Abstract

Job Analysis is a formal organizational document containing a summary of important information about a position to make it easier to distinguish one position from another in an organization. The job analysis is arranged in a structured format so that the information is easily understood by all parties involved in an organization. In essence, job analysis is a basic raw material in HR management in an organization, where a position is explained and given boundaries. This study aims to find out job analysis (X) has a significant effect on performance (Y) at SMK Pertiwi Sukamandi which takes a population of teachers and staff of 107 respondents. While the method of data collection method used is to use a questionnaire (Survey) on all teachers and staff of SMK Pertiwi Sukamandi. The methods used to process and analyze the data are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that job analysis has a positive effect on performance, it can be interpreted that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether training increases worker productivity or not, whether career development increases productivity or not, and whether both increase productivity or not. This research makes use of descriptive and corroborative methodologies. 106 people from the Karawang County Regional Secretariat took part in this research. Use online surveys to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing are all examples of traditional statistical approaches. The data was analyzed with SPSS 16, a statistical program. This study found a simple one-way relationship (correlation coefficient 39.4%) between training and job development factors. In the t-test for the partial regression coefficient, both the t-count of the training variable (6.345) and the t-count of career development (2.992) are greater than the t-table value of 1.983 and sig < (0.05). Meanwhile, according to the results of simultaneous regression coefficient testing (f test) obtained t count (37.963) > f table (3.08). Training and advancement opportunities have a total impact on employee performance by 42.4%, while other variables (ɛ) not examined in this study reached the remaining 57.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of civil servants in SETDA Karawang Regency. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 144 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), The correlation coefficient between the variables of Work Discipline and Motivation obtained a value of 0.469 which means it has a fairly strong, positive and significant correlation level between Work Discipline and Motivation. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance is 0.433, which is greater than motivation, which is 0.109. So it can be stated that work discipline contributes more to employee performance than motivation. The simultaneous effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance is 54.2% while the remaining 45.8% is another variable that was not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Karawang Regency. This study uses descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling as many as 134 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2013 computer program and the SPSS version 21 application. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done this research proves that the correlation coefficient between the motivation variable and the work environment is obtained a value of 0.432 which means it has a fairly strong, positive and significant correlation level between motivation and the work environment. The partial effect of motivation on employee performance is 0.210, smaller than the work environment, which is 0.257. So it can be stated that the work environment contributes more to employee performance than motivation. The simultaneous influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3% is another variable that was not examined.

Abstract

After the outbreak of COVID-19, digitization was raised to a new level of importance. Since the beginning of the pandemic, human resource managers have faced various difficulties and obstacles. After the pandemic, human resource management may be faced with new problems, as well as new patterns in the workplace as a result of the outbreak. These difficulties are discussed in more detail in the second part of this study. The author of this article looks at the perspectives of business executives and experts from around the world on the future of work in this article. They emphasized the importance of developing organizational culture, enhancing people's competence, and encouraging the integrity of more sensitive individuals to deal effectively and efficiently with the post-pandemic transition after the outbreak. Thus, a systemic and procedural approach will require new strategies for leadership, staff engagement, and the formation of a post-pandemic customer-centric attitude. The physical and mental recovery of society in the post-pandemic era is about trust, respect, solidarity and most important human values. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kebahagiaan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan termasuk dalam kategori explanatory research. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Sampel penelitian ini yang berjumlah 85 orang, diambil dari seluruh populasi dengan menggunakan complete sampling. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang. Sedangkan temuan dari concurrent test menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan; kepuasan; kinerja Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the effect of leadership style and work happiness on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang. This research uses quantitative techniques and is included in the explanatory research category. Analysis was performed using multiple regression. The sample of this study, totaling 85 people, was taken from the entire population using complete sampling. Based on research findings, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang. While the findings from the concurrent test show that the performance of employees of Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang is influenced by leadership style and job satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style ; job satisfaction ; performance

