Abstract

The Jakarta Composite Index has been positively growing for last six years. As we know, the globalization is already happening in the financial sector and strong relationships have developed between the global stock markets all around the world. This research was intended to know and analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of the global stock index to Jakarta Composite Index. The Global Stock Index is represented by four regional indexes, namely Dow Jones, Nikkei 225, KOSPI, and Shanghai Composite Index. The research method used is multiple regression analysis used to find out the effect of independent variables to dependent variable. The data was the weekly closing price of Dow Jones, Nikkei 225, KOSPI, and Shanghai Composite Index as independent variables and the Jakarta Composite Index as a dependent variable from year 2004 to 2008. Results indicate that simultaneously and partially the Dow Jones, Nikkei 225, KOSPI, and Shanghai Composite Index affected the Jakarta composite index. This result shows that recently the movement of the Jakarta Composite Index is being influenced by the movement of global stock index.

Abstract

As we study higher education, the least we can do is contribute back to society. We need to apply the rule of ? Give and Take?. Inspired by our lecturer giving us support and encouragement. We, eight people, decided to visit an orphanage called ?Panti Asuhan Istana Yatim Al-Jufri? which located at sekupang as our class?s devotion target is in this area. We donate things such as food & drink, snack, stationery stuff and teaching the kids mandarin language based on our ability. We believe that even though we are not giving them much, but it?s better than no. right ? Seeing the kids smile and laughing is the best satisfaction we get from this implementation program. It may sounds like there?s no innovation, we do admit that. However, we thought that the outcome we get is far more important than innovation that we don?t even have any ideas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe formulation of this research was the effect of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model learning toward the matematical problem solving abilities students eighth grade of SMP Negeri 53 Palembang. This experiment’s research used Posttest-Only Control Design with sample of 62 students were taken by using cluster sampling technique. A experiment class got treatment by using Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model learning and a control class got a treatment by using conventional model learning with each class numbering 31 students. Technique for collecting the data used test technique. In analyzing the data, the writter usedIndependent Sample t-Test with 5% significant level. The conclusion of this research was there were significant influence between Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model learning toward the matematical problem solving abilities students to the eighth grade students of Junior High School 53 of Palembang.Keywords: AIR learning model, conventional learning model, matematical problem solving abilities

Abstract

The end of the study period for final year-students requires them to be able to improve their abilities and knowledge to compete in the world of work. One of the facilities that provide opportunities for students to hone these skills is the MBKM program organized by the government. The purpose of this program is to provide experience and increase knowledge by being directly involved in the company's operations. This report will explain the author's experience during an internship at PT Simplefi Teknologi Indonesia as a Loan Operations Admin. The author is responsible for verifying data in the process of disbursing AwanTempo funds. In addition, the author is responsible for recording the reconciliation of the company's cash flow and cash balance every day. The non-routine work carried out by the author is documenting loan capital lender documents.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and to analyze empirically the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, earnings per share, and price to earnings ratio on the stock return. The population of this research is the companies of agriculture sectors, that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using purposive sampling method, with 15 companies as the sample of this research and also representing each of the mining sub-sector during 2014-2020 period. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Panel Data Approach. The result of this research showed that the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Retun on Asset (ROA), Earnings per share (EPS), and Price to earnings ratio (PER) have no influence on stock returns.

Abstract

The good quality of the service is one of the important aspects for any restaurant, especially for various old restaurants in Jakarta to stay in the completion in this industry. In this research, the researcher used XYZ Restaurant as the object of research to give feedback to XYZ Restaurant to know whether their service quality has already met their customers’ expectations so that XYZ Restaurant can keep competing in this global competition. XYZ Restaurant is a Chinese Food restaurant that can be said has been long enough in this industry. We live in the era where the food and restaurant business are continuously expanding in Indonesia, whether in a similar business or not, from traditional as well modern. The researcher used service quality for the method in this research and the dimensions that were measured are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which compares perception or what customers feel with what customers expect from the dimensions. From the calculations performed by the researcher, overall, XYZ Restaurant’s score of service quality is negative which means the perception score is lower than the expectation score. Therefore, XYZ Restaurant needs to fix the dimension of tangibility and assurance, because is lower than the customer’s expectation. Meanwhile, for the reliability dimension, the responsiveness dimension and empathy dimension have to be kept because its already higher than customer expectations. Overall, XYZ Restaurant needs to fix its service quality because its service hasn’t met customer’s expectations.

