The purpose of this research to know âIs financial leverage, profitabilitas, earning per share affect toward corporate value of manufactory industry at Jakarta Stock Exchange parstially and simultaneously. This research use multiple regression analysis and to be examined hypothesis to partially and F simultaneously. It is total sample 43 corporate at Jakarta Stock Exchange period 2009-20011. The result management research that Financial leverage in fact toward corporate value, profitability and earning per share in fact do not affect toward corporate value Jakarta Stock Exchange. Financial leverage, profitabilitas and earning per share in affect simultaneously toward corporate value at Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Author tries to canvass fundamental factors/variables that estimated to influence me market or market risk exist in Indonesia effect exchange. This population is manufacturing business at indonesia effect exchange. Sample total taken chosen method proposive sampling, from existing. Population 148 chosen sample manufacturing business as much as 27 companies. Data that used secondary data shaped financial statement year 2008, share price, federation share price profitabiliti Januari-Desember 2008. Analysis method that used multi regression. Free variable in this watchfulness deviden payout, asset growth, laverage, likuidity, asset size and accountancy beta. While dependent variable is market beta. This watchfulness be of benefit to researchers and academician can give empirical proof hit to what influential fundamental factors towards market beta, so that the result serve the purpose of base wisdom determinant for company. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran serta mengetahui layak atau tidaknya dari pengembangan usaha telur ayam UD. Telur Ayam jika dilihat dari aspek finansial.Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis yang didapatkan pada matrik IFE dan EFE yaitu posisi strategi pemasaran sel 1 yaitu tumbuh dan berkembang (grow and build). Dari segi matrik posisi kuadran berada diposisi kuadran I (Strategi Agresif) yaitu strategi SO (Strength – Opportunities). Pada aspek finansial menghasilkan perhitungan yang memenuhi standar perhitungan yang telah ditentukan dengan hasil NPV positif yaitu Rp. 670.378.447, IRR sebesar37,9%, PP < 5 tahun yaitu 1,35 tahun, Net B/C Ratio > 1 yaitu 3,53, BEP pada tahun 2022 sebesar 9.530kg, dan ROI sebesar 60,16%. Kata kunci: aspek financial, industri telur ayam, kelayakan usaha, swot ABSTRACT Feasibility Analysis of Laying Chicken Cultivation Business Using the SWOT Method (Case Study: UD Telur Ayam Mukhlis, Balam Asri Village, Way Kenanga District, West Tulang Bawang, Lampung). This study aims to find out what factors influence marketing strategies and whether or not developing the UD chicken egg business is feasible. Chicken Eggs when viewed from a financial aspect. The method used is the SWOT method. The results of this research show that the analysis obtained from the IFE and EFE matrices is the marketing strategy position of cell 1, namely growth and development (grow and build). In terms of the matrix, the position of the quadrant is in the first quadrant (Aggressive Strategy), namely the SO (Strength – Opportunities) strategy. On the financial aspect it produces calculations that meet predetermined calculation standards with a positive NPV result of Rp. 670,378,447, IRR of 37.9%, PP < 5 years, namely 1.35 years, Net B/C Ratio > 1, namely 3.53, BEP in 2022 of 9,530 kg, and ROI of 60.16%. ABSTRAK Ergonomi sebagai salah satu cabang ilmu keselamatan kerja sangat berguna untuk memungkinkan manusia bekerja dan melakukan aktivitas apapun dimanapun dan kapanpun. Bekerja di permukaan, bawah air, bawah tanah atau bahkan di udara. Tugas yang berbeda dapat dilakukan sendiri atau berkelompok, pekerja ringan, sedang dan berat, dengan ergonomi memainkan peran yang sangat penting. Dengan mengaitkan masalah tersebut, maka peneliti tertarik untuk memecahkan masalah pekerja pada bagian oprator pengisian air mineral dan bagian pengepakan dengan menggunakan metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assesment. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui posisi pekerja pada saat proses pengepakan Air minum dalam kemasan, untuk mengetahui apakah pekerja berpotensi mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal disorder, untuk menganalisa posisi pekerja pada bagian pengepakan air minum dalam kemasan dengan menggunakan metode RULA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada pembahasan sebelumnya, Postur tubuh pekerja pada saat proses pengepakan Air minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) terlihat tidak ergonomi, hal tersebut disebabkan karena adanya posisi kerja pada elemen tertentu seperti membungkuk, menunduk, dan melakukan gerakan berulang sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan gejala musculoskeletal disorders. perlunya usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya gejala muculoskeletal disorders, serta membantu pekerja merasa aman dan nyaman saat bekerja khususnya pada bagian pengepakan Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). Kata Kunci: ergonomi, posisi kerja, rapid upper limb assesment (rula). ABSTRACT Work Posture Analisys Using The Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) Method In The Packing Section Of Bottled Drinking Water, Ergonomics as one branch of occupational safety science is very useful to allow humans to work and carry out any activity anywhere and anytime. Work on the surface, underwater, underground or even in the air. Different tasks can be performed alone or in groups, light, medium and heavy workers, with ergonomics playing a very important role. By relating these problems, the author is interested in solving the problems of workers in the mineral water filling operators and packing section using the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) method. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of workers during the process of packing bottled drinking water, to find out whether workers have the potential to experience musculoskeletal disorders, to analyze the position of workers in the packing section of bottled drinking water using the RULA method. Based on the results of data analysis in the previous discussion, the posture of workers during the packing process of Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) looks not ergonomic, this is due to the work position in certain elements such as bending, bowing, and doing repetitive movements that have the potential to cause symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. the need for proposed improvements to reduce the potential for symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, as well as help workers feel safe and comfortable while working, especially in the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) packing section. Keripik pisang merupakan salah satu kuliner khas Lampung. Buah pisang merupakan komoditas hortikultura terbesar yang diproduksi di Provinsi Lampung dan menempati posisi ketiga terbesar penghasil buah pisang terbesar di Indonesia. Desa Tegal Binangun merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sumberejo, Kabupaten Tanggamus Provinsi Lampung yang sebagian besar mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani. Salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Tegal Binangun Kripik Pisang Sale. Dalam perkembangannya, Kripik Pisang Sale sekarang ini dijual dalam berbagai varian rasa. Dalam proses produksinya UMKM Kripik Pisang Sale yang ada di Desa Tegal Binangun masih menggunakan cara tradisional terutama dalam proses pengadukan bumbu yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu proses yang lama dengan tingkat keefektifan proses pengadukan bumbu yang masih rendah. Dari permasalahan yang ada, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pengadukan bumbu yang sederhana sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas yang ada di UMKM Kripik Pisang Sale Desa Tegal Binangun.

PT. X is a manufacturing company that produces cram rubber. One of the production processes that need attention is the milling process on mobile crusher machines. Machine is the highest support in the activities of a company, if the machine used in the production process is damaged it will cause a cessation of the production process. To maintain the condition of the machine, a good and appropriate care and maintenance system is needed so as to increase the effectiveness of the machine/equipment. The aim of this study is to analyze OEE calculations and identify factors that occur in mobile crusher machines based on the Six Big Losses at PT. X. OEE is a method that measures the level of effectiveness in the use of a machine by taking into account several points of view in the measurement process. The results of the study, it show the average of OEE value for mobile crusher machine during the June 2021 – July 2022 is 82,021% which shows that the machine’s ability to achieve targets and achieve effective use of machines is in the medium category, so improvements are needed to increase the OEE value to reach ideal conditions (≥85%). Meanwhile, the dominant type of waste is reduced speed losses. Keywords: Mobile Crusher Machine, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses
