(2) Analyze the marketing mix of agribusiness products at Donba Enggar Farm, Pare District, Kediri Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation study. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. All agribusiness product channels at Donba Enggar Farm, including sheep and feed products, can be considered efficient because they have a farmer's share value of more than 40%. The marketing mix for Donba Enggar's livestock products—namely sheep and feed—includes the use of elevated stalls (stilt pens) and modern pen management. This is supported by a strategic location with good availability of feed materials. The prices set by Donba Enggar for each product generally follow market prices, except for the feed products, which are produced in-house by the farm.

Abstract

Corn is a type of seasonal plant and is a plant that is often cultivated by farmers. Corn has many varieties, one of the varieties of corn planted by farmers in Parang Village is hybrid corn and crystal varieties. The difference in varieties causes fluctuating farmer income. This study aims to determine the difference in income and the difference in costs of hybrid and crystal corn farming in Parang Village, Banyakan District, Kediri Regency. This study took a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis used consisted of income analysis, feasibility analysis, Break Event Point (BEP) analysis, and t-test difference test. The results of the study showed that the income of hybrid corn farming was lower than that of crystal corn farming, which was IDR 8,741,888/ha, while the crystal variety was IDR 11,501,807/ha. The R/C ratio value of hybrid and crystal corn farming is 1.67 and 2.07, so the farming is feasible to be done because it is more than 1. The BEP of hybrid and crystal corn farming units is 2,704 kg/ha and 1,533 kg/ha. The rupiah BEP of hybrid and crystal corn farming is Rp2,868/kg and Rp3,379/kg. The results of the t-test difference test produced a t-count value of 1.848<1.980 and a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.067<0.1, which means that there is a significant difference in costs between hybrid and crystal corn farming.

Abstract

This study analyzes factors influencing production and income from gourami cultivation in Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung. Quantitative methods were used with a sample of 55 farmers from a total population of 116 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and cost-income analysis. The results showed that pond area, feed quantity, and fry had a positive and significant effect on production, while labor had a negative effect. For income, production costs and production quantity had a significant effect, while education and length of business were insignificant. The average income of farmers was Rp85,086,102 per cycle with an R/C ratio of 1.49, indicating this business was profitable. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of cost efficiency and optimization of production factors. Abstract

Regarding the development of robusta coffee, the Kediri Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service (Dispertabun) has been in contact with farmers through Field Extension Officers (PPL). Finding out the model and techniques for agribusiness communication as well as the challenges encountered in implementing Dispertabun's agribusiness communication with farmers to develop robusta coffee in Kediri Regency are the goals to be accomplished. In addition to interactive model data analysis, this study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology (Miles and Huberman). The research findings led to the conclusion that the context of the message being communicated determined the choice of agribusiness communication model. The application of interpersonal (individual) and organizational (group) communication techniques depends on the message's content. It is possible to reduce potential communication obstacles in agriculture. The findings suggest that in order to minimize potential barriers to communication, the Kediri Regency Dispertabun through PPL should continue to maintain appropriate (relevant) communication models and methods. Additionally, keep up the good work in improving agribusiness communication with robusta coffee farmers in order to continue meeting new objectives and targets related to agribusiness communication.
