Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi metode ekspositori dalam pembelajaran Bahasa arab di SMP Islam Al-Falah kota Jambi, metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan observasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Ada tiga langkah dalam proses analisis data: pertama, reduksi data, kemudian penyajian data, dan terakhir, penarikan kesimpulan. Metode ini digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam menulis temuan penelitian, dan membantu pemahaman deskripsi yang diberikan sebagai hasil akhir penelitian. Menurut temuan, penggunaan strategi ekspositori dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab di sekolah menengah pertama berdampak positif pada prestasi siswa karena guru aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam strategi ini, yang membuat siswa kurang bosan dan lebih terlibat dalam pembelajaran mereka. Di Kota Jambi, Islam Al-Falah telah berhasil diterapkan dan telah menghasilkan perubahan positif pada hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana minat belajar bahasa Arab dan latar belakang pendidikan siswa mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Kenyataannya, beberapa siswa kesulitan belajar bahasa Arab karena latar belakang sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) dan ketidaktertarikan mereka pada pelajaran bahasa Arab.Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penelitian lapangan dan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 53 siswa yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Madrasah Aliyah Jambi dengan responden siswa kelas X. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan total sampling, sampel untuk penelitian ini ditentukan. teknik pengumpulan data yang melibatkan kuisioner atau kuisioner. Sedangkan regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Besarnya pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab adalah 0,141 dengan taraf signifikan 5% atau 0,05 sehingga diperoleh nilai Sig. Fakta bahwa latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab siswa di Laboratorium Madrasah Aliyah Jambi ditunjukkan dengan statistik 0,141 0,05 yang berarti tolak H0. (b) Besarnya pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab sederhana adalah sebesar 0,260 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05 yang diperoleh nilai Sig. Di Laboratorium Madrasah Aliyah Jambi, hasil belajar bahasa Arab siswa dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh minat belajarnya (p = 0,0260, 0,05; tolak H0). (c) Nilai Fhitung = 1,477 dan taraf signifikansi 0,238 menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar bahasa Arab dan latar belakang pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang sama terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Arab. Dan karena diketahui bahwa Ftabel = (1; N-2) diperoleh nilai Ftabel = 3,18 dengan mengambil (1; 51) dan menerapkan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel yang mengarah pada penolakan terhadap H0, dan tingkat signifikansi 0,238 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini, latar belakang pendidikan dan tingkat minat belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar bahasa arab.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The manifestation of the potential and human qualities that the organization must possess to achieve its goals include sufficient human resources which can generate and generate ideas, are creative, take the initiative, have problem-solving abilities, and have expertise. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the importance of the variables of motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction in the development of quality human resources. Background Problems: Motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction are elements that can have an impact on the performance itself. If a person's values are in line with the values supported by the organization, they will feel comfortable working to achieve the organization's goals. Novelty: This study evaluates the similarities and differences between the previous research and the research conducted because the earlier research did not integrate the three variables in one research title. Research Methods: This study uses a review method of six articles and literature studies sourced from various relevant references to the subject matter and research objectives. Findings/Results: Motivation, satisfaction, and work discipline have a significant effect on improving employee performance which will have a direct impact on company performance. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that job satisfaction, motivation, and discipline significantly impact performance and positively affect the development of superior human resources.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study sought to quantify how hard skills, soft skills, organization learning, and innovation capability all affected performance. Background Problems: The abilities required to advance in the workplace are changing due to the expanding workplace. Every university graduate is expected to perform exceedingly well, possess high levels of competence, and be adept at their jobs. Educational institutions play a crucial role in developing competent graduates with hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy. Novelty: This study evaluates the similarities and differences between the previous research and the research conducted because the earlier research did not integrate the three variables in one research title. Research Methods: This study employs a qualitative literature study. Secondary data is gathered from research findings from multiple references that are pertinent to the study's subject and goals. Finding/Results: The findings demonstrated that organizational learning, hard and soft skills, and innovation capability all had a direct, positive, and significant impact on performance. Additionally, among other factors, soft skills have the most significant an impact on performance. Conclusion: Every educational institution must continue to focus on developing hard and soft skills through training to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The background of this research is related to the model of the teaching and learning process at the University of Jambi, especially the Arabic Language Education Study Program. This study aims to determine the students' perception of Arabic Language Education Study Program towards PTMT (Limited Face-to-face Meeting) and Hybrid Learning at Jambi University. