Abstract

Usahatani Hidroponik Pakcoy merupakan salah satu alternative usaha yang dapat diterapkan selama dirumah untuk menghadapi masa pandemic covid-19 sebagai upaya ketahanan pangan selama dirumah saja dan juga sebagai upaya pemanfaatan lahan yang sempit tanpa menggunakan tanah.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keuntungan usahatani Pakcoy sistem Hidroponik di rumah selama masa pandemic covid-19 dengan menggunakan perhitungan biaya produksi usahatani, dan penerimaan usahtani Pakcoy dan untuk mengetahui efisiensi usahatani Pakcoy sistem Hidroponik di rumah selama masa pandemic covid-19 dengan metode perhitungan R/C ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh petani hidroponik packcoy dalam setiap kali produksi adalah sebanyak Rp. 301.652,-. Berdasarkan perhitungan R/C ratio didapatkan hasil 2,1 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani hidroponik Packcoy ini layak untuk dilanjutkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kelayakan usahatani baby kalian dengan sistem hidroponik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran umum PT. Kusumasatria Agrobio Tani Perkasa Batu dan yang kedua untuk menghitung berapa hasil perhitungan analisis kelayakan usahatani baby kalian dengan R/C ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Kusumasatria Agrobio Taniperkasa mendapatkan keuntungan dari usahatani hidroponik baby kalian sebesar Rp. 123.335,-  . Adapun dari hasil perhitungan BEP unit didapatkan sebesar 21 pcs baby kalian yang artinya bahwa PT. Kusumasatria Agrobio Taniperkasa akan mengalami titik impas pada tingkat produksi sebanyak 21 pcs baby kalian, begitupun dengan hasil perhitungan BEP pendapatan diapatkan hasil sebesar Rp. 173.330,- yang berarti perusahaan mengalami titik impas apabila dapat menerima pendapatan sebesar Rp. 173.330,-. R/C ratio didapatkan sebesar 1,1 yang artinya usahatani hidroponik baby kalian layak untuk dilanjutkan.

Abstract

The role of women in the household is very important today in the welfare of the family and also the development in society. It is necessary to provide assistance in providing useful activities for women through women farmer groups, so that women are not only seen as a burden on family life but also can contribute to their families and surrounding communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of the women farmer group in Kediri Regency and to determine the role of the women farmer's Group in Kediri Regency. This research was conducted in Kandat Village, Kediri Regency by taking 30 respondents from the women farmers group. Data analysis carried out in this study came from data from interviews, field notes and documentation. Data analysis was done by organizing data into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, choosing what is important and what will be studied, and drawing conclusions that are easily accessible. Results of this research regarding the role of members of the women farmer groupin Kandat Village were quite varied, where most of them are housewives who take care of family, mothers who work outside, or have a business at home. Their role had changed slightly from those who were initially housewives, now earn additional income. This activity should be fostered in a sustainable manner so that the members of the women farmer grouphave activities that have a positive impact on the household and also the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to implement a marketing strategy for the catfish farming business at Pokdakan Mina Buana and provide assistance for the manufacture of processed catfish that has more selling value. Problems faced by partners include the inactivity of several members of the pokdakan, marketing of catfish which is still limited to 1 middleman, catfish harvests must be sold immediately due to limitations in fish weight, and the product of cultivation is still fresh catfish, there is no processing. more varied catfish. The solutions given to the problems above include; there is guidance and a more intensive approach to several members of the pokdakan, it is necessary to develop a marketing strategy to areas outside Kediri Regency, the pokdakan makes a schedule for seeding, administering vaccines, until the harvest schedule, it is recommended to make processed catfish products in the form of frozen and added yellow seasoning , presents the trademark on catfish and processed products..

Abstract

This research have two purpose was to determine the characteristics of breeders and to analyze the feasibility of broiler farming in Badal Village, Ngadiluwih District, Kediri Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method by conducting direct interviews with farmers. The method of analysis is carried out by calculating costs, income, BEP, R/C ratio, and MOS (Margin Of Savety). This livestock business occupies a location with a land area of ​​​​approximately 1000 m² which consists of a permanent cage building with a brick construction with a population of 20,000 chickens with a close house system. The results showed that this broiler breeder has a profit of Rp. 77.665.834,-/ production period. Based on the calculation of the BEP of the production unit, the results obtained are 37,564 kg per period production and rupiah BEP of Rp. 18,690, - per head. Calculation of the R/C ratio of 1.1 is said to be feasible. The results of the study can be concluded that the broiler farming business is feasible to continue to work on

