The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of participation in budgeting, budget objectives clarity, and budgetary adequacy toward managerial performance. The data used in this study is obtained from ideas or perceptions of teachers, principals and their staffs who filled and submitted the questionnaires to the researcher. The data was collected by a direct survey. The survey was conducted from April 2016 to June 2016. Of 120 questionnaires distributed to Private Vocational High School in Tangerang district, 100 (83.3%) questionnaires were responded and followed with analysis using SEM multivariate technique and PLS 3.0 software. The study found that participation in budgeting has a positive significant effect on managerial performance while the analysis of the budget objectives clarity shows that it does not influence any managerial performance. Similarly, budgetary adequacy brings positive influence yet insignificant toward managerial performance. Therefore, the school institution should promote budget participation in order to improve the managerial performance.

Corporate Governance and Non Performing Financing on Sharia Bank Profitability Retno Puji Astuti; Mariyam Chairunisa

This study aims to examine impact of Corporate Governance and Non Performing Financing on sharia bank profitability. The unit analysis of this research is Sharia Banks in Indonesia which have been registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2013 to 2017. This research was done on 13 Islamic commercial banks by using quantitative-descriptive approach. The results of this research showed that Corporate Governance that represented by institutional ownership has negative effect and insignificantly on profitability. Board meeting has positive affect and significant on profitability. Board size and audit committee size have positive effect and significant on profitability. However, Non Performing Financing has a negative effect and significant on profitability.

The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Sukuk Rating Retno Puji Astuti

This objective of this study to determine the influence of sukuk ratings on corporate governance. Proxy of the corporate governance that used is institutional ownership, frequency of board meeting, board size, and audit committee. The population in this studies are financial and non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and issue bonds that are rated by PEFINDO in 2012-2017. The research was conducted with quantitative methods. The analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression and assisted by SPSS version 20. The results of this research indicate that institutional ownership has significantly positive affect on sukuk rating, frequency of board meeting has insignificantly negative affect on sukuk rating and board size has significantly negative affect on sukuk rating and audit committee has significantly positive affect on sukuk rating..

In facing the competition and the demands of the work in the current era of globalization, companies are required to have a strategy to always have the ideas or things that could help them getting better, in achieving success. A good company must have a reliable human resource, performermance and able to compete with other companies. Human resources is the most decisive factor in the achievement of the objectives of the company. So companies are expected to provide new knowledge, always with require employees in training programs and provide motivation to employees to have a positive attitude for the sake of achieving a goal corporate and personal. The object of this research is the training, motivation, and performance of employees. The data are collected by disseminating a questionnaire, while sampling using the technique of nonprobability sampling with 50 respondents. Statistics calculation using multiple regression with SPSS software tool 20. The results showed that (1) the training effect significantly to the performance of employees, (2) significant influential motivation on performance of employees.Key words: Training, Motivation, Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of return on assets, CAR, third-party funds, and non-performing financing on Islamic banking market share. The population of this study is Islamic banking registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2017–2022. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 10 Islamic commercial banks. The data analysis technique used in this research is multivariate regression analysis using Eviews 10 statistical tools. The results of this study indicate that ROA and DPK affect the market share of Islamic banking. CAR and NPF do not affect on the market share of Islamic banking

Skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya register bahasa yang digunakan oleh penjual dan pembeli dalam berkomunikasi, seperti pembelian barang, penjualan barang, serta tawar menawar harga barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk register jual beli pada aplikasi Tokopedia dan menghasilkan bahan ajar teks iklan yang dikembangkan dari bentuk register jual beli pada aplikasi Tokopedia. Desain penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian berupa register jual beli pada aplikasi Tokopedia. Teknik penyediaan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik simak dan baca. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 60 data yang mengandung bentuk register bahasa, yang meliputi bentuk register singkatan, pemenggalan kata, akronim, campur kode, afiksasi, dan kosakata khusus. Dari total 60 data bentuk register bahasa, yang paling dominan adalah bentuk register campur kode sebanyak 32 data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif bahan ajar berupa handout menulis teks iklan di kelas VIII SMP tepatnya pada KD 3.4 dan 4.4 Kata kunci: aplikasi Tokopedia, bahan ajar, register bahasa.