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely data and information retrieval using google forms which are distributed through online student WhatsApp groups, the number of informants is 30 people who are given critical questions and answers to 33 questions with option categories (1. Strongly agree, 2. Agree, 3. Doubtful, 4. Disagree, 5. Strongly disagree).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the leadership of one-roof school principals is at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan, as well as what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the effectiveness of the leadership of one-roof school principals at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and One-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Lama OKU Selatan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. In this study, the informants were the principal, vice principal, and teacher. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the method used in data analysis is data reduction—the presentation of data and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the leadership of the one-roof school principal at SDN 10 Kisam Tinggi and the one-roof SMPN Bandar Alam Selatan has been running effectively. The point of the principal's leadership is measured by the number of results issued, the level of satisfaction obtained, the creative product, and the intensity to be achieved. As for the inhibiting factors, namely schools that are far from the sub-district, signal difficulties, and a lack of teacher human resources, however, this has begun to be resolved with the strategy carried out by the school principal. The supporting factors are the presence of civil and non-civil servant teachers, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure for the education process.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy carried out by the Principal of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi in improving teacher performance in the school. This research was carried out from October to November 2022, located at SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. In this study, the author used a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach, namely the author went directly to the field. In determining the sample, there are two informant determination techniques, namely from the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which consists of Snowball Sampling and Purposive Sampling. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the strategy carried out by the Head of SMK Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi has been carried out to improve the performance of teachers in the school. Among the things that have been done is to improve teacher discipline and provide motivation and appreciation of work for teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of parenting patterns, the benefits felt by students, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of assimilation at SMAN Titian Teras Jambi Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. Checking the validity of the data in this study is the credibility test. The results showed that spiritual development consists of the habadah habit. Academic coaching, namely the existence of a subject clinic service at night, the English Club. Non-academic / skill development includes extracurricular activities, development of talents and interests, and defending the country. The benefits felt by the students were that students were accustomed to being diligent in worshiping, understanding the meaning of the Koran, and memorizing the Koran to increase. Students can live independently and have many friends, the student's academic score increases, students gain skills.

Abstract

The magnitude of the problem of malnutrition in infants is a health problem for citizens in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and behavior of mothers about breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding with the nutritional status of infants aged 6- 24 months. This research used a quantitative observational analytic method with a cross sectional approach. The research population consisted of 98 mothers and toddlers aged 6- 24 months in Kayu Raja Village, Keritang Indragiri Hilir Subdistrict and 78 illustrations, using random sampling method. The questionnaire instrument for information on the level of learning, behavior and exclusive breastfeeding as well as the baby's nutritional status used the BPJS Health Card information. The results of the analysis show the bonding level of learning (p = 0, 011 OR = 25, 196; 95% CI = 2, 087 to 304, 158), behavior (p = 0, 044; OR = 21, 656; 95% CI = 1 , 081 to 434, 028) and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0, 029; OR = 19, 769; 95% CI = 1, 361 to 287, 238) as well as all variables (Nagelkerger R Square of 68.2% ). There is a significant positive relationship between the level of learning and behavior of mothers about breastfeeding and exclusive breastfeeding with the nutritional status of infants aged 6- 24 months.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategies used by school principals in their efforts to improve teacher discipline. The place of this research is located at SMA Negeri 11, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are by observation and interviews. Activities carried out in data analysis begin with data reduction, data display, and the last is drawing conclusions or data verification. The results obtained from this study are that school principals carry out various strategies in an effort to improve teacher discipline, namely by providing rewards and punishments, carrying out new innovations, having high motivation, providing direction and coaching, and taking a persuasive approach. The conclusion from this study is that the principal finds there are obstacles for teachers to implement discipline in schools, including a lack of teacher motivation and awareness for discipline so that the principal carries out a special strategy in solving this including providing punishment, carrying out new innovations and providing coaching and warnings for teachers who are not yet disciplined.
