Abstract

Fundamental hydraulic dan intermediate hydraulic mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pengetahuan mahasiswa Teknik Alat Berat dimana sistem hydraulic berperan penting dalam pengoperasian alat berat, guna menunjang pengetahuan tersebut maka diperlukan alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran yang berupa simulator karena dianggap lebih aman dan dapat menghemat biaya. Namun, simulator yang terdapat pada workshop Teknik Alat Berat dalam kondisi yang tidak berfungsi sehingga diperlukan perbaikan. Sedangkan masalah yang terdapat pada penelitian adalah tidak adanya spesifikasi standard yang dibuat sebelumnya. Setelah melakukan perbaikan maka akan dilakukan pengujian untuk menjadi acuan standar atau spesifikasi alat atau simulator tersebut, maka dari itu penulis melakukan pengujian yang berupa pengujian hydraulic cylinder pada simulator arm excavator, pengujian terbagi menjadi tiga variabel uji yaitu zero capacity, struck capacity, dan heaped capacity dengan objek beban menggunakan pasir hitam yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebocoran pada cylinder. Data hasil pengujian dapat dijadikan sebagai parameter atau acuan spesifikasi yang dapat digunakan pada simulator arm excavator.

Abstract

The study comprises dynotest design and analysis to measure torque and horsepower. Basically, a dynotest carried out by apply certain load to the axle of a combustion motor through the braking mechanism of its crankshaft. Due to the high price of a Dynotest unit in the market, it is relatively difficult for a developing institution to own it on their site. The study target to design a simple and good accurate Dynotest within a reasonable price. The study used a common standard method for design analysis which rely on function and structural approach. Functionally, Dynotest is designed to be used to an ouput of an electical motor. Loading on motor shaft was done by disc brake braking mechanism. Structurally, Dynotest was designed to use rollers. As a main component, its mounting construction is connected to a motor to generate electrical power. Power transmitted from the motor to Dynotest through a center joint shaft, torque measured by load cell while the rotation of shaft itself counted by a digital tachometer. Test result show that electricity was produced from the simple construction and Dynotest functioned well in measuring it. Measurement data of roller support shaft performance showed a motor torque performance curve which are similar with the typical of similar Dynotest. Construction Test done by applying Solid Work software analysis to some components partially on rollers and on the construction assembly as a whole unit

Abstract

The conversion of conventional motor vehicles to electric vehicles has become a popular choice in an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution from transportation. Electric vehicle conversion involves replacing a gasoline or diesel engine with an electric motor and a reinstalled battery. In this paper, we cover the basics of electric vehicle conversion, conversion methods, and trial results of converted electric vehicles. We also discuss the benefits and challenges of converting to electric vehicles. Some keywords related to this topic include: electric vehicles, vehicle conversion, electric motors, batteries, sustainable transportation.

Abstract

The level of competition in the world of marketing is very tight, making every company always try to be able to increase market share and reach new consumers. Companies must be able to determine the right marketing strategy. Igood Coffee is one of the MSMEs in Purworejo Regency who has just started his business and needs a marketing strategy to boost product sales. This research was conducted to find out more about the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) on purchasing decisions for Igood Coffee products, either partially or simultaneously. The approach was carried out using a simple random sampling method to take 42 respondents as a sample. In the instrument test using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the product variables and place variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Igood Coffee products, while price variables and promotion variables did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the test results it is also known that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) on purchasing decisions for Igood Coffee products. Therefore, Igood Coffee must pay attention to pricing and promotion by optimizing social media. In addition, Igood Coffee must maintain product quality and offer good service facilities to influence purchasing decisions and interest in buying Igood Coffee products.

Abstract

Handsanitizer merupakan cairan atau gel beralkohol yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi patogen pada tangan. Penggunaan hand sanitizer dilakukan saat akses terhadap sabun dan air sulit terjangkau. Pentingnya penggunaan hand sanitizer dirasakan saat sedang berpergian maupun berkerja. Masalah yang timbul bila tidak menjaga kebersihan tangan dimasa pandemic (COVID-19) adalah akan meningkatkan terkena pantogen yang dapat menurunkan stamina tubuh sehingga mudah terserang penyakit. Peran hand sanitizer sangat penting, namun sempat terjadinya kelangkaan akan hand sanizier, untuk mencegah terjadinya hal serupa maka diperlukan pelatihan pembuatan dan pembagian hand sanitizer  kepada nasabah dan pekerja bank sampah yang lebih rawan terkena penyakit yang terbawa oleh tangan. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan maka dilakukan survey dan interview terhadap peserta pelatihan, berdasarkan hasil survey sebelum dan sesudah, terhadap peserta didapatkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan transfer knowledge yang baik, ditandai dengan keberhasilan pembuatan hand sanitizer oleh peserta,nilai survey yang tinggi sesudah pelatihan dan tingginya perminatan pelatihan serupa untuk produk kebersihan lainnya

Abstract

The provision of food, the provision of energy and the provision of information are controlled to improve people's welfare. In 2011, national electricity production by PLN was 11% new and renewable energy. 6% PLTA and 5% PLTP. PLN plans Geothermal Energy to be 13% and Hydro Power Plant still 6%. The availability of PhHPP independently has been developed by many communities. PhHPP with a water wheel drive capacity of around 100 watts, just enough for home lighting. Even though the area's hydro energy potential is quite abundant. The developments that have been carried out have several weaknesses; The PhHPP with a plump turbine type requires a high head, which becomes an obstacle for agricultural irrigation, while PhHPP with a water wheel type has low efficiency. Research was conducted to develop PhHPP with a more efficient low head crossflow turbine type. Development of PhHPP with cross flow turbine type with actual energy potential, head 2 m and flow velocity 1 m/s. Development begins with numerical simulations to optimize the runner width and diameter ratio. Simulation results of the RNG k-ε model for a total inlet pressure of 20114 pascals and an outlet of 0 pascals, the optimum point is at the crossflow turbine runner diameter and turbine width ratio of 0.56.
