Abstract

Abstrak Absensi kehadiran pegawai merupakan faktor penting bagi sebuah instansi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan, hal ini berkaitan pada kedisiplinan dan berdampak pada kinerja dari masing-masing pegawai. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pendataan khusus untuk mencatat absensi  kehadiran dan ketidakhadiran agar aktifitas kerja dapat tercatat secara realtime dan baik. Banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai sistem informasi absensi yang baik, salah satunya menggunakan teknologi komputer dimana penerapannya dengan aplikasi absensi berbasis website. Pada Kantor Kecamatan Purwodadi sistem yang digunakan dalam proses absensi masih manual menggunakan buku absensi harian yang berdampak pada efisiensi dan efektifitas pendataan, pencarian data sekaligus perhitungan rekap data yang membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Disamping itu resiko kesalahan dan kehilangan data absensi semakin besar. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas dibuatlah  Sistem Informasi Absensi Kepegawaian Pada Kantor Kecamatan Purwodadi. Metode penelitian merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yang meliputi: metode riset, wawancara dan pustaka. Sedangkan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall yang meliputi : analisa kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan implementasi. Dengan  dihasilkannya aplikasi absensi kepegawaian berbasis web dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses absensi, pencarian data dan perhitungan rekap absensi, serta meminimalisir kehilangan dan kesalahan pencatatan data absensi pada Kantor Kecamatan Purwodadi. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Absensi Karyawan, Berbasis Web  Abstract Attendance data is an important factor for the institution or to achieve its objectives, this is related to discipline and affects every employee. Therefore, there is a need to issue data specifically to report and find activities that can be done in real time and good. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good information system, one of which uses computer technology where the application is with an application-based attendance website. The Purwodadi District Office system which is still in manual attendance using books, data and data recapitulation calculations takes a relatively long time. In addition, data and data shows are larger. Based on the context, an employee attendance information system is created in the Purwodadi Regional Office. The research method is the method used in the data which includes: research methods, interviews and literature. While the development of software using waterfall which includes: needs analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. With the attendance results employees can provide assistance in the attendance process, search data and recapitulation, and explore and record attendance data at Purwodadi District Office. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the implementation of the drill method to improve students' ability to understand the rules of nahwu in class VII B MTs Nurul Hidayah Al Amin Simpang Asahan. (2) find out how effective the implementation of the drill method is to increase students' ability to understand the rules of nahwu in class VII B students of MTs Nurul Hidayah. This research is qualitative, the research location is at MTs Nurul Hidayah Simpang Asahan for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class VII B MTs Nurul Hidayah with a total of 22 students consisting of 10 students and 12 students. Collecting data using observation sheets, documentation, as well as pre-test, post-test and evaluation questions. The data analysis stage is carried out by collecting data first and then analyzing it with theories and concepts that are general in nature and related to facts to investigate the issue. The stages of research activities include planning (planing), action (action), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). The results of this study indicate two main conclusions: (1) the implementation of this classroom action research activity was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. (2) after the implementation of the drill method and supported by varied models of exercises in learning Arabic , the ability of students to understand the rules of nahwu has increased. It is known from the results of the class average of the pre test, post test, and evaluation in the first cycle from 20.57 to 45.12 and 32.05. While in the second cycle the average value of pre-test, post-test, and evaluation increased from 21.47 to 43.9 and 59.3. From the increase in students obtained, the researchers stated that the implementation of the drill method and supported by varied media and exercises so that students did not feel bored and rigid in learning was very effective in increasing students' ability to understand the rules of nahwu.

