far away will have an impact on the ship launching process which may be disrupted and detrimental to the shipyard or owner.This study aims to determine the number of airbags and the distance between airbags during the process of launching the Virgo Sejati 177 with a length of 300 feet.The methods used in this study are From the calculation results of the number of airbags needed in the process of launching the barge, 18 cc airbags were needed. From the calculation results of the number of airbags needed in the process of launching the barge, 18 cc airbags were needed.barges with a cross over type of arrangement is 6.652 - 10.75757 meters.
