Abstract

Recorded more than 7536 people of productive age unemployment spread in cities in Banten province. 4473 of them are in four cities, namely the City of Serang, Rangkasbitung, Cilegon, and Pandeglang [1]. They are stranded on the streets and wandering around. The Banten government does not yet have a special program that is progressive, comprehensive, and sustainable to overcome unemployment and Drop Out Youth. In connection with that, the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten offers cooperation programs in the form of Working with Community. The objectives of this program are: 1) to empower productive age unemployed, 2) to provide start-up entrepreneurship skills for the development and promotion of Banten local products, 3) to improve the social status of the unemployment in order to achieve the program of “a less children on the street” heading of Creative and Cultured Banten Communities, 4) to establish an integrative and comprehensive sustainable programs to overcome the problems of unemployed social groups. The method of social transformation is carried out through training in vocational entrepreneur skills. Activities begin with counseling, training, and mentoring. The application of start-up entrepreneurship technology is provided for the promotion of Banten local products. As many as 30 unemployed are divided into three training groups. The types of training provided are: screen printing skills, entrepreneurship, and the use of mobile phones for online business. Three types of training are given for the three groups. The final product in the form of shirt printing is sold off line at tourist attractions of Gunung Pinang and also through the media on line Bukalapak and Tokopedia. This empowerment activity has been able to give change of life of the parties. The unemployed become more confident because they can use mobile phones for entrepreneurship gradually. The community began to seek ideas to develop and promote local Banten products.Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Tercatat lebih dari 7536 jiwa pengangguran usia produktif tersebar di kota-kota dalam provinsi Banten. 4473 jiwa diantaranya berada di empat kota, yaitu Kota Serang, Rangkasbitung, Cilegon, dan Pandeglang [1]. Mereka terlantar di jalanan dan berkeliaran.Pemerintahan Banten belum memiliki program khusus yang progresif, komprehensif, dan berkesinambungan untuk mengatasi pengangguran dan Pemuda Putus Sekolah.Sehubungan dengan itu, timUniversitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten menawarkan program kerjasama dalam bentuk pengabdian working with community. Tujuan program ini  adalah: 1) memberdayakan pengangguran usia produktif, 2) memberikan keterampilan (life skills)start-up enterpreneur untuk pengembangan dan promosi produk lokal Banten , 3) meningkatkan status sosial pengangguran guna mewujudkan program less children on the street menuju masyarakat Banten berkarya dan berbudaya, 4) membuat program integratif dan komprehensif berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi problematika kelompok sosial pengangguran. Metode transformasi sosial dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan vocational entrepreneur skills. Kegiatan dimulai dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Penerapan teknologi sart-up enterpreneur diberikan untuk promosi produk lokal Banten. Sebanyak 30 pengangguran dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok pelatihan. Jenis pelatihan yang diberikan adalah keterampilan sablon, kewirausahaan, dan pemanfaatan hand phone untuk bisnis on line. Ketiga jenis pelatihan diberikan secara bergantian antar-satu kelompok dengan kelompok lainnya. Produk akhir berupa sablon kaos dijual secara off line di tempat wisata Gunung Pinang dan melalui media on line bukalapak dan tokopedia. Pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan sedikit banyaknya telah dapat memberi perubahan. Para pengangguran menjadi lebih percaya diri karena dapat memanfaatkan hand phone untuk berwirausahan secara bertahap. Masyarakat mulai keratif mencari ide untuk mengembangkan dan mempromosikan produk lokal Banten.

Abstract

This research generally aims to develop personal branding research with social media. The previous research took Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter media, but this research focuses on personal branding on YouTube. This research method is a qualitative and descriptive method by observing Raditya Dika YouTube Channel and interviews with several Subribers Raditya Dika. The study describes the situations or events and does not seek links, hypotheses, or make predictions. In this research, the indicators of personal branding are authenticity,  integrity, consistency, specialization, authority, distinctiveness, relevance, visibility, persistence, goodwill, and performance. The subject of this research is Raditya Dika's YouTube channel, and the object of this research is a personal brand Raditya Dika through a personal YouTube channel. The results show that Raditya Dika can form, even enhance a positive image by establishing personal branding through YouTube.

