Abstract

this global era, only companies that are able to produce quality goods or services that meet customer demands can win the competition. Integrated quality management ( total quality management ) is a very appropriate strategy in an effort to company to achieve world class company performance performance ). PT. Aksakindo Manufacturing has implemented TQM, but products are still found imperfection or imperfection so it is necessary to do research Furthermore. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of Strategic construct influence (leadership, organizational culture, improvement sustainability, benchmarking, quality objectives and policies), analyze the significance of the effect of the Tactical construct (team development and solving problems, employee empowerment, engagement and training, use of information technology, supplier management) as well as analyzing the significance the influence of the Operational construct (goods and service design, process control, consumer orientation) to the construct of product quality produced by PT. Aksakindo Manufacturing . Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method , namely sample selection with a specific goal or target. Based on analysis regression that has been done, it can be concluded: Construct Strategic, Tactical and Operational have a positive and significant impact on The quality of the resulting product. That is, the better the strategic construct, Tactical and Operational run by the company, the better the quality products produced by PT. Aksakindo Manufacturing .

Abstract

Based on the description of the results of research on the effect of welfare and health benefits on work performance at PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (TIAM), it can be concluded as follows: Based on multiple correlation coefficients there is a sufficient/moderate and positive relationship of 0.6 between Welfare and Health Benefits on Work Performance, based on the Determination coefficient obtained at 0.687%, this means that the model's ability to explain variations in work performance by welfare and health benefits is 68.7% at PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (TIAM) Work will increase by the coefficient (0.776) if the Health variable on Work Performance will increase by the coefficient (0.641) plus one unit, and based on the t test conducted on the proposed hypothesis it is accepted (significant) where t count is greater than t table which is 5.240 > 2.04227 which means the influence of Welfare and Health Benefits on Work Performance at PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (TIAM). very sufficient and significant in increasing performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan fondasi penting dalam perkembangan literasi siswa. Rendahnya capaian literasi dasar di Indonesia menunjukkan masih kurangnya dukungan, khususnya dari lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kemampuan membaca permulaan, menelaah faktor yang mempengaruhinya, serta merumuskan implikasi praktis bagi peningkatan literasi awal. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah 10 artikel jurnal terpilih melalui analisis isi dan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peran penting sebagai pendidik, fasilitator, motivator, pembimbing, dan teladan dalam mendampingi anak belajar membaca. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi kesibukan orang tua, rendahnya latar belakang pendidikan, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta kurangnya pemahaman metode pengajaran membaca. Pola asuh demokratis terbukti lebih efektif dibanding pola permisif dan otoriter dalam mendorong keterampilan literasi anak. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga serta perlunya pelatihan orang tua dalam mendukung pengembangan literasi anak secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

For this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga by withdrawing the hypothesis that there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga . The results showed that there was a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance of 0.617, so that when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as sufficient correlation, thus the variable organizational commitment to employee performance is 0.684 which is categorized as sufficient correlation at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga . The regression equation obtained is Y = 21.783 - 0.099 X1 + 0.512X2. The t test shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, where t count is -0.371 <2.03011, which means that the hypothesis that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance is rejected, while the hypothesis that there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance is proven significant, where t is smaller from t table (3.714 > 2.04841). While the coefficient of determination is known that organizational culture and organizational commitment only play a role of 24.2% on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sibolga and the remaining 75.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. Hypothesis Testing There is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously on purchasing decisions that are accepted as true, where Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely 7.015 > 3.35. /Anova (hypothesis test)

Abstract

He formulation of the problem in this study is the effect of training and discipline on employee performance at PT. Horizon Group (HG) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency This study aims to determine the effect of training and discipline on employee performance at PT. Horizon Group (HG) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Horizon Group (HG) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency, totaling 26 (twenty six) people. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate: Partial training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Training and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan fondasi penting dalam perkembangan literasi siswa.
