Abstract

The growth of city if it has not offset by the development of road infrastructure, so it has make congestion on some roads, then it has an impact toward time and economy. One of solution to overcoming the road transportation congestion is the provision adequate of mass transport that can interest people to leave the private vehicles and switch to public transport. An aims this research to examine the effect of servqual toward citizen satisfaction on Trans Mamminasata. This study was using a quantitative approach, with cross sectional design. Sampling technique in this study was using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Techniques of data collection for hypothesis test was using questionnaires with closed question. Variables was used in this study such us independent variables (servqual) and the dependent variable (citizen satisfaction). The independent variable consists of five dimensions, such us: reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, assurance, and empathy. In this study, the instrument validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and reliability test performed using cronbach's alpha correlation. There are six hypotheses in this study which test using different data analysis techniques, such us: simple linear regression (H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5), and multiple linear regression (H6). The results of this research showed that there were three rejected hypotheses (H1, H2, H3) and three accepted hypotheses (H4, H5, H6).

Abstract

This research is devoted to investigate role conflict form the context of work and university domains on working students. This research it is expected to fill research gaps and enrich studies of role conflict topic and its relation to stress and burnout. This study involved 239 active working students from various universities in Makassar as respondents. Determination of the sample was done randomly through a purposive sampling approach. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used in assisting research data analysis includes path analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that the university -work conflict variables and work- university conflict variables had a significant positive effect on stress variables, while the university-work conflict variable had a insignificant negative effect on burnout and work- university conflict variables had a significant positive effect on burnout. Through Moderated Regression Analysis shows that social support variables reduce the negative influence of stress on burnout of Working Student.

Abstract

The growth trend of investing in crypto assets dominated by the millennial generation is increasing every year, making research that analyzes the determinants of this phenomenon is increasingly interesting to study. This study aims to try to analyze the factors that influence the millennial generation's investment decisions in crypto assets through gender, age group, and financial knowledge as independent variables. This study involved 252 millennial respondents who had read, researched, or understood about crypto assets. The research data was processed using a binary logistic regression model using statistical analysis software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results show that partially gender and age group variables have no effect on millennial generation's investment decisions in crypto assets. On the other hand, the financial knowledge variable has a significant influence on the millennial generation's investment decisions on crypto assets

Abstract

Working capital is one factor that greatly affects other parts of the company, working capital is the main source in running a business. Lack of raw materials is an obstacle to the production process, if this happens it will cause in late delivery of goods so that most likely customers will move to other products, which means profit or company profits will be reduced. This study aims to analyze the relationship between capital turnover and profitability as measured by Return on Assets in 14 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. Data analysis was performed with a regression model using the SPSS program. The results showed that the capital turnover ratio had a significant negative effect on the profitability of mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstrak Modal kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi bagian lainnya dalam perusahaan, modal kerjalah sumber utama dalam menjalankan suatu usaha. Kekurangan bahan baku merupakan salah satu penghambat proses produksi, jika hal ini terjadi maka akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyerahan barang sehingga kemungkinan besar pelanggan akan berpindah ke produk lain, yang artinysa profit atau keuntungan perusahaan akan berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perputaran modal dengan profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset pada 14 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2014-2018. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model regresi menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio perputaran modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Technology adoption plays an important role in competing and creating opportunities in business nowadays. Mobile Banking has changed the way the banking industry and business interact. Mobile Banking is an alternative business strategy for businesses to survive in an increasingly competitive business in today's digital era. This study will focus on adopting Mobile Banking technology and its role to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model concept using several indicators from various previous studies which consist of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Social Norms, Perceived Risk, Relative Advantages, Personal Innovativeness and Cost as indicators. The study involved 278 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City by using a self-administered questionnaire, which was determined using the Purposive Sampling method. The result shows that simultaneously all indicators of the construct of Technology Acceptance Model had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City. Furthermore, partially each indicator shows a positive and significant influence and personal innovativeness is the most dominant indicator in influencing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) performance. The findings of this study are expected to enrich the study related to the topic of Technology Acceptance Model in Mobile Banking and its relationship to improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

Perkembangan transaksi ekonomi keuangan digital telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat kemudian mengantarkan alat transaksi keuangan konvensional pada ujung masanya. Beberapa pakar bersepakat bahwa Indonesia saat ini tengah berada pada ambang gerbang “kiamat uang kertas“ dan peralihan pola perilaku masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengarah pada cashless society. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model UTAUT yang dimodifikasi dalam menilai perilaku intensi penggunaan transaksi elektronik pada generasi Millennials dan Post Millennials Indonesia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 218 responden yang merupakan orang yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1980 sampai dengan tahun 2000 dan aktif bertransaksi menggunakan pembayaran elektronik e-money minimal 5 kali dalam kurun waktu sebulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, dan Social Influence berpengaruh signifikan dan variabel Facilitating Conditions tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention. Variabel Gender tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh semua variabel independen terhadap Continuance Intention, kecuali Social Influence. Variabel Trust tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh semua variabel independen terhadap Continuance Intention, kecuali Performance Expectancy dan Social Influence. Abstract

Pelatihan kewirausahaan ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan alumni baru Program Studi Teknik Perkapalan Universitas Hasanuddin dengan transversal skills yang akan meningkatkan peluangnya dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Keahlian wirausaha bukan lagi ilmu yang rumit didapatkan melainkan dapat diasah melalui pengalaman, pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan pada generasi muda terutama mahasiswa menjadi salah satu langkah konkrit dalam mendorong lahirnya inovator dan wirausahawan masa depan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi mahasiswa dalam dunia usaha melainkan juga meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk berpikir “out of the box” agar dapat mengubah masalah menjadi peluang dan ide bisnis potensial. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini menjadi agenda penting terutama bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan alumni baru agar dapat mengasah kemampuan dan menyiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja. Pelatihan menekankan pentingnya entrpeneurial skill bukan hanya untuk menjalankan usaha namun juga dalam dunia kerja profesional. Pelatihan ini dikemas dalam kombinasi metode pembelajaran meliputi: ceramah, peragaan, latihan instruksi kerja, studi kasus, role-play, focus group discussion, dan in-tray dengan menggunakan tools kewirausahaan Business Model Canvas yang membuat sembilan elemen penting dalam menjalankan usaha hingga mendapatkan investor. Hasil dari pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 hari menunjukkan tingginya minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dengan munculnya ide bisnis yang kreatif dan inovatif di pelbagai bidang seperti restoran kuliner nusantara, platform edukasi, platform tour & travel, inovasi produk kerajinan daerah hingga fasyen berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the "Kalla Reality" application that integrates immersive technology (Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality) as a promotional tool and source of information in the real estate industry. The implementation of immersive technology in this application allows users to explore properties virtually, visualize details, and interact with realestate agents, providing a more interactive and informative experience. This research involves methodological steps including literature review, user needs analysis, application prototype development, immersive technology integration, testing, and final evaluation. The "Kalla Reality" application is designed to meet the needs of increasingly discerning consumers in choosing residential properties by providing rich information and in-depth visual experiences. The results of this research are expected to provide insights into the positive contribution of immersive technology to the residential real estate business, including increasing consumer interest, sales process efficiency, and brand image enhancement. This application can also serve as an example of how immersive technology can transform marketing and information paradigms in the real estate industry and inspire further development in this field. Thus, this research reflects the role of immersive technology in enhancing consumer experiences, business efficiency, and the competitiveness of residential real estate companies in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the consumer adoption patterns of cashless payments post the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method employed in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research is focused on two study locations: Makassar City and Parepare City. The results of the study indicate that the adoption pattern of users for cashless payments post-pandemic is characterized by users preferring cashless payments due to their convenience, efficiency, financial transparency, and the rewards they receive. Currently, cashless payment facilities are still primarily concentrated in urban areas, which has an impact on the sustainability of a cashless society. Regarding the costs incurred, they are perceived to be proportional to the convenience offered, and cashless payment has become an optional choice for users in their current transactions.

Abstract

Mitra pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah kelompok Industri Rumah tangga penghasil beraneka bumbu masak tradisional yang telah berjalan selama kurang lebih 4 tahun yang terdiri dari Ibu -Ibu yang berasal dari Kelurahan Kassi-Kassi Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. Dari hasil pengamatan ditemukan bahwa mitra memiliki beberapa permasalahan dalam menjalankan usahanya yang terdiri dari aspek produksi, aspek manajemen, dan aspek pemasaran. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini pengusul berupaya melibatkan partisipasi mitra secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan mulai dari tahapan perencanaan hingga tahapan pelaporan kegiatan. Pendekatan brainstorming dan pelibatan aktif mitra digunakan agar dalam pelaksanaannya setiap kegiatan dan perencanaan solusi permasalahan mitra dapat tepat sasaran. Fokus dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi peningkatan kapasitas produksi mitra, capacity building, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan UMKM, diversifikasi produk dan pengembangan brand awareness produk mitra. Di akhir program mitra telah berhasil melakukan peningkatan pengetahuan pengelolaan usaha, peningkatan kualitas produk, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, melakukan pemasaran antar kota, dan memanfaatkan digital marketing dalam proses pemasaran. Target luaran yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya diukur dengan indikator keberhasilan secara kuantitatif sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pengukuran keberhasilan di akhir program pengabdian.