Abstract

This study analyses Indonesia stekholders viewpoints on Intellectual Capital Disclosure items using Intellectual Capital Disclosure Index. Respodents on this research is narrow financial based stakeholders. Respondents rating showed high average scores of 5,88 with all items. These score indicated that there is clear expectation of stakeholders for Indonesian banking sector to disclosed all of items. The weighted Indonesia Intellectual Capital Disclosure Index on Bankingis developed based on insight of survey responden which better reflect the importance of key stakeholders demand for Intellectual capital disclosure in Indonesia Banking Sector.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang BUMDes dan pembentukan BUMDes di Desa Kubang Puji Kecamatan Pontang adalah pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdian dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa KKM kelompok desa Kubang Puji dan didukung oleh masyarakat dan pihak desa. Pendampingan dan focus group discussion dalam rangka pembentukan BUMDes melalui musyawarah desa dengan tahapan sosialisasi tentang edukasi tentang BUMDes, pendampingan pemetaan potensi desa, pendampingan tentang penyusunan AD/ART, Raperdes dan pendampingan pengurusan izin BUMDes. Luaran pada progam ini adalah terciptanya nama BUMDes yang sudah mendapatkan izin dari instansi terkait.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate (1) The Effect of Leverage on Profit management; and (2) The Effect of Sales Growth on Profit management. (3) The effect of leverage on profit management with good corporate governance as a moderating variable; (4) The influence of sales growth on profit management with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This study focused on consumer goods businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. Purposive sampling is employed as the sampling method, with 26 companies serving as the research sample. The panel data regression model with the Common Effect Model (CEM) approach is used in this study for hypothesis testing, and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model is used for evaluating the moderating variable. The EViews application version 12 is used to analyze the data from both models. The findings indicate that leverage has a strong favorable impact on profit management. While Sales Growth has no discernible impact on Profit management. Meanwhile, while good corporate governance can moderate the impact of leverage on profit management, good corporate governance cannot moderate the impact of sales growth on profit management. This study includes corporate governance variable as this inclusion become originality from currepaper. The implication is of this study is firm’s debt structure and the quality of firm’s governance play essential contribution on how management create better performance.

Abstract

Digital marketing can help a lot of tourism practitioners, especially the Tourism Village in marketing the tourism village. Along with changes in people's behavior that is more 'internet', the internet media is an effective media in marketing tourism services. Since not all rural communities are familiar with digital marketing, there is a need for community empowerment to develop their Tourism Village through Digital Marketing Management activities.The method of carrying out the dedication by making a program of empowering the skills of tourism aware groups, and also the community of Banyuresmi Village, Jiput Pandeglang. It is hoped that after this program, the community and also POKDARWIS can effectively manage digital marketing (product, price, place, promotion) to develop Kampung Bambu Tourism Village.

Abstract

Family financial management should be done with care and a well-planned budget, as it can enhance family economic conditions and enable them to become more qualified. Households must grasp these management skills, especially housewives who are often in charge of handling family money. In Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, we discovered the inverse phenomena. Even though many of the locals own agricultural land or are self-employed, their income has been uncertain since Covid19 hit. Furthermore, many locals struggle to manage their family's funds due to a lack of adequate financial management abilities. In this village, the "pocket money" method and the "robbing Peter to pay Paul" phenomenon are common. 30 housewives will be trained on how to manage family finances using an envelope system and a cash book system as part of community engagement activities (PKM). Furthermore, they are taught the significance of managing family finances and establishing priorities. To handle family finances, this program employs lecture methods, discussion, question and answer sessions, and practice with the envelope system and cash book system.
