Abstract

Abstract : This study aimed to describe whether the media beamed images can improve narrative writing skills in class V MIS Darul Uloom District Sayan, to describe the quality of teaching writing using media images beamed to the students of class V SD Mis Darul Ulum Sayan. The research method is descriptive method, the nature of qualitative research. In preliminary observations of learning activity student percentage was only 20% and the class average 39.90. In the first cycle increased to 50% and the average grade 64.30. In the second cycle learning activities student to 80% and the class average with 74.10. This shows that the use of media beamed images can improve narrative writing skills in class V MIS Darul Uloom Sayan because after using the Media Image beamed an increase in students' learning activities and learning outcomes of students were also more improved than before. Keywords: Media Image beamed , Narrative Writing Skills Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah dengan menggunakan media gambar berseri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi pada siswa kelas V MIS Darul Ulum Kecamatan Sayan, untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas hasil pembelajaran menulis menggunakan media gambar berseri pada siswa kelas V SD Mis Darul Ulum Sayan. Metode penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif, sifat penelitian kualitatif. Pada observasi awal persentase aktivitas belajar siswa hanya 20% dan nilai rata-rata kelasnya 39,90. Pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 50% dan nilai rata-rata kelas 64,30. Pada siklus II meningkat aktivitas belajar siswa menjadi 80% dan rata-rata kelas dengan 74,10. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media gambar berseri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi pada siswa kelas V MIS Darul Ulum Sayan karena setelah menggunakan media tersebut terlihat adanya peningkatan pada aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa juga lebih meningkat dari sebelumnya. Abstract

The implementation of Community Health Center (CHC) management is still considered suboptimal, therefore training is carried out for health center personnel held at the West Java Provincial Health Training Unit, which is an accredited institution. In 2022, Community Health Center management training will be carried out for personnel who will lead programs at CHC and the results need to be evaluated for improvement and feedback. The purpose of the research was to determine the behavior of CHC management training alumni in implementation in their workplaces. The research method is a mixed methods design, explanatory sequential design. The population of alumni of the 2022 training was 60 people, with a sample sample according to criteria of 49 people for quantitative research, and 13 alumni informants, boss and colleagues who were selected purposively. Quantitative data collection through the distribution of questionnaires in the google forms, analyzed descriptively, comparatively and correlatively. Qualitative data collection through in-depth interviews, then processed using the framework analysis approach. The results of the research showed that less than half of the alumni had good category in health center management knowledge and skills, and 7 out of 10 alumni had good category attitudes. Most have implemented planning and implementation as stages of CHC management, but only 3 out of 5 alumni have implemented monitoring and control assessments. The conditions revealed are the basis for the need for leadership and organizational support and assistance in implementing CHC management which is expected to support the achievement of quality health services for the community.