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa variabel indopenden yaitu citra merek, kualitas produk terhadap varibel dependen keputusan pembelian Honda brio pada konsumen di kab.karawang. populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat kab.karawang yang sudah mempunyai kendaraan Honda brio. Medote pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dan kualitas produk (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta varibel citra merek dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Thitung harus memiliki nilai lebih besar dari nilai Ttabel maka dengan demikin varibel independen memiliki pengaruh parsial tehadap keputusan pembelian. Jika Fhitung memiliki nilai lebih besar dari Ftabel maka varibel independen memiliki pengaruh secara bersama – sama terhadap keputusan pembelian dan sebaliknya jika Fhitung tidak melebihi nilai Ftabel maka di katakana tidak memiliki pengaruh. Kata Kunci : citra merek, kualitas produk, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The Puri Asih Hospital turnover intention increased from 2016 to 2018, peaking at 10% in 2016. The goal is to research how work-family conflict and stress affect female RSU Puri Asih Jatisari Karawang workers' turnover intention. The theory employed is Work-Family Conflict (X1) by Greenhaus & Beutell (1985), which comprises Time-, Strain-, and Behavior-based Conflict, and Job Stress (X2) by Handoko (2008), which includes ON- and OFF-Job Stress. Turnover Intention (Y) was examined using Mobley et al.'s (1978) theory of Thinking of Quitting, Searching for Alternatives, and Quitting. Associational descriptive quantitative research is used. The Slovin algorithm and purposive sampling were used to choose 58 of 140 married female RSU Puri Asih Jatisari Karawang workers. We use primary and secondary data. Data analysis was done using IBM SPSS version 23, including descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests. Work-Family Conflict (X1) and Job Stress (X2) substantially affect Turnover Intention (Y), with an R2 value of 35.2%, whereas 64.8% is impacted by other factors.

Abstract

Human Resources Development (HR) plays a key role in improving the capabilities of the public bureaucracy. Careful evaluation of training programs, understanding the challenges in human resource development, leadership roles, and obstacles in the application of information technology are important in this context. This research aims to explore and analyze HR development strategies in improving public bureaucratic capabilities, as well as to identify related challenges and impacts. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting direct observations and in-depth interviews with various stakeholders in various public bureaucratic work units. The collected data was analyzed thematically to identify key findings. Evaluation of training programs highlights the need for alignment of training materials with actual employee needs, while challenges in human resource development such as budget constraints and excessive bureaucracy require greater coordinated efforts. The role of leadership is recognized as a key factor in forming an organizational culture that supports human resource development, while obstacles in the application of information technology require special attention. The impact of human resource development includes increasing operational efficiency, quality of public services, and public trust in public bureaucracy. Human resource development is a crucial strategy in increasing the capability of the public bureaucracy. By realizing the existing challenges and taking advantage of the potential positive impacts, sustainable investment and commitment in developing human resources in the public bureaucracy is a must to achieve quality and responsive public services

Abstract

To maintain its position as the market leader, PT. ASIA PASIFIC FIBER consistently prioritizes quality, competitive pricing, excellent service, and reliability. This is evidenced by the production output in 2022 amounting to 130,224,973 kg, compared to 105,426,746 kg in 2023. Although there was a decrease in monthly production within a year, it did not disrupt the company's productivity and operations. Based on the SWOT analysis, utilizing the Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS), the total value of strengths is 2.6, while the total value of weaknesses is 1.05, resulting in an IFAS Matrix value of 1.55. Meanwhile, the External Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) indicates a total value of opportunities at 1.50 and a value of threats at 2.00. Thus, the EFAS matrix analysis yields a value of -0.50, placing it in quadrant 2 on the SWOT analysis diagram. Therefore, the recommended strategy is diversification, focusing on enhancing quality and maintaining competitive pricing in the long term, along with establishing long-term partnerships (MOUs) with transportation fleets to ensure timely distribution of goods. The distribution of fiber production involves a safety triangle comprising the Marketing Manager, Production Planner Controller, and Quality Control components, ensuring precise targeting in distribution.
