<![CDATA[This research describe about Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation to controlling the use the plastic shopping bag in Padang city. Background of this research is because we find some problems of the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This research aims to explain about the implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation 36 of 2018 in controlling the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This studied use a qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The studied was conclude at Enviromental Services in Padang. The informants are determined by thecnique purposive sampling. Data in this studieduse primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. So the data obtained can be conclude from the data obtained in the field. The point of view of this studied is the Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation number 36 of 2018 in controlling the use of plastic shopping bag in Padang city is not optimal. In the implementation of socialization carried out by Enviromental Services was good. But as for the constraints in implementation of this regulation of mayor is public awareness to redesign the use of plastic shopping bags is still lacking. And then, the Enviromental Services not firm in providing penalties or disincentive to business actors who still provide and eliminate plastic shopping bags at their stores. Both in modern markets and traditional markets in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the coordination carried out by the Gayo Lues Regency government in overcoming cannabis cultivation, and also how the obstacles that occur when implementing coordination in tackling cannabis cultivation both between one agency and another as well as between agencies and the community and to find out the efforts made by the government. (BNNK, Polri, TNI) in tackling cannabis cultivation in Gayo Lues Regency. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive method which is carried out by means of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation studies, with informants of several employees at the Gayo Lues Regency National Narcotics Agency, Gayo Lues District Police, Gayo Lues District Military Command, community leaders and communities who live in areas prone to cannabis cultivation. The results of this research indicate that the collaboration formed by the BNN Gayo Lues Regency, the Police and the Kodim 0113 Gayo Lues has been carried out as much as possible but efforts are still needed to change the mindset of the community. The coordination carried out by the government is for preventive activities carried out by the District National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) Gayo Lues, while the Police and Kodim 0113 Gayo Lues are more concerned with law enforcement. The obstacles experienced by the government in overcoming cannabis cultivation are divided into 2 (two), namely internal constraints and external constraints.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the benefits of the establishment of the sanimas program facilities, namely improvements in terms of increasing the degree of public health, improving the quality of sanitation and environmental hygiene of the community. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of community-based sanitation programs in improving community health status in Korong Padang Manis Nagari Campago, V Koto Kampung Dalam Subdistrict, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The research was conducted in Korong Padang Manis, Nagari Campago, V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency. Informants are determined by purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation study, with the validity test using source triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the effectiveness of the community-based sanitation program in improving the health status of the community in Korong Padang Manis was not yet effective. This is because the public's awareness is still low on maintaining the cleanliness of the environment for the infrastructure of the sanimas program and there are still people who throw garbage and defecate in the open]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Padang City. It aims to describe the effectiveness of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Enterprise Development in Purus Village, Padang City. The effectiveness of the role has several problems that arise, causing the effectiveness of the role to be disrupted and less than optimal for the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office. The problem of role effectiveness continues to increase so that more attention is needed by the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office in the effectiveness of its role. This studied use a qualitative methods and descriptive approaches which aims to describe, record, explain, interpret (describe) and describe the effectiveness of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Business Development in Purus Village, Padang City. The selection of informants are determined by thecnique purposive sampling.. The types of data are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews and documentation study. The data analysis techniques used can be grouped into 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.He point of view of this studied is the Implementation of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Business Development in Purus Village, Padang City has been effective and well implemented, but has not been in accordance with what is expected of UMKM actors to be given marketing and packaging training for UMKM players. In implementing its role it is less effective due to a lack of budget for developing UMKM in Purus sub-district and not all UMKM get assistance with facilities and infrastructure. External constraints on the Effectiveness of the Role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in UMKM Development In Purus Village, Padang City is disturbed by the Covid-19 pandemic which