Abstract

The activities of citizens and governments are increasingly through electronic system around the worlds. Improvement of information technology through electronic commerce has been implemented in Indonesia. Internet users in Indonesia in 2022 have reached around 210 million people who are related to the using of e-commerce. However, intermediaries as business actors still have weaknesses in conveying uncertain marketing information to their consumers. The research method used the prescriptive normative. The data analyzed the presumed liability of intermediaries to consumers in marketing information through e-commerce. This study explains the existence of e-commerce intermediaries who provide prices higher than the market price, the existence of e-commerce intermediaries who do not send the right goods that to be chosen by consumers, and e-commerce intermediaries aren’t provided clear confirmation to the seller for payments made by consumer. Legal liability is the main obligation of e-commerce intermediary, so it showed the development of technology and communication for the community. The presumed liability of the intermediary e-commerce in the application media to consumers, increasingly requires the validity of electronic contracts as transactions in e-commerce are carried out properly and legally communication continues to run smoothly to the seller so that the delivery of goods also has no errors from the seller to the consumer. The application of the concept of presumed liability that occur from application media or electronic systems is increasingly needed in Indonesia. Indonesia can also produce technology and communication developments, that enhanced the development of the national economy in society.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of compliance with the Environmental Law and the impact of administrative sanctions on companies violating river pollution regulations. The urgency of this research lies in the need to analyze the effectiveness of administrative sanctions in curbing environmental violations by textile companies, which cause river pollution in Indonesia, to provide a deterrent effect and raise awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental quality. The number of environmental violations by textile companies that cause river water pollution is the reason behind the preparation of this research. This is very important because scientific studies serve as an analysis and information for the general public and input for the government so that it can become a concentrated issue and achieve a quick and precise resolution. The type of this research is normative juridical. The novelty in the research that the author presents is the author's intention to understand the effects of the use of administrative sanctions. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of administrative sanctions is considered to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators/parties who pollute the river water. However, there is a need to further enhance the administrative sanctions given to achieve a more significant impact. Additionally, it is also noted that there is a need to improve the quality of supervision and the integrity of law enforcement officers to create better and more optimal environmental law enforcement. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisi efektifitas kepatuhan Undang-Undang Lingkungan Hidup dan dampak sanksi administrasi terhadap perusahaan pelanggar pencemaran sungai. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada perlunya analisis efektivitas sanksi administratif dalam menekan pelanggaran lingkungan oleh perusahaan tekstil, yang menyebabkan pencemaran sungai di Indonesia, untuk memberikan efek jera dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kualitas lingkungan. Jumlah kasus pelanggaran lingkungan oleh perusahaan tekstil yang menyebabkan tercemarnya air sungai menjadi alasan yang melatarbelakangi disusunnya penelitian ini, hal ini menjadi begitu penting sebab kajian ilmiah sebagai sebuah analisa dan informasi terhadap masyarakat umum dan masukan bagi pemerintah agar dapat menjadi sebuah isu yang terkonsentrasi sehingga dapat memperoleh penyelesaian yang cepat dan tepat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Kebaruan dalam penelitian yang penulis angkat adalah penulis hendak mengetahui mengenai efek dari penggunaan sanksi administratif tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa efektivitas sanksi adnministratif dirasa cukup memberikan efek jera terhadap pelaku/pihak yang melakukan pencemaran air di sungai akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kembali mengenai sanksi andministratif yang diberikan agar lebih memberikan dampak yang signifikan, serta dalam hal ini turut juga menjadi suatu catatan di mana perlunya peningkatan kualitas pengawasan dan integritas aparat penegak hukum agar dapat tercipta penegakan hukum lingkungan yang lebih baik dan optimal.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang saat ini dipandang sebagai aset atau modal bagi suatu perusahaan. Dilakukannya penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity dan job satisfaction terhadap work engagement pada karyawan kontrak di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausalitas asosiatif. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kontrak di Karawang dengan rentang usia 18 sampai 55 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dan metode convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 330 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Insecurity Scale (JIS), Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9). Untuk analisis data digunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa job insecurity dan job satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap work engagement sebesar 63% dan 37% yang tersisa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Rezeki Restaurant merupakan usaha kuliner yang telah berjalan selama lebih dari lima tahun, menawarkan beragam menu tradisional dengan fokus pada kualitas rasa dan pelayanan yang ramah. banyaknya saingan yang sudah menggunakan alat canggih untuk mengiklankan restorant mereka, dan juga cara Restorant Rezeki yang masih mempromosikan Restorant mereka dengan cara mulut ke mulut. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk membantu Restoran Rezeki merancang dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan penjualan. Dalam kegiatan ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua metode utama yaitu, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Email promosi Mailchimp yang dikirimkan mampu menarik perhatian pelanggan dengan memberikan informasi yang efektif dan menarik. Selain itu, pelanggan memberikan komentar positif terhadap konten email Mailchimp dan manfaat yang diberikan, menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran ini berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sekaligus memperluas jangkauan promosi restoran.