Abstract

Pendampingan Komunitas Marginal/Miskin. Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Dan Moderasi Islam Kepada Remaja Di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Pengabdian Masyarakat: STIT Darul Islah Tulang Bawang, 2022. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan toleransi dan moderasi Islam pada siswa SMP di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. (2) Memberikan pembinaan praktik toleransi dan moderasi Islam pada siswa SMP di Kabupaten Tulang bawang. Pendampingan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang ditunjukkan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, baik fenomena yang bersifat alamiah ataupun rekayasaan manusia dan dirancang untuk memperoleh informasi tentang nilai-nilai toleransi dan moderasi Islam pada remaja komunitas marginal di kabupaten Tulang Bawang, serta menemukan factor penghambat dan pendukungnya yang diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mencari alternative perencanaan program pendampingan yang relevan dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan pada siklus I rata- rata post test yang di capai hanya 74,61 dengan prosentase 7,46%. Sedangkan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata post test yaitu 74,85 dengan prosentase 7,48%. Dengan nilai tesebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan yang di lakukan mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang nilai toleransi danmoderasi Islam kepada komunitas marginal di Tulang Bawang atau dengan kata lain pendampingan yang dilakukan berhasil.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology in recent years requires an adjustment of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials to remain relevant and contextual. Some previous studies indicate that there is currently a gap between Islamic Education materials and the demands of the times. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review of the relevance of Islamic Education materials in the context of scientific and technological advances. The research method used was a literature review by analyzing scientific articles related to the research topic from various journal databases. The results of the literature review showed that: (1) the development of science and technology and digital information affects PAI methods and materials; (2) the need to revise PAI materials to be relevant to universal religious values; (3) emphasis on critical thinking skills and digital literacy; (4) PAI materials have not optimally developed the affective and psychomotor aspects of students; and (5) transformation of PAI teaching materials and methods is needed. The study recommends the integration of digital content, contextual and humanist approaches, and increased teacher competence to maintain the relevance of PAI. Further research related to the implementation of these recommendations is also suggested

Abstract

Religious moderation is defined as an attitude aimed at reducing violence or avoiding extremism in religious practices to balance religious teachings. This is reflected in defending religious teachings while accepting opposing views. Religious moderation aims to bring harmony into the lives of others. The role of religious mediation that students must understand in the current digital era is as follows: 1) Peaceful education that respects human rights and friendship between nations, races or groups, 2) developing entrepreneurship and partnerships with industry, 3) paying attention to prophetic Islam, 4 ) include lessons about tolerance and religious pluralism, 5) understanding of Islam for it was passed down to a moderate anti-mainstream Indonesian Islamist, 6) balancing views between intellectual, spiritual, moral and casual abilities, 7) producing intellectual scholars, 8) solutions to educational problems , 9) emphasizing the holistic quality of education and 10) the ability to improve foreign language skills. In order to develop moderate students, there are many challenges to be faced, especially in the increasingly advanced digital era, such as the current decline in attachment to religious institutions, changes in religious theory and the strengthening of individualism.

Abstract

Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah (aswaja) Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is one of the sects that are mostly followed by the people of Sumber Makmur Village. There are so many aswaja NU's teachings that have become routine and have even become a culture attached to the people of Sumber Makmur Village. Aswaja NU's sect is also a stronghold for the entry of sects that bring radical ideas out of Islamic values. One of the methods used by aswaja NU in actualizing the values ​​of Islamic practice is to provide an understanding to the public about the importance of studying the laws used in worship, both related to God and the environment. The educational method used by aswaja NU to convey learning to the Sumber Makmur society is adopted from formal education theory combined with da'wah methods in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the role of hospital image in building patient loyalty through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis approach. Articles were searched using a combination of Boolean keywords for the period 2020–2025. The screening process followed the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 30 articles that met the final criteria for thematic and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The results showed four main clusters: (1) the relationship between hospital image, service quality, and satisfaction; (2) the reputation of doctors and institutions as determinants of trust; (3) brand image and patient experience as predictors of revisit intention; and (4) trust and service quality as the main mediating mechanisms. Publication trends increased rapidly after 2023, with the focus shifting from classic satisfaction-based models to a new paradigm emphasizing patient experience and trust. This study provides conceptual and practical contributions for hospitals in managing their image, strengthening their digital reputation, and building patient loyalty in a sustainable manner through services oriented towards patient experience and emotional value.
