Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran matematika adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Siswa sudah mampu mengerjakan soal matematika tetapi belum cukup baik dalam menganalisis dan berpikir dengan maksimal. Sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Hal ini juga di sebabkan karena adanya perbedaan gaya kognitif pada masing masing siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah barisan dan deret pada gaya kognitif reflektif dan gaya kognitif impulsif berdasarkan asimilasi dan alomodasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Muaro Jambi. Pada penelitian ini siswa di berikan soal tes MFFT, untuk mendapatkan subjek gaya kognitif reflektif dan gaya kognitif impulsif. Siswa yang tepilih menjadi subjek penelitiaan diberikan soal kemampuan pemecahan masalah barisan dan deret. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan gaya kognitif reflektif lebih cenderung mengalami asimilasi pada setiap tahapan pada proses pemecahan masalah, hal ini disebabkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif reflektif lebih detail dalam menganalisis soal. Sedangkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif impulsif lebih cenderung mengalami akomodasi pada setiap tahapan pemecahan masalah hal ini disebabkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif impulsif terlalu cepat dalam merespon dan tidak menganalisis soal dengan teliti.

Abstract

Educational leadership plays an important role in improving the quality of education in educational institutions. Educational leaders, especially school principals, are not only responsible for administrative management but also for directing, influencing, and mobilizing all members of the school community to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. This article aims to examine the basic concepts of leadership, the characteristics of effective educational leadership, and the implementation of leadership in education to realize educational quality. The method used in this article is a literature review, which involves analyzing various scientific journals, reference books, and other relevant academic sources related to educational leadership. The literature review was conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of concepts, theories, and findings from previous studies concerning leadership in educational settings. The results of the review indicate that effective educational leadership is characterized by clear vision and mission, the ability to empower teachers and educational staff, effective communication, and the capacity to manage change wisely. Proper leadership implementation can create a conducive learning environment, improve teacher performance, and support the achievement of higher educational quality. Therefore, effective educational leadership is one of the key factors in realizing sustainable educational quality.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital investment applications has increased the importance of evaluating user satisfaction toward fintech services. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction toward the Ajaib investment application using the Kano Model and Importance Performance Analysis based on the dimensions of service quality, trust, and privacy. This study employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling involving 120 respondents who were active users of the Ajaib application in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Python through validity and reliability testing, Kano Model analysis, IPA analysis, and Kano–IPA integration analysis. The results of the Kano analysis showed that all service attributes were classified into the One-dimensional category, indicating that user satisfaction is directly influenced by service performance. The Reliability attribute obtained the highest Better coefficient (0.904348), showing that improvements in system reliability can significantly increase user satisfaction, while the Unauthorized Secondary Use attribute obtained the highest dissatisfaction effect with a Worse coefficient of -0.84874. The IPA results showed that the Reliability attribute was located in Quadrant I (Concentrate Here), indicating that it requires priority improvement due to its high importance but relatively lower performance. Privacy-related attributes were positioned in Quadrant II (Keep Up the Good Work), indicating that their performance should be maintained. Furthermore, the Kano–IPA integration analysis classified the Reliability attribute into the Defenseless category as the main improvement priority, while privacy attributes were categorized as Major Weapon, indicating that privacy protection is one of the main strengths of the application. This study contributes theoretically by integrating Kano Model and IPA in evaluating digital investment services and practically provides recommendations for improving service quality, trust, and privacy protection in fintech applications.