Abstract

This purpose of this research are to determine the characteristics of respondents from corn farmers in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency and to determine the factors that have a significant effect on corn production in Janti Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency. This study used as many as 39 respondents. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that the corn seed variable was added by 1 percent, so maize production would also increase by 6.576 percent. For the fertilizer variable added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 5,633 percent. For the pesticide variable added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 0.838 percent. For the labor variable, it is added by 1 percent, the corn production will also increase by 0.120 percent

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal dari UMKM Olahan Perikanan Kabupaten Kediri dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk menghadapi persaingan usaha Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Faktor internal kekuatan utama adalah rasa yang enak. Produk yang ditawarkan memberikan produk dengan rasa yang enak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan konsumen. Kelemahan utama yaitu kurangnya softskill tentang strategi promosi. Faktor ekternal yang menjadi peluang utama adalah terdapat Asosiasi Pengolah dan Pemasaran Perikanan. Asosiasi ini bisa membantu pengolah dalam kerjasama memperbaiki softskill produksi maupun pemasaran. Ancaman yang dihadapi ialah permintaan konsumen belum stabil. Persaingan usaha Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya dengan produk sejenis, namun juga dengan produk olahan lain selain perikanan seperti olahan ayam dan daging yang juga digemari oleh konsumen. Era new normal, semakin banyak jenis produk yang dapat diakses oleh konsumen. Strategi utama yang dirumuskan yaitu peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas serta legalitas produk, peningkatan pelayanan secara offline maupun online pengembangan outlet yang disertai media promosi sesuai perkembangan jaman. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan sudah sesuai namun pengembangannya perlu lebih tumbuh dan stabil. Strategi pemasaran dalam meminimalkan kelemahan yang ada dan menghindari ancaman yaitu pengembangan pemasaran melalui penetrasi pasar, dan penentuan STP (segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning) pada UMKM olahan perikanan.

Abstract

Gogodeso Village consists of settlements, moorland, people's plantations, rice fields with a village area of 383 Ha. In general, livelihoods are identified into several sectors, namely agriculture (mostly), services/trade, industry and others. One of the farmer empowerment programs is the Tani Makmur Jaya Self-Help Agricultural and Rural Training Center (P4S). In its activities, P4S consistently and routinely develops organic farming, one of which is making organic fertilizer and carrying out healthy cultivation practices.   However, they experienced problems with production, management and human resources and marketing. The implementation methods used are: (1) Planning (2) Administrative preparation and team coordination (3) Socialization of Organic Fertilizer (4) Training in Making Organic Fertilizer (5) Management and marketing training (6) Mentoring (7) Supervising related production activities and post-production (8) Evaluation (9) Program sustainability. Community-based empowerment activities in increasing the capacity of AgroEcofarm-based businesses at P4S Tani Makmur Jaya can run smoothly, including the transfer of organic fertilizer technology, transfer of business management and human resources and transfer of marketing branding. In making fertilizer, production can be increased by 2000 bottles of POC/year and 2000 sacks/year of solid organic fertilizer respectively. Apart from that, there are new brands for P4S fertilizer, namely POC Orchomi and Biokosh for solid organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Susu merupakan salah satu produk hasil peternakan yang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan. Perkembangan konsumsi susu di Indonesia masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap minat beli produk susu. Minat digambarkan secara deskriptif yang dilengkapi dengan analisis faktor menggunakan uji wald dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden mengonsumsi produk susu dalam susu full cream/cair. Kesediaan membayar dari beberapa jenis produk susu disesuaikan dengan kualitas dan ukuran produk. Faktor yang berpengaruh positif pada minat beli produk susu yaitu variabel kualitas, keamanan, dan gaya hidup. Sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh negatif yaitu variabel harga. Semakin ekonomis harga yang ditetapkan maka minat beli dapat meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the process of processing catfish into processed catfish in the form of floss and  nuggets and to find out the comparison of the amount of added value and profits obtained by MSMEs processing catfish in Griya Ulam-Q, Ngasem District, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted in July - August 2023. The data analysis method used was the hayami value added analysis method. The respondents in this research were catfish processing businesses under the auspices of Griya Ulam-Q, Kediri Regency. The research results show the process of processing catfish into floss and  nuggets with various additional raw materials. In calculating the added value using the Hayami method, the added value of abon was IDR 46,822.40 per kilogram, and for nuggets IDR 158,814 per kilogram. Based on the added value calculation using the hayami method, the smallest added value ratio is the added value of floss, namely 31.21%. Meanwhile, the largest added value ratio is the added value of catfish nuggets of 52.94%. The largest level of profit obtained was from floss, namely 88.79%.