hinders the Role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office in the Development of UMKM in Purus Village, Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service partner is the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMNag) Bukit Gadang Mandiri Nagari Sikabau, Dharmasraya Regency. This service activity was carried out to contribute ideas and counseling about the institutional strengthening of BUMNag Bukit Gadang Mandiri in the Management of Wealth Resources of Nagari Sikabau, Dharmasraya Regency. BUMNag is a pillar of economic activity in Nagari which functions as a social institution and commercial institution to be able to encourage the economy of Nagari, with the hope of prospering the economy of the Nagari community. The methods and approaches used include education, socialization, training, and mentoring "participatory rural appraisal". This training stage begins with a survey and the establishment of goals and objectives to be achieved. This service program has a significant impact in increasing the knowledge, skills, and skills of partners in understanding institutional capacity building and being able to formulate and find new business units that can be used as BUMNag based on the characteristics and wealth of the Nagari.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah realisasi penerimaan pajak daerah di Kota Padang dari tahun 2017-2020 yang selalu mengalami penurunan, belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik pelayanan pajak berbasis online yang digagas oleh Bapenda Kota Padang dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam melakukan pembayaran pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Bapenda Kota Padang dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui layanan berbasis online dan untuk menentukan faktor penghambat Bapenda Kota Padang dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui layanan berbasis online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi pelayanan berbasis online, melakukan pendataan wajib pajak secara online, melakukan peningkatan sistem pengawasan, dan melakukan koordinasi dan kerjasama dengan tim pemeriksa pajak.]]>

<![CDATA[This research has the aim to find out the Management and Utilization of Assets of Sunur Village Of Pariaman City, as well as the obstacles that will be faced in the Management and Utilization of Assets of Pasir Sunur Village of Pariaman City. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The background of this study explains several problems, namely; It has not been well managed and utilized in the assets of Pasir Sunur Village, abandoned fish auction and fish cultivation in Pasir Sunur Village, and there are no regulations governing the management and utilization of village assets. The collection of research informants uses purposive sampling techniques where the informant is a person who knows how the overall condition of the Management and Utilization of Assets of Sunur Village of Pariaman City. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data collection is done by means of interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results explained that there are still some things that are not done in accordance with the rules that village assets are not well managed existing procedures, the utilization of village assets has not been used optimally and there are still some utilization systems that have not been realized. <![CDATA[This study aims to describe the performance of the Regional Inspectorate of Solok Regency in carrying out its supervisory function, to describe the factors that affect the performance of the Solok Regency Regional Inspectorate in carrying out its supervisory function. This research was processed with qualitative analysis techniques using descriptive methods, and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In accordance with the results obtained from research and discussion of the performance of the Solok Regency Regional Inspectorate in the implementation of the supervisory function, it can be seen from: a) supervision program planning, b) policy formulation and facilitation of supervision, c) inspection, investigation and assessment of the performance of regional apparatus, which is still not optimal. <![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to describe the findings related to the role of cooperatives and the SME sector in the management of traditional markets in Padang Kaduduak Payakumbuh City. The methods used in this study are qualitative and descriptive. Therefore, the research informant is the target sample. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and literature reviews, and of data presentation so that accurate conclusions can be drawn from the data. The findings suggest that the role of cooperatives and SMEs in managing traditional markets in Padang Kaduduk Payakumbuh is still missing, and the public still lacks interest in shopping at traditional markets.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of the Batusangkar Market Levy E Program in Increasing Local Revenue (PAD) of Tanah Datar Regency and to identify the factors that influence the implementation of the Batusangkar Market E-Retribution Program. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely the data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. Implementation of the Batusangkar Market E-Retribution Program in Increasing Local Revenue (PAD) of Tanah Datar Regency, adjusting to the George C. Edward III implementation model, among them: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Organizational Structure. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the Implementation of the E-Retribution Program in Batusangkar Market in Increasing Local Revenue (PAD) of Tanah Datar Regency, the authors can draw the conclusion that the implementation of the e-retribution program at the Batusangkar Market has been implemented, but in its implementation it has not been optimally appropriate. with the factors that affect the implementation of policies or programs according to George C.
